I think it requires an explanation

One does feel exasperated when all that this nation, indeed this entire world, could be and is dragged through the dirt by such evil lying politicians and their bent financial backers.

Just about the only thing that holds them in check is the media and even they are being slowly crushed by Murdoch and moles within their own ranks.

It occurred to me when I wrote this, in Woodbrooke quaker retreat centre, that the British Generals appeared to be more honest and to have far more integrity than the Cabinet.

But then I was being a bit naive to disregard the General's bosses, the bad cop to their good cop perhaps? The two field marshalls the World's chief freemason the Duke of Kent and another scallywag the Duke of Edinburgh who never go on TV with their views about whether or not the army should be in Iraq or Afghanistan.

What have they got to say about this treachery?

How many Field Marshalls has the British army got? Are we safe in their hands? Are they gun-ho for the War on Terror? ID cards? Have they ever heard of Operation Gladio?
I suppose what I'm asking is to what extent are these positions symbolic, are they barking out orders telling our generals what to do? Or are they just a bunch of puffed-up duffers?
