Wow if you thought we were not in a global war situation check this:-

If anyone is interested in following our unfolding nightmare, you might like to get yourself a copy of either:
Homeland Security in the UK: Future preparedness for terrorist attacks since 9/11 edited by Prof Paul Wilkinson, St Andrews University, now retired, who also wrote the entire 2nd volume of Lord Lloyd of Berwick's Inquiry into Legislation Against Terrorism, which was the blueprint for the Terrorism Act 2000
or
Inside Terrorism by Dr Bruce Hoffman, RAND & St Andrews.
or both !
Everything that has happened post 9/11 is in there.
These two books in conjunction with Lord Berwick's report, available from TSO are a blueprint for all that has happened and more to come.
Including inventories such as the one mentioned by DD.
A flavour of Chapter 4 of Homeland Security in the UK, written by Jez Littlewood and John Simpson. Extract from page 73.
