Does anybody know of any comment from demolition experts supporting the WTC demolition theory (or denouncing it, for that matter)? With the exception of the ambiguous comments from the guy in the ‘Loose Change’ film all I have been able to find from trawling the net are observations and theories from various relative laymen at one end of the scale and academics at the other. What we could do with are professionals from the demolition industry to say “Yes, that’s exactly how I would have brought down the towers” or “That’s no way to demolish a building”. At present there seem to be as many ‘pros’ as ‘cons’. |

The article by Frank Legge might be just another article by an academic but it nails the arguments for 'controlled demolition' very clearly. There is NO OTHER EXPLANATION for the way the 3 towers fell.
Put at its simplest...if a building collapses at very nearly free-fall speed this means that all the buildings gravitational potential energy is being converted into kinetic energy (energy of motion) as it falls. Therefore, by the Law of Conservation of Energy (as every schoolchild should know) THERE IS VERY NEARLY NO OTHER ENERGY AVAILABLE TO:
1) Sever steel columns in thousands of places.
2) Pulverise thousands of tons of concrete.
3) Eject dust and steel beam debris sideways by hundreds of feet.
4) Expand the pyroclastic flow across the whole of Manhatten.
5) Produce pools of molten steel in the basements of the buildings, still liquid over a month after 9/11.
Where could the massive quantity of energy have come from to do all this? Only explosives provides a possible answer.
Also, Steve Jones has recently found Thermate on the samples of steel taken from Ground Zero.
Should all this not be enough for anybody. 'Controlled demolition' cannot be reasonably denied.

Don't know if this is relevent to the thread but those mystery wtc towers impact point pre impact explosions/flashes(to the upper right impact point in both cases to be precise) could they be something to do with the homing devices of the planes? it was , of course imperitive they hit their targets.
More relevent to the thread, is it usual to find molten metal in controlled demolition debris as in the WTC? |
