A pre 911 top secret document from the highest departments of US Military and Government reads

"Such a plan would enable a logical build up of incidents to be combined with other seemingly unrelated events to camouflage the ultimate objective and create the necessary impression of **** rashness and irresponsibilty on a large scale, directed at other countries as well as the US"
"A series of well coordinated incidents will be planned..... to give the appearance of being done by hostile **** forces." |
Some of the pretexts mentioned in the plan include:

"casualty lists in US newspapers would cause ahelpful wave of national indignation"
"we could sink a boatload of **** (real or simulated"
"A plane properly painted would convince air passengers they actually saw a **** plane. The primary drawback to this suggestion appears to be the security risk inherant in obtaining or modifying an aircraft. However, reasonable copies of the plane could be produced from US resources in about three months"
"It is possible to create an incident that a **** aircraft has attacked and shot down a civil airliner on route from the US"
"an aircraft would be painted and numbered as an exact duplicate of a civil registered aircraft belonging to a CIA proprietary organization.....At a designated time the duplicate would be substituted for tha actual civil aircraft and would be loaded withe selected passengers, all boarded under carefully prepared aliases. The actual registered aircraft would be converted to a drone (unmanned)"
"The pilot who had performed the mission under an alias would resume his proper identity.... The pilot and aircarft would then have disappeared."
The plan goes on to describe how plane parts could be distributed to make it look more real and how they would use Western media to convince the world rather than the US having to "sell" the story.It also speaks about creating a false terror campaign carried out by others" |
Make no apologies for quoting a lot from the document but I believe it helps people to answer the arguement that "the US government would never do such a thing"
You can replace **** with whatever country you like. Its almost a template.

Thats right John. Just shows what goes through the minds of US top brass let alone rogue elements within US powers.
Apart from the obvious evidence of towers exploding, free fall speed etc I found the Northwoods Document staggering as a piece of the jigsaw. Hope others do too.
