Problems for real activists to get accounts here

Several 9/11 truth activists, Danse, Arabesque and imgstacke have been trying to get accounts on this site for a long time, finally John White has avtiviated their accounts today, some of the accounts were created while Ian Neal was in sole charge, some before that. Emails to Ian Neal and Tony Gosling about this situation didn't get answered. If anyone wants to see the emails and the details of this then go to this thread on truthaction.org.

How many other genuine activists have never had their accounts activiated while No-Plane / DEW type trolls seem to have no problem getting accounts there?

Whom ever administers nineeleven.co.uk is incompetent - or worse. Just confirmed that phpbbs has two forms of protection built into the registration form - a captcha (img displayed that a human can read to input the correct code) and a textual confirmation (a simple text question that must be answered to again keep the spambots out)

I recommend whom ever has the access permissions to reinstitute those protections immediately.

EDIT - just confirmed the captcha used in the default installation can be broken - USE the textual confirmation in addition to it - the link is under the administration panel - Textual Confirmation

There must be a space between Q/A blocks - could even be as simple as "Spell out 911" - answer would be 'nine eleven' or 'nine one one' or 'nineeleven' or 'nineoneone' - you get the idea.

Point is fix your *.

Apologies for the problems of people trying to log on

The simple reason is they arrive in my inbox along with so many other bogus porn and other spam accounts that I'm missing them.

For those who have struggled please apply again along with an email to me at ianneal (AT) fastmail.fm with your user name and the title 'genuine application' and I will try and pick them out.

Sorry again and as more mods are appointed hopefully this will be rectified

Although chrisc is a very "moderate" truther he is doing very hard work in certain areas to get the 9/11 truth accepted. I hold differing viewpoints in many areas,but will always support him, because I know he's doing the business against a whole lot of opposition

Seem like this still hasn't been sorted: P45 from Scotland is having the same "problem".

chrisc - it's a spam problem, IMO. Inspired by whom, if deliberate, is still anyone's guess. I speak here only on by own behalf as a tolerated poster.

I see there's a thread over on truthaction discussing 'banning without reason'. I too was banned there under another nym after attempting to support Tarpley and his works to date against the prevailing and I thought 'manipulated' indignation posed by the self-proclaimed Colonel et al. Subtle ad hominem can take one so far but no further, IMO.

I did however succeed in having rational discourse with medicis, to our mutual satisfaction just before I was cut off without explanation.

Sometimes the truth hurts - real bad...and whatever else Tarpley may be, he has done the world a great service by documenting what he discovered about the Bushes and Synthetic Terrorism.

On this site, Tarpley has his rightful place as one who informs, not bans. 'A true democracy cannot thrive in a sea of secrecy' - applies to fora too...

It's most likely a bug in the software as it's happened to a few accounts on here but that explanation probably isn't sinister/exciting enough for conspiracy theorists.
