I am convinced that it is Bin Laden on that video. I think if you watch the actual video it is unmistakably him. Please don't be fooled by one frame, which presumably was flattened and the colour distorted. |

why not? you seem to accept he had some responsibility and it was partly his job to. i agree general myers should'nt be the only one critised, however you seem to be saying he should'nt be critised at all and it is'nt his fault that nobody did their jobs on 9/11 including general myers.
in other words what your saying is basically those who *ucked up, bare no responsibility for what happened and should be promoted or their original jobs should be protected.
then you wonder why there are numerous people thinking it could of been a conspiracy and inside job. surely when people *ucked up or do not do their job well or at all, especially when it results in major loss of life, people lose their jobs. the only conclusion that can be reached by many is nobody did anything wrong on 9/11, because security was suppose to fail. |

| It's like the twighlight zone round here, 'Northern V' is surely not in earnest about the OBL home video being genuine, it stretches credulity to even imagine such an incriminating tape could turn up in the first place just when the Bush regime were failing to sell OBL's definitive 9/11 guilt to the world December 01, it's the equivalent of Bushwacker trying to sell us a photo of an eggbox marked 'WMD' in biro in a sandpit surrounded by a couple of GI joe action men for perspective and then saying "Aha Saddam was concealing weapons after all"...and that flatters it! |

This is actually one of my favourite "troofer" claims.
Think about this one clearly for a minute - Bush et al have supposedly pulled off this unbelivably difficult and perfect crime on 9/11 - the organisation of which would go down in history as easily the most highly successful and complex large scale plan ever perpertrated, ever.
But........ when it comes to relasing a video of OBL, according to you they get it monumentally wrong! Do you think that Homer Simpson was placed in charge of that particular project or what? By your reckoning they couldn't even get someone of similar looks or descent for the video. These are people after all who could fake voices so even loved one's were completely fooled - and that was in real time! Here they had as long as they needed to make a video, with as yet to be seen by the public amazing technology at their disposal, and they get it so wrong according to you it's laughable.

Taking one bad image fom a poor-quality video that contains a lot of distortion entitles you to make a case for it *not* being Bin Laden?

You are failing to think through things, yet again. There is little point committing a terrorist act to make some point unless people know it was you, to get any benefit, you have to incriminate yourself. With Irish terrorism, we had different groups all claiming the 'credit' for attacks. |
