Hampton,
It was discussed but it was decided that it is a sensitive day and doing anything could be counter productive. There will be people leafletting at certain places though _________________ "We will have to repent in this generation not merely for the vitriolic words and actions of the bad people, but for the appalling silence of the good people.” Martin Luther King |

Can you e.mail this photo so that I can put it out. I can't find the words to describe how I feel apart from very, very, very sick. Shock tactics like this might be used to good effect. Getting this out to the papers will possibly have the same sickening effect on the people receiving it. Maybe this poor little mite can be used to help others. |

If we can all print off pictures like this and post them on the inside of the loo doors in service stations, maybe on September 11th, with a short paragraph about the 9/11 and 7/7 lies perhaps this will make a bit of an impact.
Perhaps by having a few different posters with varying points this would get families and friends involved in discussions about the pictures, after all how could you ignore these when they are so horrific. They do have a dramatic affect on you - well they did on me.
Many of us probably live not too far from these service stations and, failing that, public buildings (loos again) which, with a bit of forward planning, as many of us as possible around the country could target loads of buildings on the one day. It's not that we are cowards but some of the members of the group are quite anxious about certain activities.
Anyway it's only a thought but one I think is worth having a shot at!
Penny of the Cumbria 911 group applied for a free charity space for our campaigning at the Steam Gathering at Flookburgh near Grange over Sands for our "peace" stall, as she called it, saying it was animal rights free Tibet and truth. The guy was eager to get us involved and was bending over backwards to help. (attendance is usually around 40,000). Then Pen was e.mailed by the organiser last week who said he had "heard about us" and didn't want us at the event after all.
Has anyone got any other ideas?
Maureen
