a friend has been writing to bbc about 911, this is last letter and final reply
(friend)
Please detail the steps the BBC has taken to investigate the "loss" of
all news coverage from September 11th 2001, despite the rigorous
archival guidelines outlined at
http://www.bbc.co.uk/foi/docs/historical_information/archive_policies/ med
ia_management_policy_overview.htm
With particular reference to :
¨ Historical. Material of events (actuality) covering all
subject areas, including politics, foreign affairs etc. Includes
content generated by News.
--- Please do not refer me to a contentious blog which is already 18
months old and which, like your previous reply to my complaint,
rigorously avoids responding to the complaint posed.
BBC, I can be jailed for not paying you your license fee.
Will you now explain what investigations the BBC have initiated, planned
to initiate or rigorously avoided initiating, into the alleged "loss"
of history making BBC news coverage?
Thanks for your e-mail.
I note your further concerns regarding BBC World's reporting of the
collapse of WTC7.
I can advise that we have no further comment to make.
However I would like to assure you that we have registered your further
comments on this issue.
Regards
Paul Wheeler

In the absence of an email address by which I can direct this complaint
directly to Mr Paul Wheeler (perhaps you have his email address posted
somewhere, since I now have 12 weeks to respond to him directly?), I
wish to point out that Mr Wheeler has not responded to the questions I
asked, he has responded to a question I did not actually ask!
Below I have copied my original questions and Mr Wheeler's response.
This promises to make an interesting series of blogs.
Will the BBC respond to the actual questions I asked, instead of
invented questions which do not appear anywhere in my email?

if u r interested i,ll post responses as i get them ..

The beeb didn't deploy the "time and resources" and "you're draining limited license fee money"deflection technique then? they did with me, all I wanted to know was ...'did Guy Smith (producer 911 Conspiracy Files)ask the US authorities to give him the serial numbers of salvaged from the Pentagon crash F77 B757 components serial numbers to once and for all debunk the CT-ists only to be told very curtly NO YOU CANNOT!' ? They also claimed this was a "lengthy critique". |

They might feasibly pass a resolution demanding the DG investigate to find out who was responsible and whether they were British nationals etc. |
Tony, it is my understanding that a German entity owns BBC at this time.
A monopoly on mass media by an agent of the government does not sound like the makings of free and independent mass media.
It is hard to justify forced tributes for services you do not want in this modern day of reason. How do they do it Tony?
I am friends with someone who took them all to court for trying to collect on him. He is still free and has cases against them. That is where the information on ownership came. He is in GB if you want to contact him. |
