While I sympathise over this sh*t, its gotta go in controversies becuase its an opinion that Nico is a provocateur (as opposed to merely disturbed), not a proven fact

I simply cannot believe you are still supporting this guy (I thought only Paul Stott and Larry O'Hara would still be onboard by now  )
Biting people's noses?
Grabbing people by the throat?
Trying to put hitler moustaches on a young girl's face?
Holding up a banner claiming to have been responsible for the TSBombing?
Then how, exactly, do you read the fact that the police refuse to arrest him after being shown a video of him throttling someone?
How do you explain the fact that he goes over and friendlily chats to the officers and they let him walk away?

I think the following clarifies the situation fairly succinctly:
"The Senate Select Committee to Study Government Operations With Respect to' Intelligence Activities (the Church Committee) outlines the three types of intelligence activities:
