Should Brown go for electoral reform?

The useless 'tub of lard' is in terminal decline poll wise, shouldn't he consider preventing 'Lord Snooty' (or anyone)from gaining 100% of the power with 30% tops of the electorate voting for him/her/it FPTP by bringing in proportional representation PDQ?

Wouldn't PR make it harder to legislate for illegal wars?

Of course PR is one of the answers, which is exactly why he won't even consider it. He is one of THEM!

PR probably would prevent wars. However, as most MPs on both sides supported the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan it would not have prevented these wars.
Labour relies on it's rotten boroughs and Scottish seats for it's control. An English only parliament would probably always have a Conservative majority.
Electoral reform should reduce Scottish seats to a proportion based upon population. And Scottish MPs should be blocked from voting on purely English issues.
I am not in favour of a UK divorce but the current system is very heavily biased in favour of Labour and against England.
