Webster makes some excellent points doesn't he.Since that time Putin has called for a New World Order/One World Government which kinda puts the mockers on the US/Soviet divide position,don't you think?

Yes I can. As far as I know, Putin is some kind of rightist mafia type sprung out of the neo-capitalism of Russia.. That´s what I mean.
