Personally, I'd like to see an end to rape against both genders stopped in all locations, not just those where US Forces are stationed. Rape by non NWO troops is no different nor is rape by civilians or so called militias.

And for the historical perpective the Russians invading Eastern Germany in 1945 could teach the Americans a thing or two about rape.

I suspect the article was written and contributed to 9/11 Truth as a bit of US bashing, not as a serious objection to rape.
