ADMIN INFO Mail Server anouncement

I've just seen that we have a small bug in the forum tonight, instead of a "message has been posted" screen theres been a "No Mail Server" announcement

However, the posts have been posted, so just a note to ask not to repeatedly submit without checking the thread to see if the post is already there first. If people can remember to do this, it will cut down on the number of double/triple posts on threads to be tidied up later
