Does anyone know why the nineeleven.co.uk domain is no longer redirecting here??? Isn't this domain a national campaign resource?

Due to a c***-up with the web site hosting account transfer the nineeleven.co.uk secondary domain was removed from the system. It has now been reinstated.

Whilst Simon and I are both agreed that forums (in general and not this one in particular) are poor ways to communicate a campaigning message and whilst we both (along with many others including Tony) are not happy to see 9/11 truth associated with anti-semitism and other undesirable content, this is not the reason for the temporary glitch (which is now sorted anyway). I won't bore you with the details but it was c***-up rather than conspiracy in which Simon had no part to play.

In the next day or so the final part of the jigsaw will be in place whereby those people clicking on www.nineeleven.co.uk will be offered the choice of the 2 forum

www.truthforum.co.uk (which is hosted and managed by Antony and friends) and

www.911forum.org.uk (which is now hosted and managed by Tony)

Whilst anyone searching for or linking to forum content/pages on www.nineeleven.co.uk will be automatically forwarded to the corresponding page on www.911forum.org.uk so that hopefully no links are lost and search profile is maintained.

At a later date nineeleven.co.uk will be redesigned and a fuller directory of UK based 'truth' movement forums and websites will be listed.

There are two parts to this process.

Firstly we need at the very least a month (the timetable set at the face to face meeting we had in march allowed two months) for the new forum to be found from people clicking on stale http://www.nineeleven.co.uk links

Then, when that's complete, we can go over to a 'holding page' if Simon insists.

There is no point in rendering all the inbound links we have to nineeleven.co.uk dead. That is plain stupid.

1) No links go dead
2) Search engine profile maintained

Having links to the 2 forums on the front page of www.nineeleven.co.uk will mean that there will be no one going straight onto www.nineeleven.co.uk who will not know where to find this forum, so I really don't see the problem.

What's your angst?
Most regular contributors choose here that they're used to rather than the slow sister forum.
Which is picking up some banned, suspended or irritant contributors
What's the problem?
There isn't one as far as I can see
