The SS has openly arrived it seems. The force with which this 'enforcer of the law' hits this woman is shocking, and having already knocked her to the floor, the officer says 'get back, bitch'. Little too late for that mate.
This video has been removed due to terms of use violation.
Does anyone have a description of what was on the video and what may have contributed to the terms of use violation?
Anyone can file a ToS complaint, even you. You can remove anything. It is up to the other party to defend. If you dont it sticks.
But bottom line a TOS violation can be anything and nothing. They need no reason other than they do not like it, it is stated clearly in their tos "for any reason" which allows them to do anything. Generally they will not tell you because of the liability that would present.
Youtube is Google and one of the over 20 million dollar holders of their stock was and may still be the CIA. Part of the Doa mission is to create a free service where everyone will willingly store their information with or without the help of the commercial sector. Google did not take off until after 9/11.

Wow, so basically there's not really any grounds to appeal to get it back?
Basically, the film was done on someone's camera, so it wasn't owned by anyone who'd want to have it removed. But like you said, anyone can have it removed.
What it shows is a 'policeman' saying 'step away from the vehicle', and then a few more getting on what looks like a golf cart. Then you hear a woman saying 'do it again'. And then out of nowhere this thug thrusts with both hands a horizontal truncheon across the woman's chest, the force of which is easily enough to throw her to the floor. A crowd gathers around the woman, asking questions like 'what's the matter with you?!' to the policeman, who appears to just walk away.
Towards the end, the woman is giving an account of what just happened to what appears to be a news crew, and then out of nowhere comes the same policeman, grabs her arm and pulls her behind a wall of policemen, most likely off to that Denver Gitmo.

You can claim copyright if that is the reason. You can claim it on ANYTHING and do not even have to have proof. It would then be up to the originator of the complaint to take you to court, which is rare as it costs so much.
That's the one mate, good find - shocking isn't it?
I never knew that about videos at all, but in that case it's a wonder how there are as many videos portraying this kind of thing as there are.
Well, not for me actually. I hope for others under the delusion of "The American dream." I was at the 1968 DNC where agent provocateurs came out of nowhere to instigate the violence.
Video saves the day now. You can easily find the agents. Like in the Malkin/Jones altercation the obvious one in the green shirt and glasses who screams one moment Jones is a shill and the next to kill Malkin. Anything to provoke the violence.
Then again without violent upheaval there will be no change. As you can see from that video there are plenty of people without the problems of rational minds or a conscience.

The Denver police union is selling T-shirts that poke fun at protesters at last month's Democratic National Convention, but the main target isn't laughing.
The back of the shirts reads, "We get up early to beat the crowds" and "2008 DNC," and has a caricature of a [grinning] police officer holding a baton. The front has the number 68 with a slash through it, a reference to the Recreate 68 Coalition, which organized several demonstrations during the convention.
Detective Nick Rogers, a member of the Police Protective Association board, said police often issue T-shirts to commemorate big events. Rogers said each Denver officer was given one of the shirts free and others are on sale for $10 each at police union offices. He said the union expects to sell about 2,000 of them.
