This is old, and the suit failed. The Judge 'chosen' to hold the initial stage of the case was a relative of George W Bush, and he refused when requested to 'recuse' himself from the case. Not surprisingly, he dismissed the case as having 'no merit'.

But her statement is included in the link, and is very interesting.
She was 40 feet from where the alleged 'plane' struck, and was injured along with her two-month old infant son.
She escaped through the hole, and states that there was NO FIRE, and NO PLANE DEBRIS.
