NWO: Congressional Record - 76th congress

Hi all,

I found a document today, by coincidence, called the " United States of America. Congressional Record. Proceedings and debates of the 76th congress, third session."

I only rely on real facts, but could not confirm it's authenticity.

After searching and searching, I found Congressional Records of a lot of years, but not this one:

I don't know if someone here ever researched it before, but I would like to know if this can be confirmed or be declared as fake.
