I have yet to find anything which suggests that Wellcome Trust are making this information available to the ‘disadvantaged’, or those who can’t afford the technology.

‘Disadvantaged’ schools get ‘Children Our Ultimate Investment’ (COUI), which run Sustainability Replication Programmes, targets set by ARK (Absolute Return for Kids).

However, in this interview Diana Whitmore (director of COUI) fails to mention the association with ARK and that ARK funds COUI:
