This is becoming more than rediculous. I know of a pig farmer with 20 years seniority who was told he had to go on a course or be laid off!!
We have moved from a society of merrit to a society dependent on the Big Mans Rubber Stamp within this last 20 years I've been in employment and nobody seems to notice nobody cares! ur um George Carlin eat your heart out!!

It only lasts a max of 5 years even if you hold the relevant NVQ, cost of £35 for mandatory HS test that has to be renewed. NVQ has to be renewed after 5 years each exam is around £450!!

Also another part of soon to be past history is the street markets of this country. They are systematically shutting them down one by one (as not to create a public outcry)
I've long suspected thats a tax issue, everyone without a computerised till read out will be history.
