Bernhard involved in 1975 Turkish Airlines crash cover up?

According to a recent report, Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands may have been involved in a deliberate coverup regarding the crash of a Turkish Airlines (THY) aircraft back in 1975. The flight was a Turkish Airlines Fokker F-28-1000 Fellowship which was on a night instrument approach to Istanbul-Yesilköy on 30 January, 1975 when a previously announced electrical power cut was implemented as the aircraft was on final approach with landing gear down. Airport and runway lights were affected for a total of 22 seconds. The aircraft crashed into the Sea of Marmara while maneuvering for another approach.

"The aircraft crashed due to a power shutdown at Yesilkoy (Airport). It was making an abbreviated pass to return to the airfield when it went into the sea."

Apparently, Fokker, which was owned by Bernhard and his family, made an agreement with the Turkish Gov't not to allow recovery of the aircraft in order to prevent the major financial compensation to the victims' families.

Interesting to note is that it was an Izmir-Istanbul flight which crashed 3 months prior to the Bilderberg 1975 Meeting in Izmir. Whether 2nd pilot Nusret Demirel was a relative of Süleyman Demirel (Bilderberg 75 and later PM) and knew about the upcoming meeting and/or its location is still conjecture at this time.

If anyone has further information, please add to this thread. (e.g. the list of Bilderberg 1975's attendees, what was discussed at the meeting and whether it had anything to do with this incident.)
