BNP members named on leaked list

Thousands of members of the British National Party are living in fear after their details were posted on the internet.

As well as names, the addresses, mobile numbers and job titles of members are all contained on the list.

It shows the far-right BNP has soldiers, police officers, teachers, prison officers and even a vicar among its members.

Party's spokesman Simon Darby said they had contacted bosses at a company involved with the blog to warn them of the consequences if it was not taken down.

He said: "We made representations to the offices of the company involved, stating the implications of what was happening and it seems to have worked."

BNP leader Nick Griffin said: "We'll be asking the police to investigate. It's a list which is now just over a year old."

He added: "Having spent a lot of money to secure our members' privacy we are disappointed that it's been breached."

In a statement on the BNP website, Mr Griffin described the publication as "a disgraceful act of treachery" by former BNP staff members who had subsequently been sacked.

He said that he had lodged a complaint with Dyfed-Powys police on the grounds that the publication breached human rights and data protection laws.

According to the BNP, the published list is based on its 2007 membership list although a number of names of people who were not or are not party members had been added.

Earlier this year, the party said that it obtained an injunction at the High Court in Manchester banning any publication of the list.

The Association of Chief Police Officers (Acpo) last night confirmed that serving police officers were not allowed to be members of the BNP.

"Membership or promotion of the BNP by any member of the police service, whether police officer or police staff, is prohibited," said Peter Fahy, Greater Manchester Police chief constable and Acpo's workforce development spokesman.

"This is because such membership would be incompatible with our duty to promote equality under the Race Relations Amendment Act and would damage the confidence of minority communities.

"Whilst the policy may have been controversial at the time it was enacted, in 2004, it has since been accepted by all staff and staff associations and remains unchallenged thus far."

Hmmm .... living in fear that you associated one time with a troll MI5-infiltrated reconstructionist entity such as the BNP. Freedom of thought and association go to the wall. People with legitimate fears and analysis are now living in fear for their livelihoods and their futures
Dumb maybe for attaching to an arm of corporate fascism posing as some sort of enemy
Still, kind of appalling that their details should be published - this is the way things are going and how individuals are attacked

Law seems to be a bit of an ass if you cant join a legal political party and keep your job

And I suppose if your a labour member whose former boss sanctioned the deaths of 1000's of innocent Iraqis you can still be a copper.

Someone said Nick Griffin was convicted of something just because he denied the 6 million holocaust. Now we are getting into the realm of "thought" crimes.
Sorry officer I dont believe in Santa Claus.

I think BNP are gathering followers because people dont handle change too well and seeing large numbers of immigrants taking over areas of once "respectable Britain" it can seem intimidating. Hopefully it should work itself out in a few more generations

It is one of our fundamental rights (even though our rights and freedoms are being chiselled away daily by this war criminal government) that people can support whichever political party they choose to belong to, be that Labour, Conservative, UKIP, BNP or whatever.

Not only that, but in making one's choice, it is a fundamental right that we have privacy in our choice.

Of course, since 9/11 our rights and freedoms are vanishing, especially when the war criminals in our governments decree them to vanish. Just why is it that it is deemed right that a serving police officer should be sacked for belonging to a legitimate political party being the BNP, yet it is quite OK for him/her to carry on being employed whilst belonging to a party which supports the war crimes which our country has perpetrated?

I don't know if he was telling the truth, but it sounds quite probable to me. He said that the leak came from someone who had been thrown out of the party for maintaining that it wasn't radical enough, that it was too moderate.

Thought crossed my mind if any of the police etc named on it may have been moles. Apparently a copper by us is listed along with his wife who was once a police officer (20 years ago) and admits to being a BNP member.
Our local newspaper had no hesitation in naming him and even putting a photo of him in uniform meeting Cherie Blair in 2004. Lacking discretion considering Police are still investigating to establish all the facts. He was also the Chief Constables Chaffeur at one time. Supposedly on holiday in Egypt with his wife.

Seems like you can tarred with the same brush just for being on their mailing list:

Quote:
The Rev Paul Barker, of Fox Court in Durkar, told the Express this afternoon: “I’m furious. I used to be on the mailing list but I have never been a member. I don’t know why my name has gone out on the list and I’m now considering the action I am going to take.”

Just typed in my postcode on the list and scored an almost direct hit on my house. Apparently a neighbour dozen doors away is on the list. BIG DEAL!!

Pity we cant get hold of a Freemason List

yes fish - see wikileaks

Cryptome welcomes documents for publication that are prohibited by governments worldwide, in particular material on freedom of expression, privacy, cryptology, dual-use technologies, national security, intelligence, and secret governance—open, secret and classified documents—but not limited to those.[1]

Controversial Cryptome documents include suppressed photographs of U.S. soldiers killed in Iraq, lists of people believed to be MI6 agents [2], and detailed maps of government facilities[3] (based on publicly available mapping and aerial photography).

Some good points here. A complex issue.
I have a lot of sympathy for this view. But then I'm also a campaigner for freedom of information. This party the BNP has for years been infiltrated, manipulated and riddled with spooks of various sorts. The same goes for other political parties of course...
Melanie Philips made an excellent point on Question Time last week that the three main political parties have fudged the legitimate mass migration issue so driving thousands into the hands of what is essentially an intelligence managed party.

It's almosy impossible to organise any resistance to the New World Order these days and this (probable intelligence services) leak cannot be reversed. Those that did it know that. The leak is designed to intimidate the more moderate BNP members and didvide and rule in the UK political fringe strengthening the 3 main controlled political parties.

PostPosted: Sun Nov 23, 2008 9:36 am    Post subject: My political views... Reply with quote

For the time I have been a member of this forum I have regarded it as being non-political in the sense that one’s own political, religious, ethno-nationalistic or any other affiliations, of any legal nature, are put aside in the common cause of trying to spread awareness and debate regarding the fact that we are being told lies regarding the events of 9/11, and possibly 7/7.

All of us have the fundamental right to personal privacy. We also have the right of freedom to choose to support whichever political party one wishes. I have requested, in a private message to Tony Gosling, that the above links to websites which contain my personal details, taken from an illegally stolen list, be removed. He has refused, making the point that “If you had the courage to debate your points openly on the forum I'd have a more sympathetic attitude”.

Mention the letters BNP to the brainwashed public, and instantly words such as Nazi, racist, skin-head, knuckleduster, extremist spring to mind. Most people are so brainwashed regarding the BNP, just like, as you well know, they are brainwashed into believing the incredible tale of 911 and 19 Arab hijackers, that they don’t even check out their facts or question. Well, if you were to look at the policies of the BNP, you will find that many of the concerns which ordinary people discuss in private amongst themselves are the same as those of the BNP.

Yes, they wish to control all immigration as this country’s infrastructure is creaking under the weight (is controlling ‘racist’?), but you may not know that they also wish to pull out of the EU, the federal state of Europe which the mainstream parties are all trying to bring about. They do, however, want free trade, with other European (and other) countries, such that the individual identities of European countries are not erased, as they will be one day, unless people make a stand.

They want an immediate withdrawal of the illegal occupations of Afghanistan and Iraq, they do not support a looming attack on Iran. Our armed forces are for our nation’s defence only, not to invade oil rich countries.

They do want an end to the destruction of our industries - gone is most coalmining, shipbuilding, car making, farming, fishing to name a few. Going are jobs of British people as we see more off-shoring by the global companies and the NWO. British jobs in Britain should go first to British workers, and then drawing on foreign skills if they cannot be found within our shores.

They want to see proper policing and criminal deterrents, not the mamby pambying of criminals.

There are many other policies, all of which can be found at http://bnp.org.uk/about-us/policies if you were interested in seeing through the lies, smears and brainwashing of the mainstream media, the BBC being a prime example. It may open your eyes, just like, no doubt, your eyes were opened regarding the lies of 9/11.

The main BNP website is at http://bnp.org.uk where you no doubt will find that it is not comprised of racist neo-Nazi skinhead oiks, but from middle Britain, many of whom are comprised of professional people such as teachers, armed forces personnel, lawyers, accountants, doctors, nurses etc etc. The truth about what the BNP stands for is the reason why the state system is so keen to repress, by any method, their policies from the majority of the populace. You may have noticed that no BNP politician ever appears on programmes such as the BBC’s “Question Time” for instance. Just ask yourself why. My understanding is that it is the fastest growing party in Britain.

Several years ago I became very disillusioned by our three main parties - there is not one single politician in them worthy of taking a seat in Westminster (except, maybe, Norman Baker). The leaders are all puppets of the Illuminati and the Bildebergers. I decided to look for an alternative, and, to my amazement (because I too was brainwashed then) I discovered that the British National Party comprised of like minded people to me, from all walks of life. The more I have learned and the more I met, the more I support them. And as regards my involvement with the 911 truth movement, the enemies of my enemies are…..

Discover for yourselves how the mainstream media and politicians lie to you.

As I mentioned earlier, we all have the rights to privacy and freedom to choose whichever politics we wish.

In schedule 1 of the Human Rights Act 1998 (and the European Convention of Human Rights) see- http://www.opsi.gov.uk/ACTS/acts1998/ukpga_19980042_en_3#sch1

In article 8 - the right to respect for private and family life – it states ”Everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life, his home and his correspondence”. Mr Gosling, please be advised.

Article 9 - Freedom of thought, conscience and religion – states “Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief, in worship, teaching, practice and observance”

And above all article 11 - Freedom of assembly and association – states “Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and to freedom of association with others, including the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.”

And article 14 – Prohibition of discrimination – states “The enjoyment of the rights and freedoms set forth in this Convention shall be secured without discrimination on any ground such as sex, race, colour, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, association with a national minority, property, birth or other status.”

And as regards the rights to privacy, I refer you to the Data Protection Act 1998 at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/Acts/Acts1998/ukpga_19980029_en_1 and in particular to Schedule 3 of that act. The data which contains the private details of the members of the British National Party was stolen, a serious crime in itself, and, it can be argued, that all those subsequently viewing that data on their computers must be also considered to be processing it.

These rights seem to apply to all of us, except some of us. Think about that in today’s modern NuLabour Big Brother Britain.

Many ordinary people in the British National Party are suffering discrimination and persecution, in this, a so called free democratic society. As stated in a posting above, at least one police officer has been suspended just because he is a member of the BNP. Yet if he were a member of one of the Lib/Lab/Con parties, not an eyebrow would be raised.

So there you have it. I wanted to keep politics away from the forum, Gosling felt otherwise, and has paid scant regard to our privacy rights and freedoms in the process.

I am now quitting this forum It had, in any case, become very mediocre under the leadership of Mr Gosling since the split into two. It used to be a vibrant forum, but it is noticeable just how few good posters there are on it, and I know that many fine 911 truth seekers have left prior to myself and gone elsewhere.

I wish you all every success you wish for yourselves, and have enjoyed reading and contributing to your posts.

Just in defence of Tony on this one. Tony asked if i wanted to be a moderator on this site and I have duly removed the links from my own posting that upset Spiv. I have written a personal apology to Spiv.

The links were posted more out of msichievousness Embarassed than design and i would have posted same had it been any political party. As the list was already in the public domain i didnt feel i was spilling any beans.

As regards right to respect privacy etc the BNP website has no problem in naming and shaming errant individuals from other Parties.

They also published a leaked document "Home Office Tenancy Agreement" which listed names of companies who provided accommodation for asylum seekers.

"PRIVACY CUTS BOTH WAYS"

sorry guys

Free speech means freedom for fools, too
Mick Hume

As one who exchanged blows rather than opinions with the National Front in the 1980s, it gives me no pleasure to say this. But we ought to uphold the right of the British National Party to express its views, however vile, after Merseyside Police arrested 13 of its members for distributing leaflets. I'm afraid that free speech means freedom for fools and scumbags, too.............

I exchanged blows with those who thought Patrick Harrington should be able to attend NLP: in the eighties regardless of his political views. Does that give me a pass here? If so, I throw it back, because these days I'd be on their side of that issue.

BTW, what about a Slashdot like moderation scheme around here?

Like Common Purpose, the fascists always use the system to support them.

The BNP list is available all over the place and wikipedia was one such place which is why I linked it on my site.

http://www.a-i-darlo.com

And placed it firmly with a comment on my blog.

I also encountered attempted bullying by Common Purpose members, Michael Banks and Barry Keel in 2004 without knowing the 'link'.

We need to share information and stand up to these thugs.
