It could be a woozle's nest.

Will there be clearer photos, taken in daylight? Then we might be able to see toothmarks on the padlocks, if it is woozles. They usually leave the keys in their other trousers.

They tried something in liverpool last year that could pick up sounds and voice. they reckoned they could distinguish a gun shot and pin point it to a particular area so police could get their faster. Never heard much more about it.

Maybe V is preparing something big!
