A British government Ministry of Defence report outlines a nightmare future society in which the population are forced to accept brain chips, immigration and urbanization ravages communities, class warfare ensues, and biological and neutron weapons are used to combat overpopulation.
The MoD's Development, Concepts & Doctrine Center drew up the document to crystallize the "future strategic context" likely to face Britain's armed forces, according to a report in the London Guardian today.
Since every deliberate action of government and industry is working to realize this future, we should look at this as a strategy plan rather than a warning of things to come.
The report hypothesizes what the world will be like in under 30 years and is an "analysis of the key risks and shocks" the planet is likely to face. It's predictions include;
- The development of neutron weapons that destroy living organs but not buildings and "make a weapon of choice for extreme ethnic cleansing in an increasingly populated world." Such weapons would be dispersed by means of unmanned vehicles, leading to "application of lethal force without human intervention, raising consequential legal and ethical issues."
- Within 30 years implanted brain chips as standard for all citizens in developed nations.
- A mass revolt on behalf of the middle classes of the developed world in opposition to rampant immigration, an urban under-class and the deterioration of social order.
- The revival of Marxism as a replacement for religion in an increasingly morally relativist age.
- Unchecked globalization that effectively ends the nation state and leads to wars based on territorial belief systems rather than country against country.
- A sharp decline in the population of white Europeans but an 81% increase in the population of sub-Saharan Africa and that of Middle Eastern countries by 132%.
- Endemic unemployment, instability and threat to the social order as a result of population increase.
- The emergence of a "terrorist coalition," an alliance of belief systems that oppose the state, from environmentalists to "ultra-nationalists" and remnants of religious groups.
The clear implication from this report is that any political or religious group that expresses opposition to the atheistic and dictatorial agenda of the state will be collectively demonized as terrorists and targeted for elimination and ethnic cleansing.
This is the very new world order that the establishment have sought to create by allowing rampant immigration, using the progress of technology to enslave us, launching endless war and shaping the course of history to construct a prison planet.
The elite are deliberately steering world events and engaging in psychological warfare to achieve this self-fulfilling apocalypse. They are hell-bent on manufacturing an end-times scenario similar to that described in Revelations, and whether you believe in the Bible or not, our future is being decided by maniacal psychopaths sworn to destroy humanity.
Every time we study government white papers and strategy documents, whether it be RAND, PNAC or any other major think tank, we come across an obsession with thinning the population by means of horrific acts of ethnic cleansing. In this instance, the plan isn't even veiled under the umbrella of terrorism, it clearly implies that states will deploy weapons of mass destruction to wipe out huge swathes of the population, and particularly those who express opposition to government.

Who wrote these words in their own strategy document? The Nazis? The regime of Pol Pot?
No, it was Paul Wolfowitz, Dick Cheney, William Kristol, Donald Rumsfeld and the rest of the Neo-Con collaborators that formed the Project For a New American Century - the ideological framework of the Bush administration.
Armed Forces Journal, a mouthpiece for the military-industrial complex, last year carried a strategy plan for completely redrawing the borders of the Middle East written by retired Major Ralph Peters.
The document cites peak oil, an economic crash in 2008 and global warming as reasons for a chaotic convergence that will require harsh action on behalf of government.
"Oh, and one other dirty little secret from 5,000 years of history," writes Peters, "Ethnic cleansing works."
"There will be no peace. At any given moment for the rest of our lifetimes, there will be multiple conflicts in mutating forms around the globe. Violent conflict will dominate the headlines, but cultural and economic struggles will be steadier and ultimately more decisive. The de facto role of the US armed forces will be to keep the world safe for our economy and open to our cultural assault. To those ends, we will do a fair amount of killing."
Ethnic cleansing is also popular amongst the establishment scientific community who advocate mass scale eugenics programs to "cull" humanity down to manageable levels. One such example is Dr. Erik Pianka, who made headlines last year when he gave a speech to the Texas Academy of Science in which he advocated the need to exterminate 90% of the population through the airborne ebola virus. The vast majority of his audience, students, scientists and professors alike, stood and cheered when Pianka labeled humanity a bacteria that had to be eliminated.
Similar sentiments are echoed by people like Prince Philip, who in the foreword to his 1986 book If I Were an Animal, wrote, "In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation."
"The simplest answer is that the world's population should be about two billion, and we've got about six billion now," media mogul Ted Turner told E Magazine, an environmentalist publication.
Turner went even further in an interview with Audubon Magazine.
"A total world population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal."
In a 1991 interview with the UNESCO Courier, Jacques-Yves Cousteau, the famous Emmy award winning film producer who went on to be a kingpin of the environmental movement said,
"It's terrible to have to say this. World population must be stabilized and to do that we must eliminate 350,000 people per day."
The global elite and the military-industrial complex have already sworn to inflict genocide to ethnically cleanse world population down to levels that are more easy to control and enslave. This is the ultimate end game of the New World Order - giving birth to the apocalypse and manufacturing hell on earth.
No longer can this be dismissed as a paranoid conspiracy theory when the very architects of this horror are openly discussing it on a regular basis in their own planning documents.

During revision of a 1999 Charter Schools report, research proved that the strategies for Charter Schools, Character Education and Charitable Choice/Faith-Based Welfare Reform originated in the same private foundations. My interest in the eugenics movement stems from my fear that the basic principles of the eugenics debate, even its most discredited aspects, are resurfacing in the 1990s. To revisit the eugenics movement of the early 20th-century is to be reminded of the harm the movement intended toward those members of society least able to defend themselves. History, in this case, may help to provide an antidote to contemporary manifestations of eugenicist arguments--the I. Q. debate and the right’s anti-immigrant campaign.
The Forgotten History of Eugenics

There are a few major ways in which eugenist thought is still shaping American policy:
Intelligence Testing. One of the main tenets of eugenist thought was that intelligence was hereditary--that you got your basic smarts from your parents and their ancestors and that learning was a secondary process that might enhance your natural capabilities but couldn't substitute for raw talent. Intelligence was seen as one of the main criteria of "fitness" and a lot of effort went into developing ways to measure it and thereby pick out the "fit" folks who should be cultivated and encouraged to breed. Cyril Burt, the man in charge of intelligence testing in the British elementary school system during the 'teens, was a member of the Eugenics Education Society and, not surprisingly, "discovered" a correlation between low intelligence and poverty. In order to prove this, Burt soon started having to fudge his data, and by the end of his career he may even have been inventing phantom collaborators and supporting studies that did not exist. But because Burt's thesis could be used to justify preferential treatment for the children of middle-class or rich families, and to justify neglecting the children of poor ones, it was accepted at the time.
Yikes! This is all pretty creepy. How can this be stopped?

If enough people understand where this kind of rhetoric comes from, maybe it will start to lose some of its power. That's what I hope, anyway. Meanwhile, the only thing we can do is try to keep Newt and his cohorts as far away from the reins of power as possible.

Mr Blair wants to prevent teenage criminality
Details of the government's plan to improve the "life chances" of problem families are to be revealed.
In a speech, Tony Blair will set out a scheme to intervene before children are even born to stop them turning into troublemakers later.
He is expected to give more details of the idea, which critics say sounds too much like "eugenics".
The prime minister's speech comes during a two-day regional tour which follows his summer visit to Balmoral.
His spokesman said: "If you look at the figures of what happens to children in care and their offending rate, that is quite shocking.
"What the prime minister will be setting out is a way in which we work with those who are socially excluded to try to improve their life chances. That's the key.
"That's why this isn't just about trying to deal with the problem where relatively few numbers of individuals or families are causing disproportionate problems for society.
"It's also about helping those individuals and families improve their life chances."
Last week Mr Blair told BBC News there needed to be earlier intervention, "even pre-birth", with children of "dysfunctional families" and teenage mothers who were not in stable relationships.
'Foetal Asbo fears'
There should be sanctions against parents who refused help, he said.
But he did not explain in detail how the plans would work.
The plans were branded "foetal Asbos" in the media and also came under fire from former Labour Cabinet minister Tony Benn.
"This one about identifying troublesome children in the foetus - this is eugenics, the sort of thing Hitler talked about," he told BBC's Five Live.
'No stigma'
Children's charity NCH said Mr Blair must honour his promise to introduce lasting solutions to help the most excluded people.
NCH chief executive Clare Tickell said: "Early intervention will help families break the cycle of exclusion but it must be done in a way that does not stigmatise.
"The government must realise that families need support to change, not to be punished because they are struggling."
The Joseph Rowntree Foundation, which is hosting Mr Blair's speech, called for a balanced approach.
Its director, Lord Best, said: "The underlying causes of many of society's problems can be traced back to child poverty and, although government is making progress, there is still a long way to go to meet the prime minister's pledge to end it by 2020."

Part of the Eugenics agenda is Poplulation Control. This is the psychotic oligarch's response to democracy. He or she sees the influence that ordinary people have over the way the country is governed as a 'problem' to be 'eliminated'.
In fact all Britain's homelessness could be sorted out if all the empty buildings were brought back into use.
The working classes have lower IQs than those from wealthier backgrounds and should not be expected to win places at top universities, an academic has claimed.
Bruce Charlton, reader in evolutionary psychiatry at Newcastle University, suggested that the low numbers of working-class students at elite universities was the "natural outcome" of IQ differences between classes.
In a paper shown to the Times Higher Education magazine, Dr Charlton questioned the Government's drive to get more students from poor backgrounds into top universities like Oxford and Cambridge.
He said: "The UK Government has spent a great deal of time and effort in asserting that universities, especially Oxford and Cambridge, are unfairly excluding people from low social class backgrounds and privileging those from higher social classes.
"Yet in all this debate a simple and vital fact has been missed: higher social classes have a significantly higher average IQ than lower social classes."
The fact that so few students from poor families get into Oxbridge is not down to "prejudice" but "meritocracy", he said.
The Government criticised Dr Charlton's comments. Higher education minister Bill Rammell said: "These arguments have a definite tone of 'people should know their place'.
"There are young people with talent, ability and the potential to benefit from higher education who do not currently do so. That should concern us all."
Sally Hunt, general secretary of the University and College Union, said: "It should come as little surprise that people who enjoy a more privileged upbringing have a better start in life.
"It is up to all of us to ensure that not having access to the social and educational benefits that money provides is not a barrier to achieving one's full potential."
Another psychiatrist in the saga is Denis Lazure, president of the Canadian Psychiatric Association in 1966.
From 1999 to 2001, Lazure headed the “Support Committee for Justice for the Duplessis Orphans” — an effort that, according to Rod Vienneau, betrayed those it pretended to help. Vienneau compared Lazure’s position on the committee to “a fox in the chicken coop.”
In his memoirs, Medecin et Citoyen, published in 2002, Lazure wrote that in 1952, while interning at Hospice St. Jean de Dieu, a massive psychiatric facility in Montreal since renamed Louis-Hippolyte Lafontaine Hospital, he and five other interns regularly administered electroshock and routinely put patients into insulin comas.4
Lazure breezily described how he would “start the day pushing the button on the electrical box that sends a current to provoke an epileptic-type convulsion in tens of patients who hadn’t received any preparatory medication.”5
Then he was off to the insulin coma rooms, “half-lit, vile-smelling, with two dozen patients that we’d inject with doses of insulin strong enough to induce a coma. After several hours of excessive sedation, they’d receive a glucose injection, which usually brought them back to consciousness. It sometimes happened that we got the shock of a patient that failed to reawaken.”6
Lazure painted a disturbing picture of St. Jean de Dieu, one in which psychiatrists played with and destroyed human life. Later in 1952, Lazure left the institution for Verdun Protestant (now Douglas) Hospital, where he assisted chemical lobotomy pioneer Lehmann in tests of chlorpromazine.7
Montreal journalist Kristian Gravenor quipped, “Lazure went on to head hospitals and run the provincial health ministry, fried brains and accidental overdoses not slowing him down one bit.”8
Lazure’s statement that he and Lehmann tested chlorpromazine in 1952 lends credence to claims by Clarina Duguay and others of being forced to take the drug prior to 1953 — the year Lehmann supposedly “discovered” how to use it to straitjacket patients — and raises questions regarding how many Orphans may have been exploited as human guinea pigs.
One St. Jean de Dieu doctor who asked not to be identified estimated that chlorpromazine was being administered to 500 people at St. Jean de Dieu in 1952 — even though the drug received its first approval for human use in Canada in 1957, according to Health Canada, the government agency over such matters.9
Psychiatry Destroys Life
Children’s advocate Carol Rutz, author of A Nation Betrayed, told Freedom that based on her research, the Duplessis Orphans became prime subjects for psychiatric testing and abuse.
These children, she said, were defenseless — easy prey for ruthless doctors who inflicted pain and death under the guise of science.
Many boys and girls, she said, “had no parents to return home to, hence the extent of their abuse needed no cover-up. Who would tell? They could be beaten or drugged into submission.”
Orphans at St. Jean de Dieu were selected to receive electroshock, drugs and other “treatments” primarily based on whether or not they had immediate family members who might come to their defense or protection, said one source who worked at the facility.
Rod Vienneau said Quebec psychiatrists viewed these children, who most often came from the province’s poorest families, as “unwanted.” They emptied Quebec’s orphanages, he said, “sending the ‘unwanted’ children to the psychiatric hospitals where psychiatrists could do any experiment that they wanted to do on 100,000 children — and no one would know.” (See “He Had No Brain!”.)
Evidence suggests that many boys and girls became victims of a psychiatric eugenics* program with connections to prominent members of the U.S. and Canadian psychiatric establishments.
“Defectives” was the sweeping label that Canadian psychiatrist Charles Kirk Clarke, a founder of the Canadian Mental Health Association, applied to immigrants from eastern and central Europe.10 Another Canadian eugenicist, Helen MacMurchy, a provincial “inspector of the feeble-minded,” campaigned for sterilization to prevent certain mothers from “filling the cradle with degenerate babies.”11
Freedom addressed this subject in a 1996 cover report in its Canadian edition entitled “The Ethnic Cleansing of the ‘Mentally Unfit’ — Sterilization in Canada.” The authors wrote, “The tools of the eugenicists thus became immigration controls, birth control, sterilization and finally euthanasia as carried out by the Nazis,” noting that the first three methods had been employed in Canada — resulting in, among other things, the involuntary sterilization of thousands of women, many of them Canadian Indian or other minorities.12
With fresh allegations now surfacing that many Duplessis Orphans died or disappeared, the fourth item on the eugenicists’ agenda, euthanasia, certainly warrants official investigation.
“They Were Allowed
to Kill Defenseless Children”
Indeed, the bodies of hundreds or even thousands of Duplessis Orphans, buried near Quebec psychiatric hospitals, may today hold the key to documenting what survivors have called "organized psychiatric genocide."
Montreal attorney Daniel Lighter suggested that Quebec officials permit exhumation of bodies buried on hospital grounds to determine to what extent Orphans may have been used for psychiatric experimentation, including lobotomies, electroshock and mass drugging.
"One can certainly argue that a free society has a responsibility to unearth the good, the bad and the indifferent of its past,” Lighter told Freedom. “There is certainly a compelling amount of evidence, even outside of a courtroom, to justify looking again at this case.”
At every step of the way, the Orphans’ treatment was guided by the hand of psychiatry. Documents obtained by Freedom reveal connections between the American Psychiatric Association (APA) and Quebec psychiatric facilities where Orphans were incarcerated. As far back as 1922, photographs and other evidence show a relationship between these facilities and the APA.
In 1954, for example, the APA recognized Montreal’s Verdun Protestant (now Douglas) Hospital for “notable achievements” in research. Freedom asked APA spokesperson Jason Young what this research entailed, but as of press time, had not received an answer.
The APA imprimatur raises questions as to who benefited from the Orphans’ false internment and why, said Lighter.
"It’s a very strange link to have the APA accrediting hospitals in Quebec. Why would that be?” he asked. “It suggests that the APA was not only intimately involved but that they were coordinating the experiments. It certainly begs questions and those questions deserve answers."
A documentary that aired in September 2004 on Quebec television station TQS reported there had been roughly 300,000 children in total; 200,000 of those were adopted, while 100,000 were held in orphanages, ready for adoption but never taken. These, reporter Gary Arpin implied, were the Duplessis Orphans.
One Orphan, Jean-Guy Labrosse, 66, today a retired construction worker, authored a 1964 book about his years in Quebec institutions, My Dog’s Life, which helped to bring abuses to light. "How many of my fellow [Orphans] have died, and have gone missing?” he asked in an interview with Freedom. “And when I say missing, I mean missing without a trace. In Quebec, they were allowed to kill defenseless children.”
Rod Vienneau estimates that at least half of the Orphans incarcerated in psychiatric hospitals died or disappeared in those institutions. “If somebody disappeared, it’s because somebody got rid of the person,” he said. “They were killed or murdered.”
* British psychologist Francis Galton coined “eugenics” from the Greek eugenes, meaning “good in stock” or “well-born.” Galton’s theories on eugenics were, in turn, forwarded by psychologists and psychiatrists. In Germany, for example, Galton’s work was used by psychiatrist Ernst Rudin and others to provide the impetus for racial hygiene and genocide programs.
Silver: Genetic engineering is so much bigger than cloning, and people don't realize it. Genetic engineering has been with us for 20 years, and when it first came out in 1980, people didn't understand it enough to be able to be afraid of it, when, in fact, genetic engineering is much more scary than cloning.
NOVA: Why?
Silver: Genetical engineering is already perfected in animals, and it can produce incredible outcomes. We can produce mice that have been engineered not to get cancer. We can produce mice that have much, much greater learning and memory ability. In theory, we can use the same technology on human embryos to provide all sorts of health advantages to the children that emerge from those embryos. And we can go beyond that. Once we understand the genes behind personality behavior and cognitive traits, parents are going to be able to give their kids all sorts of cognitive advantages in life.
There's no question this technology can be used in this way. Most scientists are afraid to talk about it in public, because they're afraid of the reaction, but there's no geneticist today who will tell you this can't be done. They will tell you it won't be done; people won't want to do this. And I disagree, because I think that once the technology is usable in a safe way, parents will jump at the chance to give advantages to their children.
NOVA: What's so scary about that?
Silver: The scary part is the ethical dilemma that arises between the rights of individual parents who want to advantage their child and the good of society as a whole. Here those two notions come into severe conflict with each other, because genetic engineering will allow the affluent part of Western society, which will eventually include the middle class, it will allow this large group of Americans and people in other Western societies to jump ahead in terms of the advantages their children start life with. It will increase the gap between those who have money -- countries with money, people with money -- and those who don't. It will cause a permanent division potentially between these two groups of people, and that would be pretty bad for humanity.
NOVA: What do you mean by permanent? Do you mean they would reach a point where they would be genetically incompatible?
Silver: Let me tell you the two problems with this. Today, genes are handed out randomly, which means that even in the worst ghetto in the worst city in the world, there are children being born who have the potential to succeed as much as any child coming out of an upper-class neighborhood, because at the level of birth, there is the same kind of genetic diversity across the entire world. So that's kind of good. There's a limit to how far people who are in the upper socioeconomic class can go relative to people in the lower socioeconomic class. In theory, people can jump from the bottom class to the top class in every generation.
With genetic engineering, it might stop that process, because if the upper class is able to give its children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren more and more and more genetic advantages, they will move the class so far away from the people who are naturally born that the people in the natural class will have no way of jumping into this upper class, and that would be a permanent divide in society.

Black's third nonfiction book was War Against the Weak, published in 2003, documenting the forgotten rise of genocidal American eugenics in the first decades of the 20th Century, that is, the drive to create a white, blond, blue-eyed master race.
The campaign forcibly sterilized some 60,000 Americans by virtue of racist, pseudoscientific legislation in 27 states eventually upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court and made the law of the land.
The book also documents the American eugenics movement's direct financial, political and sponsorship of Nazi eugenics after the rise of Adolf Hitler in 1933 through the efforts of the Carnegie Institution, the Rockefeller Foundation and the Harriman railroad fortune.
These groups inspired Adolf Hitler to move his German nationalism into biological supremacy. They financed vast eugenic research networks.
The Carnegie Institution helped create the mathematical formulas defining a half-Jew, quarter-Jew, sixteen Jew and so forth which became enshrined as the Nuremberg Laws.
The Rockefeller Foundation, according to the book, financed the program that sent Mengele into Auschwitz seeking twins for monstrous experimentation.
After World War Two, the eugenics movement recoiled and renamed itself "human genetics."
War Against the Weak was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize, and eventually won the 2003 International Human Rights Award from the World Affairs Council.
Villiers Park Educational Trust has a rather conspicuous number of trustees from Barings Bank or Barings Foundation, Dexter Hutt has a marxist background. ING Barings was also involved in funding the cloning of Dolly the sheep and is involved in transgenics:

Mike Baker

Nicholas Baring CBE
Nicholas Baring joined the family-linked merchant bank of Baring Brothers in 1958, serving in a variety of senior postings both in the UK and overseas, before retiring as Deputy Chairman in 1989. From 1990 to 1998 he was Chairman of the Board of Commercial Union, a leading British composite insurance company.
In parallel with his business activities, he maintained an active interest in the voluntary sector and in the world of heritage and the arts. He was involved with the initial founding of the Baring Foundation in 1969, became a member of the Foundation's Council of Management in 1973 and was Chairman from 1998 to 2004. Other roles included the National Trust (Chairman, Finance Committee 1980-1991), the National Gallery (Chairman of Trustees 1992-1996) and the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (President 1989-1996). He became a Trustee of Villiers Park Educational Trust (then The Manor Charitable Trust) in 1988.
Robin Broadley
Robin Broadley was a solicitor and partner in Allen & Overy from 1964 to 1971. He was a managing director of Baring Brothers from 1971 to 1992. He has been a director of a number of public and private companies. He was a trustee of the Baring Foundation from 1983 to 2003, and became a trustee of Villiers Park Educational Trust in 1988. He has been a member of the Council and Executive Committee of the British Heart Foundation since 1990 and is a trustee of other charities working in the field of caring for the disabled.
Sir Dexter Hutt
Dexter Hutt became Headteacher of Ninestiles School - a 1500 student mixed comprehensive - in 1988. Under his leadership Ninestiles has progressed from being a failing school to one of the country's designated Leading Edge schools with 76% of students gaining 5 or more A* - C, been awarded the highest ever quality of teaching grades by Ofsted during a full inspection, developed the largest school wireless network in Europe with over 1200 laptops on site, and a culture described by Ofsted Inspectors as positive, vibrant and one in which individuals are valued and everyone strives for the best. Ninestiles is a specialist technology college and a Microsoft partner school. Ninestiles has become increasingly involved in school improvement nationally, providing school improvement advice and courses for many schools from around the country. Dexter is a member of several national policy groups. He is also a Commissioner for the Commission for Racial Equality. Dexter Hutt is now the Executive Head of the Ninestiles Federation with overall responsibility for the progress of two other secondary schools which became the most improved in Birmingham in 2003 and 2004 respectively. He was knighted in the 2003 New Years Honours List for services to education.
Paul Ray
Paul Ray’s early life was spent in East Africa. After secondary schooling in England, he graduated in chemical engineering from Cambridge University. His career in ICI included extensive experience in strategic planning and running an international business. Latterly he was Chairman and Chief Executive of the UK and US operations of Asahi Glass Fluoropolymers, under Japanese ownership. He is a parish councillor, volunteer citizens’ adviser, Chairman of Trustees of a pension scheme and is involved in other charitable organisations in the Cambridge area.
Johnnie Russell
Johnnie Russell is a chartered accountant with over 30 years experience in UK and International banking. He currently runs the UK wholesale lending operations of ING Bank. His banking career has included five years working in the Far East and before starting his current assignment he spent a number of years in risk management.
In his spare time he runs a dairy and beef farm in Dorset in connection with which he is a farmer elected director of Milk Link the UK’s leading farmer controlled integrated dairy business. Other interests include membership of the Council of Bath University.
Hilary Street
Hilary Street has worked as a classroom teacher; a head of department, an LEA Adviser, and the Deputy Director/Acting Director of a comprehensive sixth form centre in inner London. Sudan's government and pro-government Arab militias have been accused by human rights groups of carrying out genocide against black African residents of the Darfur region.
The militia groups, known as the Janjaweed, are accused of forcing some two million people from their homes and killing thousands.
The United States has also used the term genocide, but a United Nations investigation has stopped short of describing the violence in Darfur as genocide.
It concluded that the Sudanese government and allied militias had committed war crimes against the civilian population.

The BBC were revered throughout the world for it's factual content.I find they are very good at delivering establishment ideas as reality with an authorative upper class accent,and often now with an everyman tone.
Now as this de-population thing has been exposed (or easily found),much like the "Project For The New American Century" which is totlally misleading as a document that infers it's an purely US invention when it's
really the "Old" Europe plan.
To the great de-population as I see it (and you can of course beg to differ) is through these transparrently obvious wars that have killled untold millions,and at home through the "euthenasia agenda" aka the supposed failing health service,it's a slow process but will kill off most of us of the baby boom generation.
Allied to this supposed swine flu,you do see the government are advertising Tamiflu as the solution,but it will as I see it cause more deaths
such is the scheme of depopulation.

Bioethics as understood and practiced today was created by a congressional mandate in 1974. During the late 1960's and early 1970's, there was an explosion of exposes of research abuses in medicine, and also of ethical dilemmas created by new life–prolonging technologies. Nursing homes and hospitals seemed to be overflowing with the hopelessly ill apparently consuming scarce medical resources.
There were also revelations that entire non-consenting populations — orphans in institutions, poor black men recruited by the Tuskegee Institute, prisoners, the mentally ill, residents of inner cities — had been used as human guinea pigs in government-sponsored medical experiments. Aborted fetuses were rapidly becoming prized biological materials for medical investigation, raising serious moral questions. And so, bioethics was formally “born“.

In 1969, Willard Gaylin and Daniel Callahan (long time member and Director of the American Eugenics Society)36 founded the Hastings Center, funded primarily by the individuals John D. Rockefeller III and Elizabeth Dollard, as well as by the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Rockefeller Foundation.
The Population Council, one of the new eugenics organizations that emerged after World War II, no longer spoke of eugenics as a religion, but launched "studies relating to the social, ethical and moral dimensions" of population studies, recognizing that these questions involved matters "of a cultural, moral and spiritual nature."5 The new field of bioethics is a response to issues raised by eugenics.6 Bioethics is based on situation ethics, which was developed largely by Joseph Fletcher, a member of the American Eugenics Society.
