Lawrence Patton McDonald (April 1, 1935 – September 1, 1983) was an American politician and a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing the seventh congressional district of Georgia as a Democrat. He was a passenger on board Korean Air Flight 007 shot down by Soviet interceptors and presumed dead. He was a cousin of General George S. Patton[1]. McDonald was the only sitting member of Congress killed by the Soviet Union during the Cold War.
A conservative Democrat, he was active in numerous civil organizations and maintained a conservative voting record in Congress. He was known for his staunch opposition to communism and believed in long standing covert efforts by powerful US groups to bring about a socialist world government.

You read about airliners being shot down just to eliminate one of the passengers on board. One wonders is this Korean Airlines flight 007 such a case with the purpose of eliminating McDonald?

The problem is you could conduct this interview again now and still get exactly the same reaction from the interviewers even though the terms "New World Order", "Global Governence" and "World Currency" are mentioned weekly not only in msm outlets but also by leaders of nations.
