well i think any decent judge would throw the case out of court if thats the sort of "evidence"they can come up with. . In one sense it only has some meaning if you are alive. You dont miss anyone if your dead its only those alive who would miss him.
I dont think Islam teaches an awareness of your loved ones once you are Paradise as it would hardly be paradise
