Loose Change 9/11: An American Coup
10.30pm Saturday 14th November - Grand Thistle Hotel - Broad St, Bristol
An American Coup (www.loosechange911.com);” the latest installment in the series from director Dylan Avery and producers Matthew Brown and Korey Rowe, will be screened at the forthcoming Alternative View event (AV3).
Dramatically narrated by Daniel Sunjata, currently starring on FX’s critically acclaimed “Rescue Me” as Franco Rivera, “Loose Change 9/11: An American Coup” explores historical events that reshaped the world – from the Reichstag Fire in 1933 that catapulted Hitler to dictatorship – to the Gulf of Tonkin Incident in 1964 that led to the Vietnam War. The film leads the audience through a roller-coaster of pivotal history before delving into the largest event of all – 9/11. The film analyzes the steps America took in the aftermath of the disaster, and the suspicious events that followed.
Filmmaker Dylan Avery’s vision and hope is for those affected by 9/11 to receive the answers they seek. He asks for a fundamental call to action, as displayed in the previous “Loose Change” films, and supports the 9/11 truth movement by seeking honesty and clarity from those who have covered up actual events. A topic that inspires passion among many, the producers are actively seeking celebrities to be a voice for those whose questions have remained unanswered to date.
“The American people are still living in the aftermath of 9/11 and dealing with the repercussions,” said Dylan Avery, writer and director. “With a new administration in office, information is being revealed almost on a daily basis. With this film it is our hope that answers will be revealed and questions will continue to be asked.”

Is ‘wilful ignorance’ the biggest danger to the planet?
AV3 conference encourages people to seek their own sources of facts to make sense of the world
One phrase heard so often is “You don’t want to believe what you read in the papers”. Yet the majority of people seem to believe virtually everything the media tells them. Even when they have their suspicions that something doesn’t add up, large sections of society prefer to shrug their shoulders and walk away from investigating further.
This phenomenon is called ‘wilful ignorance’, and will be addressed by various speakers next weekend at the Grand Thistle Hotel, Bristol. The Alternative View conference takes its audience - members of the public from all walks of life – beyond the headlines, revealing the inconsistencies in the narrative being weaved around world events.
An example of this is the death of weapons inspector Dr David Kelly. Lewes MP Norman Baker will be speaking at AV3, revealing the evidence that categorically demonstrates this was no suicide: it was murder. Despite many people believing this to be the case, those responsible have still not been exposed. The population instead choose the route of ‘wilful ignorance’ - if the truth was acted upon, it would become one of the biggest scandals of all time. High profile public figures would be discredited, perhaps even jailed. And that would only be the first domino to fall as the connections and implications come into focus.
Six-term American congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, and Green Party US Presidential candidate, will also be at AV3 – she has much to relay about the circumstances surrounding 9/11, her Congressional encounters with Donald Rumsfeld, as well as sharing her personal experiences of the situation in Palestine.
Other topics where ‘wilful ignorance’ is evident, which will be addressed at AV3, include: the truth about genetic modification (GMOs); micro-chipping as a means of social control; vaccination and the swine flu ‘epidemic’; child stealing by the state; why quantitative easing is the first step towards the greatest-ever depression; and how the ratification of the Lisbon Treaty is changing the legal system in the UK. For example, did you know that under EU Civil Law, you are now guilty until proven innocent, and everything is illegal unless it is specifically written in law as being legal?
‘Wilful ignorance’ amongst the general population is a pre-requisite for the gradual implementation of an Orwellian agenda, which rips into the heart of personal freedom and civil liberty. “The magnitude of the lie is a definite factor in causing it to be believed, for the vast masses of a nation are in the depths of their hearts more easily deceived than they are consciously and intentionally bad. The primitive simplicity of their minds renders them a more easy prey to a big lie than a small one, for they themselves often tell little lies, but would be ashamed to tell big lies.” It comes from ‘Mein Kampf’, written by Adolf Hitler.
Ian R Crane, founder of the Alternative View conference, notes: “Some people label us sceptics, which is the polite end of the name-calling. I have gone on record about the things that don’t add up in the current swine flu scenario – according to Sir Liam Donaldson, the Chief Medical Officer for England, that makes me an ‘extremist’!(1). These are the methods used to make people shy away from checking beyond the headlines, and investigate why people strongly hold such alternative views to those relayed in the mainstream media. If you don’t investigate, then you really are living in ‘wilful ignorance’”.
The Alternative View Conference runs from 7pm on Friday 13th to Monday 16th November at the Thistle Grand Hotel, Bristol. Tickets for the weekend, single days, or separate workshops and speakers can be bought online at www.alll.co.uk or phone 020 7558 8869.
Tickets will also be available on-the-door.
