Polling can be a powerful political tool -- especially when the poll results send shockwaves through the media. Several 9/11 truth polls over the past several years have done just that. Those who would write us off as a fringe movement have been stunned to learn that:


* Only 16% of Americans think the Bush regime is telling the truth about 9/11
* Roughly 40% of Americans are at least MIHOP (made it happen on purpose)
* Over half of Americans want Bush and Cheney investigated for 9/11.


Now, in the wake of the seventh anniversary of 9/11, truth-seekers everywhere have taken heart from a new World Public Opinion poll showing that the conspiracy theorists who blame al-Qaeda for the attacks are in a minority worldwide. The poll of 17 nations found that only 46% of respondents blamed al-Qaeda for 9/11, while those who blamed the U.S. or Israel, or said they didn't know, totaled 47%. Steven Kull, director of WorldPublicOpinion.org, expressed amazement at the results, saying "Given the extraordinary impact the 9/11 attacks have had on world affairs, it is remarkable that seven years later there is no international consensus about who was behind them."


As the peace and truth candidate for Congress, I'm about to launch a series of polls to find out what people in my district, Wisconsinites, and Americans in general think about 9/11 in this election year. After conducting the poll, I'll have the names and phone numbers of all respondents, sorted by their answers. This will allow me to contact those who gave pro-9/11-truth answers, so I can offer them free DVDs and information about how to get involved in the 9/11 truth movement, and in my campaign.


The polling is amazingly cheap, but it does cost money (details below). Those of you who have contributed to my campaign have spent your money wisely -- last Tuesday I stunned the Wisconsin political scene by winning a landslide victory in the Libertarian primary on a pro-9/11 truth platform, thanks to you. I went to Blackburn in 2005, to support Craig Murray's attempt to take the Parliamentary seat from Jack (Man of) Straw. I had never done anything like that before (though I have campaigned for Human Rights since the '70's). I went because I had read of Craig's brave and principaled stand against the brutal torture of Uzbeks (specifically, boiling them alive). I didn't go because they were Muslims that he campaigned (and lost his job, and nearly his life) for, but because they were human beings and Craig threw away a very promising career to publicise what was being done to them.

Of course, 'Uncle Tom' 'Lord' Patel threw in his lot with Straw, and arranged for all the Muslims he could influence to vote for Straw. Result, the War Criminal retained his seat.

Please join us in bannering outside of your local mainstream media on 8/19/09, the first anniversary of Barry Jennings death. Jennings, as many truth activists know, was in WTC 7 the morning of 9/11 with NY Corporation Counsel Michael Hess. He saw and heard explosions BEFORE the tall towers fell. He admitted this in a video interview with Loose Change director Dylan Avery. He was threatened and them was announced to be dead, curiously right before the release of the final NIST report on WTC 7.

9/11 Family Members, and Survivor File for Re-validation of Citizens’ Signatures with New York State Supreme Court, following rejection of NYC CAN petition by the City Clerk and Board of Elections

New York City– On Wednesday, several 9/11 victim family members and a survivor took the first step in challenging the City Clerk’s rejection of the NYC CAN petition for a new investigation in New York City. The group filed a Verified Petition/Order to Show Cause with the Supreme Court of the State of New York requesting a review of Board of Election documentation and a ‘special referee’ appointed to re-validate the over 52,000 signatures filed by NYC CAN on June 24th.

The NYC CAN petition was rejected by the City Clerk on Friday, July 24th, a week ago, certifying less than the minimum of 30,000 qualified signatures of electors. This benchmark, according to the Clerk’s office was not met. A ‘qualified elector’ is a registered New York City voter who was eligible to vote in the last election. According to the letter sent by the Clerk to the City Council, the NY Board of Elections validated 26,003 signatures and invalidated 24,664, leaving 1,333 that were not certified.

At a hearing scheduled for Monday, August 3rd, before a Supreme Court Justice, the plaintiffs, representing tens of thousands of concerned New Yorkers who support a new 9/11 investigation, will formally raise their request for an independent review of the Board of Elections findings. If granted by the presiding Justice, a re-validation of the petition signatures by an independent special referee will follow.

In addition to the requirement to reach the threshold of 30,000 qualified electors, the petition itself must comply with New York Municipal Home Rule Law and relevant Election Laws. The City Clerk maintains the Petition fell short in several areas but it should be emphasized that this is the legal opinion of the Corporation Counsel, the City of New York’s top lawyer, and will be challenged in court by lawyers for the five plaintiffs.

Legal advisors to the plaintiffs believe that the legal objections raised by the Corporation Counsel are specious and should be set aside, however considering the political implications and official opposition to the proposed Commission, obtaining approval for placing the referendum question on the ballet itself will be fraught with difficulty and challenge each step of the way.

The fact is historically in New York City, ballot initiatives have not been successful. The last two were denied by the City Clerk. In both cases the petitioners filed a suit and ultimately lost and thus NYC CAN anticipated the response of the Clerk. And though the odds are stacked against us, we are committed to take the next steps available to us.

Regardless of the outcome, the court case will serve to amplify the demand for a new 9/11 investigation and with lessons learned, should serve to strengthen the ability of the people to petition their government for meaningful referendums in the future.

Like you, I was nudged out of my job for telling too much truth. I taught Arabic, Intro to Islam, African Literature and Folklore at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1995 till 2006, when I was hounded out of the University by Wisconsin state legislators who didn't like the political views I had expressed on a radio show. Now I teach inner city kids English for a living, write the occasional book, and try to tell the truth, no-holds-barred, on my radio shows.

By the way, the remarks that got you in trouble were basically correct. Israel is the last European settler colony, and it needs to decolonize ASAP. Israeli Jews who don't want to live as equals with the natives should go back to Europe, just like the pieds-noir, Afrikaaners, British Kenyans etc. etc.

Still waiting to hear from her. Meanwhile, my only complaint about Helen's anti-Zionist truth-blurt is...why the bleep did she apologize? Why apologize to traitors who have taken over our media in service to a hostile foreign power? Why apologize to apologists for genocide? Why apologize for telling the truth?

I had the same thought when I caught Van Jones on the Bill Maher show last night, kissing up to that smarmy, idiot-grinning little Zionist prick. (No, I don't watch this kind of tripe regularly -- in fact, it was the first time I've watched American TV in many years...not counting Jesse Ventura and similar stuff on youtube.)

Van Jones, you may remember, apologized profusely for having signed the original 9/11 truth petition. I guess that's why he still gets invitations from Maher and his fellow Zionist media dominators.

When Hannity came after me, I didn't apologize.

When my University of Wisconsin-Madison colleague Marshall Onellian publicly called me a "fruitcake" and ridiculed my religion, I didn't apologize. I kept my sense of humor, gave it right back to him--and stood up for the truth.

Does Helen Thomas really think that if she apologizes, the Zionists who dominate the media will someday give her her job back? That Bill Maher will be her buddy again?

Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but I think you should apologize for doing wrong...not for doing right.
