Hi all,


ive so far been unable to find out what is the offical uk gov. policy on what is classed as a terrorist....

anyone know?

seeing as all terror "suspects" could be held for 90 days without charge its quite important to know i think.

Terrorism Act 2000

Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001

Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005

Let's see if you can come up with your subjective interpretation, hopefully it won't tally with the UK government's. Wink

Ah well, at least we have the possible indictments of high-level Bush officials to wait for.

Most likely an easy way for some of the crooks to 'exit stage left' followed by a return to business as usual...tantamount, IMHO, to clipping
the nails of "the man", but another step forward nevertheless.
