Islam4UK is of course an internet and street creation of al-Muhajiroun.
Al-Muhajiroun was created at the time of the Kosovo war as an MI-6 islamist front organisation, by former MI-6 runner and informant, Omar Bakri, who had at the time of the first Gulf war, made a public call for John Major to be assassinated by Muslims, and not been prosecuted for that.
Al-Muhajiroun recruited British Muslims for the intelligence services, to be trained and sent to Kosovo to fight there
Abu Hamza (Cap'n Hook) and Abu Qatada are other characters connected to this organisation, as was Haroon Rashid Aswat, with an apparent role in the events of 7/7, and perhaps 21/7 also. I seem to remember this latter guy is currently languishing in Broadmoor (???)
When the connections of these type of controlled guys started becoming too obvious, Omar Bakri decided to take a holiday in Lebanon, and was immediately banned from coming back into the UK, thus putting him out of the reach of any kind of local justice or even interrogation.
I have no doubt that al-Muhajiroun and thus the ISLAM4UK remain Military Intelligence controlled, and are been put to the task of inflaming communal tensions and further demonising UK Muslims |

Good info there Paul.
My interest peaked today when Anjem Choudary was splashed all over Sky News.
This synchronous event follows on from whatever happened at Kurt Westergaard's home in Finland on New Years Day.
[EDIT: The same day that Islam4UK published their intention to protest through Wootton Bassett]
How fitting then, that Anjem Choudary should pop up just 3 days later, giving the UK notice that he and his followers intend to exercise their rights of freedom of speech by organising a somewhat provocative march through the symbolic streets of the village through which the UK's military fallen pass through as their bodies are returned from Afghanistan to the UK from RAF Lyneham.
The same Anjem Choudary that organised the February 2006 protests in London to protest against the Danish newspaper exercising their right to freedom of speech by printing provocative cartoons.
Isn't that what we are all supposed to be prodded into thinking.
Understandable I guess, unless, as usual one gets to see the hidden hand behind such events.
He also surfaced again in the Luton demonstration against returning troops in March 2009.
I was stunned to learn that Anjem Choudary was simply fined over the cartoons protest for organising an illegal demonstration, whereas four others received gaol sentences.
I guess he just got lucky eh ? _________________ The Medium is the Massage - Marshall McLuhan.

Islam4UK
LETTER: To the Families of British Soldiers who have died or who are currently in Afghanistan
DATED 3rd January 2010
May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon those who follow the guidance.
Following the public announcement of an impending procession by islam4uk (a branch of Al-Muhajiroun) through the Market Town of Wootton Basset we thought it only appropriate that we provide an explanation and a little more about the purpose behind the procession, especially to the family and friends of those who have died there and who may have been led to believe that it is merely an act of incitement or provocation.
We begin by inviting all non-Muslims to Islam, the perfect and most beautiful way of life, a favour from Allah (God) to mankind to take him out of the darkness of worshipping his own desires to the exclusive worship, submission and obedience of Allah alone, without partners and to testify the Messenger-ship of the final Prophet Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). We urge you to embrace Islam and save yourselves and your family from the hellfire and not to believe the lies and distortions which the Western media and non-Islamic regimes would have you believe about Muslims and their true intentions. Islam means submission and the Muslim is the one who submits to the will of God in his life. Verily the Messenger Muhammad told us that whoever heard his name from the Jews and Christians and did not believe would be held accountable for that on the day of judgement.
We start by pointing out what many wise people already know i.e. that the British public have once again been lied to by their politicians about the war in Afghanistan. What began as a fight for freedom and democracy and to protect the human rights of the civilians and to find Sheikh Usama Bin Laden (by the use of B52 bombers) has today become a campaign to protect the security of the British public back home and it has gone from being a campaign which could be completed without firing a weapon within 3 years to one which could go on for 40 or 50 years with a heavy cost to the participants.
In actual fact the foreign policy of the USA and UK is not about protecting the rights of Muslims or propagating democracy and freedom nor is it about the threat posed by the people in Afghanistan to the British public at all, but rather it is to establish their own military, economic, strategic and ideological interests in the region. The rich resources of Afghanistan, its position on the cusp between the Indian sub-continent, Southern Russian, Asia and China and its populations call for the Shari'ah are the real reasons why the military has sought to establish a permanent role there, no matter what the cost to the lives and wealth of the indigenous people or indeed their own. Pivotal in this is the desire to prevent Muslims from running their own affairs and establishing an Islamic State if they so wish but rather to maintain a puppet in the area (Mr Karzia) to maintain and protect Western interests.
In order to create an atmosphere where these greedy objectives can be accomplished the Western and even Eastern media have constantly shown atrocities being committed against the ordinary people of Afghanistan and Pakistan, in markets, universities and public gathering places and have then blamed these on the perceived enemy, in order to discredit any legitimate struggle for liberation and in order to demonise them in the eyes of the world and thereby justify the occupation and real intentions. The truth about such bloodshed and mayhem is only now becoming public knowledge after information about the real perpetrators has emerged (such as the CIA related agency Black Water). The billions of dollars paid to the Pakistan regime by the USA/UK alliance and to the Secret services in Pakistan, their army and to the Karzai Afghan regime by way of bribes has led them to slaughter their own citizens with the help of the USA/UK and to then blame the Taliban in an attempt to subdue those seeking liberation to fulfil their right to run their lives by divine law and to protect the US/UK military and economic interests. With additional atrocities being committed by the USA and UK through indiscriminate air raids and other operations the number of ordinary Muslim men, women and children who have been killed has reached horrendous proportions. Not to mention the torture and abuse of basic rights by the occupiers in Afghanistan, such as in Bagram Air Base, the case of Dr Affia Siddiqui being a clear and brutal example.
There is no doubt in most people's minds that the final conclusion to the current conflict in Afghanistan has already been written. Ultimate victory for those fighting in their own backyard, familiar with the mountains and plains and their supporters who struggle to protect their sanctities from the foreign aggressors cannot be denied. The signs for this are already appearing with incohesive thinking among the British and American chain of command, the crippling effect of the war on their economies back home and the depression of the soldiers realising that there is no real moral or ethic reason for them to murder innocent men, women and children to fulfil their politicians agenda. Blaming a lack of equipment is one of the ways in which politicians have tried to shift the focus. It is noteworthy that unlike among the US and UK soldiers, there has not been one reported suicide or attempted suicide among those resisting occupation.
As a consequence this can only mean much more destruction for the USA and UK sons and daughters sent by their uncaring leaders to their deaths. After all this would not be the first time that this region has acted as a grave yard for empires in history, notably the British and Russians.
It is worth reminding those who are still not blinded by the media propaganda that Afghanistan is not a British Town near Wootton Basset but rather Muslim land which no one has the right to occupy, with a Muslim population who do not deserve their innocent men, women and children to be killed for political mileage and for the greedy interests of the oppressive US and UK regimes.
The procession in Wootton Basset is therefore an attempt to engage the British publics minds on the real reasons why their soldiers are returning home in body bags and the real cost of the war. The conflict in Afghanistan is not an ‘honourable' defence of British values and a cause for the British to remain secure, rather the presence of the US and UK forces in Afghanistan is the cause of instability in the region and a cause of insecurity for the British people back home. The parades, the speeches about soldiers doing their duty and the feeling of patriotism has obfuscated the reality of the conflict and the murderous crimes being committed by the occupiers and their agents. The British public is blissfully unaware of what is being done in their name by the Blair/Brown regimes and were the truth known no doubt the pressure to withdraw all troops immediately would be much greater.
It is our desire to end the cycle of violence and the quagmire in which we find ourselves in today in Afghanistan. For the British public to do their duty and force their regime to save their children from death and destruction, from an oppressive and costly campaign and to stop the occupation of Muslim land. We realise that, especially in times of war, we are up against a very sophisticated propaganda machine and no doubt raising awareness about the painful truth of this conflict will unleash a torrent of abuse from the media and government against us, who have their own predetermined agenda, however the world is today also small enough for those wishing to verify the truth to be able to do so via the many news and information outlets.

While you know the grim repetitive turn out at Wootton Bassett is some kind of justification of the boys defence of the poppy fields for Western drug smuggling interests, what kind of self interested genuine muslim would jump in there?
The only effect of Islam4uk is maintaining cheap heroin on the streets available to all sectors of youth, whilst grinding up the tabloid dissemination of hatred

The banning of Islam4UK now being used as an excuse for us to surrender more freedoms? Is this banning just an excuse to now turn their sites against the BNP who possibly pose more of a threat to the established PTB.
If you ban an organisation they will just go and rename themselves. Stinks of the paranoia the US had about being a communist during the 50,s ?
I cant help agreeng with much of what is said here but as for Sharia Law -no thanks better to stick with the devil we know- me thinks
Quote: | AL-MUHAJIROUN/ISLAM4UK BAN IS A VICTORY FOR ISLAM AND MUSLIMS
---------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------
The announcement by the Brown regime to proscribe Al-Muhajiroun and Islam4UK is a victory for Islam and Muslims.
When one looks at the terrorism act one can see that the majority of the organisations that have been proscribed under it are Muslim based, in other words, terrorism for the British regime translates as anyone calling for the implementation of the Shari'ah and the liberation of Muslim land.
The hypocrisy of the British government is in the fact that the dictionary definition of terrorism is, "The use of violence against a community or section of the community for political purposes", which is precisely what the British government are doing through their foreign policy in Iraq and Afghanistan and through their domestic policy via the many draconian laws which have been introduced primarily against the Muslim community.
The ban for Al-Muhajiroun and Islam4UK comes after the announcement of a peaceful procession in Wootton Bassett to highlight the atrocities which have been and are being committed by the British regime supposedly within the framework of freedom of expression. However, what is clear is that if you differ with the Brown regime and those who advocate freedom and democracy and whose citizens are supposedly dying for these ideals abroad, then freedom quickly dissipates to be replaced by dictatorship.
The announcement of the ban by Alan Johnson this morning is a clear case of the oppressor and tyrant blaming the oppressed. Britain has today become an apartheid state, where Muslims are treated as second class citizens. The freedom of expression excuse is used to allow demonstrations against mosques, to allow the Prophet Muhammad (saw) to be abused, for people to shout vitriol against Islam and Muslims publicly and yet when Muslims merely stand up and say that we are being oppressed, that our brothers and sisters are being murdered, that the government must tell the truth about their policies then it is us and not the real criminals who are targeted.
The banning of ideological and political movements such as Al-Muhajiroun and Islam4UK who have never advocated or been involved in any violent or military style activities is an evident failure for democracy and freedom; unlike man-made law Allah (SWT) does not give you a right today only to take it away from you tomorrow, this is the superiority of Islam over man-made law.
Today's ban is another nail in the coffin of capitalism and another sign of the revival of Islam and Muslims. We can see that like our messengers and prophets and our pious predecessors who too were subject to arrests, torture, murder and banning, that when you walk in their footsteps and struggle for what they struggled for i.e. for people to worship, follow and obey nothing except Allah that the Pharaoh will do what the Pharaoh of yesterday did.
Hence, we are not surprised at this latest attack against Islam and Muslims. Indeed, if the Brown regime and its predecessor under Blair can engage in murdering Muslims abroad and occupying Muslim land and subject Muslims to humiliating stop and search measures and outrageously long sentences then a ban is a minor unjust action in comparison.
We will continue to be a part of the Muslim community globally and as Muslims we can never stop praying or fasting or indeed commanding good and forbidding evil which is incumbent on every Muslim. Therefore, those who believe that the voice of Islam can be silenced through threats, bans, arrests or torture (in which the government is also involved through extraordinary rendition), then they are very wrong.
Verily, the messenger Muhammad (saw) said, "Allah showed me the east of the east and the west of the west and I saw that my authority was over the whole of it."
Therefore, we will one day liberate our land from occupation and implement the Shari.ah not just in Muslim countries but also right here in Great Britain. This is something that we believe in, live by and hope that in our lifetime we will witness. |

Peter Tatchell writes:
Luton Islamist protest - Trial verdict is dangerous
Protesters homophobic & want Sharia law but....
Convictions violate free speech and right to protest
London - 12 January 2010
"The conviction of these five men is a dangerous infringement of free speech and the right to protest," said human rights campaigner Peter Tatchell.
He was commenting on the guilty verdicts yesterday (11 January) against five Muslim men who protested at a home-coming parade by soldiers from the Royal Anglian Regiment in Luton in March 2009.
The convicted men were associated with fundamentalist groups that want Sharia law in the UK and worldwide. These groups support the execution of LGBT people, women who have sex outside of marriage and Muslims who abandon their faith or convert to another religion.
Five defendants were convicted under the Public Order Act of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
"I abhor everything they stand for, but defend their right to freedom of expression. Even though what they said was offensive to many people, their right to speak their mind is one of the hallmarks of a democratic society," added Mr Tatchell.
"They want to destroy our democracy and freedoms. I want to defend these values. If we silence and criminalise their views, we are little better than them.
"Judge Carolyn Mellanby was wrong to rule that the people of Luton have a right to be protected against words they find insulting. There is no right to not be offended, since almost any idea can be offensive to someone. Many of the greatest thinkers in history have caused insult and offence, including Galileo Galilei and Charles Darwin - as well as gay rights pioneers like Edward Carpenter and Magnus Hirschfeld.
When the LGBT movement campaigned against homophobia and for gay equality in the 1960s and 70s it was deemed offensive by many straight people. Indeed, artistic, photographic and video representations of same-sex relations were usually classified as offensive and illegal by the police and state censors in Britain as recently as the early 1990s.
"The five convicted Islamists would like to censor LGBT people and put us on trial. We should not stoop to their level of intolerance.
"Democracy is superior to their proposed theocratic state and we need to prove it by demonstrating that we allow objectionable opinions and contest them by debate, not by repression and censorship.
"I strongly disagree with these men and their fundamentalist religion. They seek to establish a sexist and homophobic Islamist dictatorship in the UK.
"I reject the hatred and religious tyranny they espouse. They oppose women's rights, gay equality, people of other faiths and Muslims who do not conform to their hard-line interpretation of Islam.
"But I defend their right to express their opinions, even though they are offensive and distressing to many people.
"Insult and offence are not sufficient grounds in a democratic society to criminalise words and actions.
"The criminalisation of insulting, abusive or offensive speech is wrong. The only words that should be criminalised are untrue defamations and threats of violence, such as falsely branding someone as a paedophile or inciting murder.
"Some sections of the Public Order Act inhibit the right to free speech and the right to protest. They should be repealed.
"Just as I defended the right to free speech of the Christian homophobe Harry Hammond, and opposed his conviction in 2002 for insulting the gay community, so I also defend the right of these Islamic fundamentalists to make their views heard, providing they don't incite violence.
"The best way to respond to such fanatics is expose and refute their hateful, bigoted opinions.
"Rational argument is more effective and ethical than using an authoritarian law to censor and suppress them," said Mr Tatchell.

Good on Tatchell for his defence of people's right to offend
However he cant quite perceive that this is all an organised wind-up, the Luton 5, islam4uk, I suspect Mrs Robinson's boy lover
There's so much nonsense coming together
It's a big joke on the scale of the underpants bomber
It's extraordinary that the most of the public can't get the joke that's pinned on them |

excerpt from: Islam4UK ban 'risks another 7/7 attack'
by Aislinn Laing, Daily Telegraph, 13 January 2010
Quote: | The radical cleric Omar Bakri Muhammad warned Britain yesterday that it could fall victim to another 7/7 attack if fundamentalist groups such as Islam4UK are banned.
Bakri, the founder of the extremist group Al-Muhajiroun, said the decision by the Government to ban membership of Islam4UK and his own organisation would do more harm than good to British security.
"If you are going to ban us, I believe you are causing problems and God knows what is going to happen,'' he said, speaking from Lebanon, where he moved after he was ordered to leave Britain in 2005. "I don't want to see any other 7/7 in the UK, but if the ban continues like this it is very strange.''
At a London press conference, Islam4UK's founder, Anjem Choudary, also warned that the ban would force young Muslims "underground'' and aid recruitment for militant Islamist groups.
"This is not a threat; this is a warning of what possibly could transpire if you do not allow Muslims to practise their own faith,'' he said. "This is the biggest favour the British Government could do for organisations like ours. It will rally the youth to our side.'' |
