Grampian Police have reinterviewed a disabled woman who claims she was abused as a child by an Aberdeen paedophile ring which included a senior police officer and a leading Scottish sheriff.
Hollie Greig, 29, who has Down’s Syndrome, claims she was abused for 14 years from the age of six, and has given police the names of some of the men she says assaulted her.
Hollie and her mother, Anne, have been campaigning since 2000 when police were first informed of the alleged abuse, for criminal proceedings to be taken against those she says were involved.
The abuse is alleged to have taken place in Aberdeen, and Hollie and her mother claim to have made a statement at Bucksburn police station in July 2000 naming a senior police officer, who has since died, and a sheriff who still serves.
The Press and Journal knows the identities of both men but has decided not to make them public at this stage.
No charges have ever been brought, although Hollie received £13,500 compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority in April this year.
It is understood that followed evidence from a Grampian detective inspector who described Hollie as “a truthful witness to the best of her ability and an entirely innocent victim”.
Last night, Mrs Greig, 58, said her daughter has had nightmares and suffered panic attacks since she first told her mother about the alleged abuse nine years ago.
“We’ve been battling this for a long time now and we are angry with the way things were handled right from the start,” she said.
“We were practically forced out of our home in Aberdeen and fled to Shropshire when this whole thing came to light. During these past nine years myself and Hollie have been called liars and had to put up with constant insults but we will continue to fight despite the endless brick walls we hit.”
Mrs Greig said she ordered two psychological reports on Hollie to dismiss claims she had invented the allegations.
“Hollie was asked to draw pictures and describe sexual acts to see if there was any signs she might be lying.
“Both reports, carried out by two separate doctors, came back saying that 100% she was telling the truth and had been sexually abused.”
Mrs Greig said Hollie’s campaign would continue until justice has been done. “All Hollie wants is justice. She says this has ruined her childhood. She doesn’t trust anyone and I’m the only person she can be around for any length of time.”
Mrs Greig said two officers from Grampian Police visited Hollie in September and spent three-and-a-half hours interviewing her at a special facility in Shrewsbury.
Hollie and her mother, who moved to Shropshire to escape the alleged abuse, have enlisted a group of high-profile supporters, including, it is understood, singer Annie Lennox, to support their demand for a prosecution.
Mrs Greig claims that two of the alleged abusers moved to Portugal a number of years ago and that she went to her local police station in Shrewsbury to pass on that information when news broke of the kidnapping of Madeleine McCann.
Madeleine, who was three at the time, was kidnapped from her family’s holiday apartment at Praia da Luz, in the Algarve, in 2006. Police believe she was taken by a paedophile.
One of Hollie’s supporters wrote to the Crown Office in Edinburgh earlier this year querying the decision not to prosecute and received a reply from Andrew McIntyre, Head of Victims and Diversity, setting out the criteria for determining whether to bring charges.
His reply suggested that, in Hollie’s case, the decision was based on the lack of independent corroboration. Mr McIntyre gave an assurance that police were continuing to investigate “aspects of the case” and said that the ongoing inquiries prevented him from commenting further.
Grampian Police last night confirmed the force was investigating an allegation of historic sex abuse.
A Crown Office spokes-woman said late last night: "We have not received any report from the police.
“If we do receive a report it will be carefully considered in due course."

Robert had gone to Aberdeen to campaign for justice for Hollie, and to announce his intention to stand for election there as an MP on the single issue of Hollie’s case. Somehow, Grampian Police traced Robert to his B&B, picked him up from there and handed his key back to the proprietor – clearly indicating they intend to keep him for some time.
We are extremely concerned for Robert’s safety. Grampian Police’s press office will not confirm his wellbeing. He has committed no crime other than to speak out. Are we going to stand for this?

The legal adviser to the family of a disabled woman who claims she was abused by a paedophile ring as a child was arrested yesterday as he made his way to the centre of Aberdeen to hand out leaflets.
Political hopeful Robert Green represents the mother of Hollie Greig, a 30-year-old woman with Down’s Syndrome who says she was sexually assaulted by a Scottish sheriff, who is still serving, and a senior Grampian Police officer who is now dead.
Last night, 63-year-old Mr Green was charged with breach of the peace.
He is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday.
It is understood he was arrested as he made his way to Union Street, where he was going to tell people about Hollie’s case and his plans to contest the Aberdeen South parliamentary seat as an independent candidate.
Mr Green, of Cheshire, had been staying at a bed and breakfast in King Street.
He was expected in Union Street near the Marks and Spencer store at 10.30am but never arrived.
Other “injustice” campaigners, including Aberdeen man David Emslie, formerly of Nigg Kirk Road, were waiting for Mr Green and said they were concerned for his safety when he did not appear.
Grampian Police later confirmed Mr Green was in custody.
A spokesman said: “A 63-year-old man has been charged in connection with a breach of the peace.
“As this case is now active, it would be inappropriate to make any other comment.”
Police, with the consent of Mr Green, searched his room in King Street and are believed to have left with documents belonging to him.
Hollie claims she was abused for 14 years from the age of six and has given police the names of some of the men she says assaulted her.
The 30-year-old and her mother, Anne, have been campaigning for criminal proceedings since 2000.

“Crown counsel have considered all the available information and decided that there is insufficient credible, reliable and admissible evidence to justify criminal proceedings in respect of these allegations.”

Some educated guesswork...
Almost impossible to legally move against the child (so often in the statutory 'care' system) abusers without leaks from social services.
But posession of that leaked material may be a criminal offence.
So the abusers watch and watch... then send their mates in the old bill round.
Never mind the chief constable.. what are the names of the officers that ran this little operation.
Mum answered the phone just now and it was one of our friends North of the border from Scotland Against Crooked Lawyers (well there is someone who is never likely to be out of work! He could just start at 'A' on the membership list of The Spec CLICK HERE he'd find a life time or ten of work there! Then he could start on the crooked Banksters!)
Stuart had some fascinating information he has been told by what he described as 'an impeccable source' that 'LEVY & MACRAE (SOLICITORS OF GLASGOW) are the Legal Advisers to every mainstream newspaper in Scotland, with the one exception of "The Scotsman".'
This does seem to move news management into a new league doesn't it, Mum and I wondered if this sort of corruption was why we had been ignored and blocked by the legal crooks in Scotland and why Grampian Police had NEVER properly investigated our case but managed to arrest Robert Green for a breech of the peace that hadn't happened! It is almost certainly why Mum was so corruptly treated during her divorce and even the money inheritted from her Mother seems to have been handed over to my so called Father.
It might also explain why my Uncle's suspicious death wasn't investigated properly, when reading the autopsy, which we will post soon, he would seem beyond much doubt to have been murdered!
With the Crown kicking around in the gutter and corruption rife with the same lawyers seemingly working for all parties to orchestrate a cover-up I guess that is how justice works in Scotland! It works for the well connected!
It really wouldn't surprise Mum and I to see Robert Green hauled into court to find that horrid Sheriff Buchanan sitting in judgement - either way it is bound to be one of his cronies!
Having Levy MacKrae acting for almost all the papers must make it very handy for Angiolini and Co. to control the news in Scotland! No wonder Levy MacRae were not prepared to advise who their instructing client was or if they were being funded by the public purse or a private individual - it hadn't occurred to us at that stage they may be funded by both and several newspapers as well!
"Her" Law Agents "just happen" to be the Legal Advisers for nearly the whole mainstream media in Scotland! We did wonder why she bothered to formally instruct them when a telephone call would have done the trick with L&M seemingly acting for everyone except justice all the time, but oh so secretly.
This is all so very Scottish and when you read other cases on StolenKids it probably explains why Spec members can do such damage to their wives and children and still having lied, bullied, assaulted, demeaned and abused still get the best deal out of the courts and win based on lies and money!
I guess that is why Mum and I had such 'rough justice' and why these people just seem to pass wealthy clients around amongst them making sure they win so that they can make more money out of them again later - even the lawyers seem to move firms with the loyalty of high class whores!
So very Scottish! The entire system in Scotland seems to be unarguably corrupt and incestuous!

I don't know if YOU have phoned the Grampian Police on 0845-600-5700 to ask about Robert Green but they have got themselves in such a muddle they clearly don't know whether they are coming or going because they gave out DIFFERENT information to different people - extraordinarily they were telling people their silly Mantra when the kidnap people:
'We can neither confirm nor deny whether Mr. Green is in custody'
This was even after they had advised the newspaper journalists that he was then one of them let slip he had been taken into custody at the Guest House but the Free Mason spokesman at the Guest House was still denying it - probably weasel words, because he was not technically in custody inside the guest house, but if he was denying it surely he was telling lies as the police had given him back the boarding house key!
Not really the sort of service you expect from a B&B that charges £50 a night!
Interestingly on Friday night the Jennings, suggested Robert go to a restaurant for dinner, which they recommended and interestingly the owners are friends of the Syms who you will have seen mentioned for entirely different reasons on this blog already I think! The police were quite rude to one journalist when he phoned which surprised us but we didn't know at that stage that it seems Levy & McKrae work for most of the parties in this case! I wonder if they work for Grampian Police as well!

LATEST REPORT FROM STONEHAVEN 2.12pm today 15 February 2010
Our group are standing by at Stonehaven reporting that a SPECIAL cop unit has been drafted in as they have been expecting trouble? from Robert's friends and supporters. Unmarked cop cars have been watching the roads to Stonehaven from Aberdeen where the hearing should have taken place. Robert had a 15 minute hearing IN CAMERA at Stonehaven which means "NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC". He has been released on BAIL and we are waiting to talk to him about his experience locked up over the weekend even before he got to the area of Aberdeen he was going to be protesting at.

Robert Green's son went to his fathers house on Thursday night and he found a (letter or a writ) we do not know which was from Sheriff Buchanan, it had been put through the letter box. He did not pay much attention to it, but left it on the table in the house.
Mr Green's daughter was advised to get her brother who lives in the area to go round and check the house, as the Police may have raided the house, the son went round and found that the (letter or writ) that he left on the table had gone, and the hard drive of his computer had gone, and it appeared that some things had been moved about, but the house had not been broken into. (They obviously used his keys to get into his house) they either sent a copy of them down from Aberdeen to the local Police to go into the house, or some of the Police in Aberdeen drove down with his keys and searched the house. Have they had a warrant or did Mr Green give them permission to search his house?.
We do not know, the daughter was advised to tell her brother not to leave the house, also to tell her brother to get a friend to come round to the house and then call the Police to report someone had been in the house and taken the (letter or writ) that was from Sheriff Buchanan, and that the hard drive from the computer had gone, and that things had been moved around.
The brother does not want anyone else involved in the matter, so he is going to stay in the house until Mr Green's daughter comes up from London today, and they will call the Police so that they have witnesses to what they say to the Police. The son was advised not to leave the house, as the Police or MI5 may have taken the hard drive away and may have put something nasty on it, then put it back in the house, then raid the house next day and take the computer hard drive. The house may now have a BUG planted in it, so they will already know what is going on. If they had no warrant, and no permission from Mr Green to enter his house, then this is an illegal search. But we do not know if Mr Green has given his permission for the search.
I can`t help but wonder whether it might be worth an `outside` Police force looking at the `alleged` case detailed below, especially whilst it states in one of the bloggs that
TWO of the `alleged` paedophiles are `hiding in PORTUGAL`
I think I am correct in saying that a certain little 3 year old girl called MADALINE McCANN went `missing` in Portugal.
Her parents did ask : if anyone has any info (no matter how small) then people should contact the Police.
I`m sure therefore you can understand what angle I am coming from here :

What I do know however is this : despite the above story circulating like wildfire around the internet, the mention of `PORTUGAL` is being ignored, and out of fairness to the McCanns I do not feel in my heart that I can ignore it.
Understandably they want little Madaline back safe & well (something we all wish to see happen)

THE legal adviser to the family of a disabled woman who claims she was abused by a paedophile ring as a child has appeared in court charged with breach of the peace.
Robert Green, 63, appeared from custody at Stonehaven Sheriff Court yesterday accused of an offence spanning eight months.
The political hopeful represents the mother of Hollie Greig, a 30-year-old woman with Down’s Syndrome.
Hollie claims she was sexually assaulted by a Scottish sheriff, who is still serving, and a senior Grampian Police officer who is now dead.
Green is alleged to have committed a breach of the peace between June 9, 2009, and February 12 this year in the Ferryhill, Bridge of Don, Bieldside and Woodside areas of Aberdeen.
A handful of Green’s supporters gathered at the court for yesterday’s hearing, while a few more arrived at Aberdeen Sheriff Court expecting him to appear there.
Green, of 4 Birchdale Road, Warrington, Cheshire, appeared in private on petition before Sheriff James Hendry.
He made no plea and was released on bail.

Thanks for bearing with us and our messaging - we only had 2 people out of 4800 that thought it inconvenient to get a message or 2 from a couple of guys trying to get information out on this terrible affair.
Anyway - no doubt the site is being monitored - (HELLO SCUMBAGS - WE"RE COMING FOR YOU!) - and so we have created loads of back up places to stay ahead in the war on our hearts and minds.
The abuse of our children is too far and I feel incredibly united to every person here and on the street. We may all have our differences and tastes and cultures but the abuse of our children is one thing we can all unite on. (apart from the 1% of sick and perverted beasts that have weasled their way into positions of control and power so as to facilitate their evil desires.
I have direct information that Hollie is so pleased and moved by your concern and support. She has been longing for this day. Robert, although under restrictions (bail and silencing order, not to leave the country and attend police station in shropshire 3 times a week. He had his computer and papers removed by Grampian police.
There are dark and complex forces at play here which for this message would be too much to explain as 'we are all on different pages' as it were. Those who have been looking into similar matters will have an understanding of what I mean. Those of you who think this is an isolated case need to be prepared for more information very soon that could potentially rock the international scene.
I have received very personal and harrowing stories from people all over the world, opening up their terrible experiences at the hands of the states. I thank you for trusting me and being strong enough to break the silence so violently imposed upon you. I have cried daily but each story makes me stronger and more determined. I for one will give my all to see this ended.
We as people have failed each other by allowing this to happen.
We have ceded our power to those that are hungry for it and we are now paying the price.

I have no words for what we call the justice system. It is non-existent. Merely a cover for the real criminals. This can be proved wrong only by proof by deed. Speak out and serve justice before God and the people do it for you.
Mothers, sisters - You must stand tall. The female has been brutally supressed for too long. I know from knowing my mother that a woman has the strength of ten men. Return with strength and bring harmony and balance. The fact that there are women involved in these abuses sickens me the most as it means the corruption is from an ingrained cycle of abuse. It is not natural.
Men - Stand strong. Keep your heads. We have lost our tempers too easily and forgotten how to organise. We must move as one with unity to protect our women as they raise our children.
All of this can be achieved by knowing LOVE. We have been conditioned to be afraid. Suspicion of each other and not of those making us afraid.
If they wont tell you the news on the TV. Throw it out.
If they wont write it in the papers. Dont buy them.
If the politicians - paid to serve you -wont answer your requests, go in person to one of their clinics and look into their grey eyes and tell them what they are doing and tell them what YOU are going to do to change it.

In my honest opinion - We have already won. This is now the clean up process. This, I am told, is the talk of all behind the curtain of shame. They know we know.
Facebook and this groups days are numbered - there is a web site dedicated to hollie and our childrens cause about to come up online. Please look out for it and support it.
Make flyers and leave them all over the streets, trains, surgeries everywhere. Talk to each other BUT SMILE WITH YOUR EYES!!

Remember 'Fathers For Justice' they would have been right behind Robert Green in this case because they were keen to distance themselves from bad fathers... Where did they go?? They seem to have been knobbled by someone calling himself Matt O'Connor who appears to be some sort of disruption agent... apparently there was even a threat to kidnap the Prime Minister's son!
