Harriet is OK but I can't stand that creep Jacqui (Jacqueline) SMITH (Mrs Richard TIMNEY) sitting next to her - if she (the so-called "Ms SMITH") couldn't cope with a major Department of State viz HOME OFFICE - she should NEVER have been promoted to that highly important post!
BE AWARE that [amongst others]:
i) James Gordon BROWN is a FREEMASON
ii) Peter MANDELSON is a FREEMASON
iii) Jack STRAW is a FREEMASON
iv) ACL BLAIR is a FREEMASON
v) Michael MARTIN is a FREEMASON
That is why there is NO Harriet HARMAN as PRIME MINISTER!

What do you have against freemasons Tony, seems a strange question but one that needs to be asked when people act in the same way as freemasons from the understanding that many have of what some of it represents. |

Tony, thanks for posting the text of the initiation rituals. I have read the first and it's quite an eye-opener. As are the Martin Short documentaires you posted which I think are excellent. I couldn't help wondering if the policeman in Episode Two - I think his name was Taffy - had some fraternal assistance with his suicide. What struck me most about the 1st defree ritual is the Sign:
Quote: | Worshipful Master - You will now take a short pace towards me with your left foot bringing the right heel into its hollow. (Candidate does so). That is the first regular step in Freemasonry, and it is in this position that the secrets of the Degree are communicated. They consist of a Sign, Token and Word - rises, faces Candidate and takes Step. Place your hand in this position with the thumb extended in the form of a square to the left of the windpipe - illustrates and ensures that Candidate copies - The Sign is given by drawing the hand sharply across the throat and dropping it to the side - illustrates and ensures Candidate copies.
Worshipful Master - This is in allusion to the penalty of your obligation implying that as a man of honour and a Mason you would rather have your throat cut across. - gives Penal Sign and ensures that Candidate Copies - than improperly disclose the secrets entrusted to you. |
It's a death cult. Divulge our secrets and we'll slit your throat. Of course it's just an old tradition and we don't really do it - or do we? |

my grandad was a freemason but left because he didn't like some of the ceremonies he had taken part in.
I used to ask him stuff about the masons but he would never tell me anything. He'd just say he didn't want to talk about it. There's something clever about the whole process i think, which makes members just stay quiet.. Even when they leave and don't agree with it all.
My grandad died a few years ago and me and when me and my dad were clearing some stuff out of his house I found his old freemason book. My dad only let me have a quick glimpse at it but there were lots of drawings of pentagrams , a description of an intitation ceremony and my granddad had written 'JEHOVA JEHOVA JAHBULLON' on the back page. My grandad was a christian. _________________ "During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act" |

I know its not so easy to get names of members but do they not publish numbers of members? Most organisations like to "brag" a bit about how big they are as if it helps to justify them being in the organisation. _________________ JO911B.

The case of William Morgan, who exposed the secrets of freemasonry in a book http://www.gutenberg.org/files/18136/18136-h/18136-h.htm, and was ritually murdered as a result in 1826 reveals the real nature of the cult. There's a good account in Charles Finney's excellent book on freemasonry http://truthinheart.com/EarlyOberlinCD/CD/Finney/Theology/1869Freemaso nry/indexfreemasonry.htm. The murder resulted in a major backlash against freemasonry in the Northern States of America, with about 90% resigning their membership. Hallelujah, shows what God can do if Christian men will speak up and expose it for what it is: a satanic or if you prefer luciferian death cult, with criminal overtones.
(There are of course good men within in it, especially at the lower levels, I had better add, in case the above might give offence to anybody). |

Just popped in to my local Freemasons website. Very few names and faces. Do they not have a facebook page?
revealing quote from their website
Quote: | We hope you will enjoy many happy years in Masonry, but please remember the fear and worry of learning and practising the Ritual will be much reduced if you decide to join a Lodge of Instruction. |

EU atheist-freemason summit 'very odd', says Europe's chief unbeliever
http://euobserver.com/843/31066
Atheists would rather there were no summits with them or the churches (Photo: Valentina Pop)
LEIGH PHILLIPS - 21.10.2010 @ 07:35 CET
EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS - The first ever summit between representatives of secularist, atheist and masonic organisations and the leaders of the European Union's three main institutions was "very odd," Europe's top unbeliever has said.
On Friday (15 October), leaders from what the European Commission describes as "philosophical non-confessional organisations" met with the presidents of the European Commission, Parliament and Council to discuss their views on poverty and social exclusion. The first meeting of its kind, it is the secular counterpart to the summits the three institutions are now obliged by the Lisbon Treaty to regularly have with religious leaders.
David Pollock, the president of the European Humanist Federation, told EUobserver that his organisation is against the idea of the meetings but went along to balance out a previous EU meeting with religious figures.
"There is no reason why we as atheists or freemasons, any more than religious leaders, have any particular expertise on poverty reduction strategies. There were a series of fairly predictable expressions of outrage that citizens remain in poverty and demands for greater solidarity but nothing especially specific in the way of any strategy. There was lots of good will and not a great deal else," he said.
"It was all a bit odd."
The representatives gave short three-minute statements on the topic of poverty in the union and then lunched with the three presidents.
Mr Pollock said the EU should go beyond charity payments and its focus on poverty reduction and look instead to specific legislative efforts to reduce income inequality, such as raising minimum pay rates and setting and subsequently reducing maximum pay rates.
The group has opposed the Lisbon Treaty's institutionalisation of religious consultation, but: "As the treaty has passed, this can't be undone, and the churches have this ready access at the most senior level, so it is important that we take part in order to make the counterargument."
Atheist Ireland, the UK-based National Secular Society, the European Association for Free Thought and Belgium's Secular Action Centre also took part in the two-hour meeting, as well as the masonic Grand Lodges or Grand Orients of eight EU member states: Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and Romania.
"In total, of the 18 representatives there, atheist or secularist organisations were outnumbered two to one, with five from the humanist groups and 12 from the freemasons," Mr Pollock explained.
He believes it is inappropriate that atheist groups have been lumped in with the secretive freemasons.
"I suppose they were there insofar as they are in favour of a separation between church and state, although some did make a few friendly references about Christian values. But I don't have any particular quarrel with what they had to say about poverty," he said.
Emerging in the late 16th century in England and subsequently spreading throughout the world, the Freemasons split in 1877 between the English-speaking lodges and their continental counterparts over the question of god. Anglophone Freemasons require that their members believe in a deity, while continental freemasons do not.
The atheists are more concerned about what they describe as the "privileged access" offered to religious groups. The last EU religious summit, in July, also focussed on the question of poverty. Previous meetings with religious leaders have considered climate change, immigration and "flexicurity" - a Danish model for the welfare state.
"It is not just the meetings. The process involves a lot more. What we are worried about is that churches - and in particular the Catholic Church as it is in the best position to exploit this process - to insert themselves at the earliest stage of policy formation. They explicitly want pre-legislative consultations," Mr Pollock said.
Other international fora where churches have been offered institutional access, he added, give an idea of what the Vatican hopes to achieve in the EU.
"When it comes to family planning, women's rights, gay rights, they are very active at the UN. The Church is positively crowing about how recently they have been able to eliminate language on access to abortion, safe pregnancies and sex education in a recent report on the Millennium Development Goals," he noted.
"One should be very worried about similar moves that might go on as a result of this process in the EU."
For its part, the Catholic Church denies it has any ulterior motives in engaging in the consultations.
"Abortion, these other topics are of course a concern to the Catholic Church, but we know very well that these are not competences of the European Union," Johanna Touzel, spokeswoman for the Commission of Bishops' Conferences of the European Union (Comece), the Church's European lobby outfit.
"Even if we would want such influence, we cannot do this because the EU has no responsibility here. They are instead raised at the national level," she continued.
"The diologue is open, very transparent, a democratic procedure," she continued. "It's not done behind closed doors. You can see the list of all participants and all proposals and contributions are published."
European Council President Herman Van Rompuy, a devout Catholic, said after the meeting: "We acknowledged the experience of humanist and philosophical leaders when dealing with this challenge [poverty]. I look forward to further strengthening this dialogue."
One in three Europeans have no religion, according to the European Humanist Federation. _________________ www.lawyerscommitteefor9-11inquiry.org

Middle classes represented by the executives and managers today form the backbone of the Craft.
Extract from:-
The History of Freemasonry in the Province of Surrey, 1970
Researched and written by W. Bro. H. B. Bailey, Addiscombe Lodge No. 1556 and
W. Bro. the Rev. N. Barker Cryer. M. A., P.P.G. Chap., Comet Lodge No. 7710
In the late 1700s there was the seething disturbance of the French Revolution and the spectre of Napoleon brooding on the shores of France in the hope of being able to invade England. All possible resources had to be organised and hardship had to be borne in case the invasion came. As a part of this situation there was a general feeling that French spies and "Quislings" may be about and that people who had secrets to conceal might be amongst them. This led to Acts of Parliament dealing with unlawful Oaths or Obligations and Unlawful Societies.
All this has so much in common with the period 1939 to 1945 that the majority of the present generation will readily understand the difficulties of their forebears in the Craft. Another similarity with this Century is revealed in the issue of a Warrant on 5th February, 1801, by the Earl of Moira, Acting Grand Master, for the constitution of a regular Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons to be held in the Regiment of Loyal Surrey Rangers (see Part IV). These were not regular troops but volunteers or militia who had been organised ready for an invasion if it came. The Lord Lieutenant's Warrant or Commission for such a militia is still to be seen in the Surrey County Archives at Kingston and a copy is shown in Part IV. The Rangers faded out when the threat of invasion had passed: shades of 1940 and the Home Guard!
The second important development was the passing of the Unlawful Oaths Act in 1797 and the Unlawful Societies Act in 1799. Under the first, any person administering, taking or assisting in the administration of such oaths was liable to transportation for seven years. The second was described as "An Act for the more effectual suppression of Societies established for seditious or treasonable purposes". All such Societies were prohibited under a penalty of seven years' transportation. Fortunately, on the representations of Lord Moira and other influential Masons, Section 5 was included in the Act. This provided that "whereas certain Societies have long been accustomed to be holden in the Kingdom under the denomination of Lodges of Free Masons, the meetings of which have been in good measure directed to charitable purposes, these Societies are exempted from the provisions of the Act provided that the Society or Lodge had been holden before 1799 under the said denomination and in conformity to the rules prevailing among the said Society of Free Masons". A further provision of the Act was that the name of the Lodge and usual place and time of meeting together with the name and address and description of every member (i.e. title, profession or business) had to be registered with the Clerk of the Peace before 25th March every year. This has now been repealed and from 1968 onwards the returns need not be made.
It will be seen that this Section of the Act referred to Societies or Lodges which had been holden before 1799 and Grand Lodge gave a special warning to all Lodges against letting their Warrants lapse because new ones could not be issued. A subsequent interpretation, however, concluded that the Grand Master could re-issue the Warrant or use the number on the roll of an extinct Lodge provided the total number of Lodges at 1799 was not exceeded. Examples of a transferred Warrant and also of an authority to meet as a Lodge until such time as a Warrant of Constitution should. be regularly transferred to the Petitioners (which would no doubt be done when one became available) are given in Part IV.
These circumstances placed a scarcity value on Warrants of extinct Lodges and some were even sold 'to Brethren wishing to found a new Lodge. It is an open question whether all Lodges constituted since 1799, apart from those allocated Warrants or numbers then existing, are not illegal under a strict interpretation of . the Act.
The third major occurrence was the Great Schism in English Freemasonry which began in 1739 and became fully established in 1751. It arose out of the difficulties experienced by Grand Lodge, since its foundation by the four London Lodges in 1717, in fully establishing its position and authority throughout the country. There were several weak Grand Masters and very few effective Provincial Grand Masters. Many Lodges, at that time, had little regard for the Ancient Landmarks and Established Customs of the Order. Some people were made Masons in irregular ways even to the extent, it is alleged, of being invited to become Brethren by an advertisement .outside a London Tavern - "Masons made here for 2s. 6d.". To restore things to proper order Grand Lodge decided to transpose the modes of recognition in the first and second Degrees so that the names of the Great Pillars were reversed. Obviously this would tend to uncover the irregular Masons and Lodges and for this and other failings Grand Lodge struck off 45 Lodges in London alone between 1742 and 1752. A minority of the members of Grand Lodge, however, felt that this transposition was itself a breach of the Ancient Landmarks of the Order. There were, of course, other points but this "Yas considered fundamental. These Brethren consequently broke away and founded a rival Grand Lodge which became fully established in 1751. Since they were adhering to the Ancient Landmarks, they called themselves the Antients and dubbed the regular Grand 'Lodge the Moderns. Also they probably had an appreciation, so much in evidence today, of the "publicity" value of the right slogan. They were fortunate in having a very capable Grand Secretary in Lawrence Dermott and the firm support of two Dukes of Atholl as successive Grand Masters. Their Lodges are often referred to as "Atholl Lodges" and their Warrants were based on the old Constitutions granted by H.R.H. Prince Edwin at York, A.D. 926. One such Warrant is given in Chapter IV.
The fourth and happiest major development came in 1813 when the Act of Union was brought about. This had been in the minds of many earnest Brethren over a long period and when two Royal Brothers (the Dukes of Sussex and Kent) were respectively Grand Masters of the Moderns and the Antients, the time was considered opportune for healing the breach. A Lodge of Reconciliation was constituted and the Union was completed on the basis of its recommendations, which included the restoration of the words in the first and second degrees to their original places. The Duke of Sussex became Grand Master and the Duke of Kent his Deputy. The Lodges of both factions were re-numbered alternately, lots being cast for the privilege of having No.1. This fell to the Antients with No.2 to the Moderns and so on in ordered sequence.
The Union established Grand Lodge with full authority and control and, although there have since been minor dissensions, no serious breach has again occurred or could now be envisaged. This, then, is the inheritance of the Freemasons of today.
Perhaps a note on the history of Freemasons' Hall would find a suitable place in this chapter.
There existed a Freemasons' Coffee Tavern in Wild Court, at the back of the present building, before Grand Lodge, in 1774, acquired property in Great Queen Street on which to erect Freemasons' Hall. There were two large dwelling houses and an extensive garden for which £3,150 was paid. The front house was let for £90 per annum while the house at the back provided commodious committee rooms, offices, kitchens, etc., without much alteration. The garden was large enough for a complete hall which was estimated to cost £3,000 but which, as with many estimates, finally cost more. Funds were raised by a Tontine and also by donations and by contributions to the Hall Loan Fund. Many prominent Masons of the time, including our first two Provincial Grand Masters, are on record as having subscribed £25 to this fund.
The foundation stone was laid on 1st May, 1775, and the building was dedicated with impressive solemnity on 23rd May, 1776. It soon proved inadequate and costly alterations and enlargements had to be made. The front house was rebuilt in 1788 for the purpose of a tavern and additional property was gradually acquired in the succeeding years. The first Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of England, H.R.H. the Duke of Sussex, called in an eminent architect of the time, Sir John Soane, to design a plan of development but the continuous pressure for additional accommodation to meet the expanding needs of the Craft, added to monetary difficulties, pre¬cluded a comprehensive scheme to meet more long term requirements. By 1862, however, the need for such a plan was clear and Grand Lodge appointed an official Committee to find the solution. As a result the foundation stone of the new Freemasons' Hall was laid on 27th April, 1864, by the Grand Master, the Earl of Zetland, and, after many financial and structural difficulties, the work was completed in 1869. Again this soon proved inadequate and further properties were acquired for the erection of additional office accommodation. Then a disastrous fire occurred on 3rd May, 1883, which destroyed the Dais end of the Temple. The Board of General Purposes drew up a plan for restoration and enlargement to meet the growing needs of the Craft for many years but Grand Lodge accepted the limits of the incoming money of the time and, in effect, decided on restoration without expansion. The pressure continued to develop and an extension was planned in 1914, but could not be carried to completion owing to the War.
After the War, the conception arose of the Masonic Million Memorial Fund, which would provide for the erection of a great Central Home for English Freemasons in the Metropolis of the Empire, dedicated to the Most High and in honour and memory of the many Brethren who fell during the War. a Home perfect in its parts and worthy of their heroism. Those Lodges which contributed a specified amount to the Memorial Fund qualified as "Hall Stone" Lodges. The Jewel, which is worn by the Worshipful Master at every meeting of these Lodges, was designed by a Surrey Mason, the late W. Bro. Spackman of Beaux Arts Lodge. Newer Lodges, of course, have not had the opportunity to earn this qualification.
On 6th December, 1922, Grand Lodge resolved that the Masonic Peace Memorial should be erected on the whole freehold property bounded by Great Queen Street, Wild Street and Wild Court. Architects from all over the world were invited to submit designs. Nearly one hundred were received and the Assessors, Sir Edward Lutyens, R.A., F.R.I.B.A., Bro. Walter Cave, F.R.I.B.A., and Bro. Burnett Brown, F.R.I.B.A., finally selected the design of the magnificent and dignified building we now see as the Headquarters of English Freemasonry. The foundation stone was laid by H.R.H. the Duke of Connaught, Grand Master, on 14th July, 1927, and the Building was dedicated by him on 19th July, 1933.
A handsome clock was added to the West face of the building in 1967 to mark the 250th Anniversary of the foundation of Grand Lodge.
Finally, an explanation of the Commemorative Jewel which now adorns the Master's Collar in present day Lodges should be recorded. The Jewel indicates that the members of this Lodge played their part, in 1967, in establishing a Fund which commemorates the preservation of Freemasonry through two and a half centuries. The design of the Jewel embodies the central theme of the Arms first granted to the "Hole Craft and Fellowship of Masons" in 1472. The income from this very substantial Fund is placed at the disposal of the Royal College of Surgeons of England to further research into the science of surgery as a real and practical contribution towards the betterment of the health and happiness of humanity. _________________ www.lawyerscommitteefor9-11inquiry.org

Rotary club stalwart and retired nurse put on balaclava and knifed her two elderly neighbours
By Louise Eccles - 5th February 2011
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1353823/Rotary-club-stalwart-r etired-nurse-knifed-2-elderly-neighbours.html
As the former treasurer of the local Rotary Club and a retired school bursar, Rose Spanswick was a pillar of society.
But the 59-year-old widow was yesterday facing a possible jail term after admitting barging her way into the £500,000 home of two elderly neighbours and stabbing them.
Bizarrely, the grandmother put on a balaclava for the attack on James and Sheila Patmore. They had lived about 20 doors apart on the same quiet street in Lewes, East Sussex, for more than two decades.
Spanswick sobbed in the dock yesterday as she admitted aggravated burglary and assault with attempt to rob.
The court did not hear what she was trying to steal or what provoked her violent outburst against the couple, whom she knew well from Lewes Castle Rotary Club.
The Patmores were pottering around at home when Spanswick knocked on their door just before 3pm on November 22 last year.
When retired nurse Mrs Patmore, 74, answered she was stabbed several times and her husband, a retired accountant, was injured while trying to protect her. _________________ www.lawyerscommitteefor9-11inquiry.org

How widespread is Freemasonry? How about this:
'85% of key US Govt. positions are held by 'Skull&Bonesmen' , says Leuren Moret in this video (she also blames Japan quake on HAARP, but doesn't give any evidence), but the general info she gives on this video, (and also Part 2) is very good:
(Correction to above: she does give evidence that HAARP was intended to effect 'enemies' or 'competitors' weather in Part 2, and also states Israeli group went to Fukushima previous to quake, and that a 'bug' was found in the computers that the control the emergency systems, the same 'bug' that was introduced to the Iran nuclear program)

Phone-hacking scandal: Jonathan Rees obtained information using dark arts
Freemason set up network of corrupt police, customs officials, taxmen and bank staff to gain valuable information
Nick Davies - guardian.co.uk, Wednesday 8 June 2011 20.56 BST
http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2011/jun/08/phone-hacking-scandal-jona than-rees?intcmp=239
Years ago, Jonathan Rees became a freemason. According to journalists and investigators who worked with him, he then exploited his link with the lodges to meet masonic police officers who illegally sold him information which he peddled to Fleet Street.
As one of Britain's most prolific merchants of secrets, Rees expanded his network of sources by recruiting as his business partner Sid Fillery, a detective sergeant from the Metropolitan Police. Fillery added more officers to their network. Rees also boasted of recruiting corrupt Customs officers, a corrupt VAT inspector and two corrupt bank employees.
Other police contacts are said to have been blackmailed into providing confidential information. One of Rees's former associates claims that Rees had compromising photographs of serving officers, including one who was caught in a drunken state with a couple of prostitutes and with a toilet seat around his neck.
It is this network of corruption which lies at the heart of yesterday's claim in the House of Commons by Labour MP Tom Watson that Rees was targeting politicians, members of the royal family and even terrorist informers on behalf of Rupert Murdoch's News International. The Guardian's own inquiries suggest that Watson knows what he is talking about.
Much of what the police sources were able to sell to Rees was directly related to crime. But Rees also bought and sold confidential data on anybody who was of interest to his Fleet Street clients, to which the police often had special access. The Guardian has confirmed that Rees reinforced his official contacts with two specialist 'blaggers' who would telephone the Inland Revenue, the DVLA, banks and phone companies and trick them into handing over private data.
One of the blaggers who regularly worked for him, John Gunning, was responsible for obtaining details of bank accounts belonging to Prince Edward and the Countess of Wessex, which were then sold to the Sunday Mirror. Gunning was later convicted of illegally obtaining confidential data from British Telecom. Rees also obtained details of accounts at Coutts Bank belonging to the Duke and Duchess of Kent. The bank accounts of Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, are also thought to have been compromised.
Confidential data
The Guardian has been told that Rees spoke openly about obtaining confidential data belonging to senior politicians and recorded their names in his paperwork. One source close to Rees claims that apart from Tony Blair, Jack Straw, Peter Mandelson and Alastair Campbell, he also targeted Gaynor Regan, who became the second wife of the former foreign secretary Robin Cook; the former shadow home secretary Sir Gerald Kaufman; and the former Tory cabinet minister David Mellor.
It is not yet known precisely what Rees was doing to obtain information on these political targets, although in the case of Mandelson it appears that Rees acquired confidential details of two bank accounts he held at Coutts, and his building society account at Britannia. Rees is also said to have targeted the bank accounts of members of Mandelson's family.
An investigator who worked for Rees claims he was also occasionally commissioning burglaries of public figures to steal material for newspapers. Southern Investigations has previously been implicated in handling paperwork that was stolen by a professional burglar from the safe of Paddy Ashdown's lawyer, when Ashdown was leader of the Liberal Democrats. The paperwork, which was eventually obtained by the News of the World, recorded Ashdown discussing his fears that newspapers might expose an affair with his secretary.
Computer hacking
The successful hacking of a computer belonging to the former British intelligence officer Ian Hurst was achieved in July 2006 by sending Hurst an email containing a Trojan programme which copied Hurst's emails and relayed them back to the hacker. This included messages he had exchanged with at least two agents who informed on the Provisional IRA — Freddie Scappaticci, codenamed Stakeknife; and a second informant known as Kevin Fulton. Both men were regarded as high-risk targets for assassination. Hurst was one of the very few people who knew their whereabouts. The hacker cannot be named for legal reasons.
There would be further security concern if evidence finally confirms strong claims by those close to Rees that he claimed to have targeted the then Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir John [now Lord] Stevens, who would have had regular access to highly sensitive intelligence. Sir John's successor, Sir Ian Blair, is believed to have been targeted by the News of the World's full-time investigator, Glenn Mulcaire. Assistant commissioner John Yates was targeted by Rees when Yates was running inquiries into police corruption in the late 1990s. It appears that Yates did not realise that he himself had been a target when he was responsible for the policing of the phone-hacking affair between July 2009 and January 2011.
Targeting the Bank of England, Rees is believed to have earned thousands of pounds by penetrating the past or present mortgage accounts of the then governor, Eddie George; his deputy, Mervyn King, who is now governor; and half-a-dozen other members of the Monetary Policy Committee.
Rees carried out his trade for years. His career as a pedlar of privacy stretches back into the 1990s, when he worked assiduously for the Daily Mirror, the Sunday Mirror and the News of the World.
Rees and Fillery had three key media contacts, some of whose conversations with them were recorded by a police bug in their south London office: Doug Kempster from the Sunday Mirror, who was recorded suggesting that "Asians look better dead"; Gary Jones from the Daily Mirror, who was recorded as Rees told him that some of what he was doing for the Mirror was illegal; and Alex Marunchak, the executive editor of the News of the World.
This lucrative career was crudely interrupted in September 1999 when Rees was arrested and then jailed for plotting to plant cocaine on a woman so that her ex-husband would get custody of her children. Sid Fillery similarly ran into trouble with the long of the arm of the law which he was so keen to twist. He was arrested, convicted for possession of indecent images of children and retreated to Norfolk to run a pub. Rees, however, emerged from prison in May 2004 and proceeded to carry on trading, this time exclusively for the News of the World, then being edited by Andy Coulson, who went on to become David Cameron's media adviser.
The scale and seriousness of Rees's activities have worrying implications for Operation Weeting, the Scotland Yard inquiry which finally — unlike its two predecessors — is making a robust attempt to get to the truth of the scandal. Weeting has been told to focus on one private investigator, Glenn Mulcaire; on one illegal technique, phone-hacking; which he deployed for the one newspaper which paid him on a full-time contract, the News of the World. That alone is consuming the full-time efforts of 45 officers.
The truth is that Mulcaire was only one of a dozen different investigators, many of whom used other illegal techniques. And the News of the World, as journalists all over Fleet Street know, was not the only enthusiastic employer of these dark arts. Mulcaire and his phone-hacking became the single focus through the simple fluke that he was clumsy enough to get caught interfering with the voicemail of the royal household — the one target which would finally move the police into taking on a Fleet Street paper. The police famously failed to look beyond him, and it is only now that the rest of the truth is beginning to emerge.
With the new disclosures of Rees's operation there will be pressure on Weeting to expand its inquiry, which would involve recruiting still more officers. And, in the background, there is a small queue of other investigators waiting to have their names — along with their Fleet Street clients — added to Weeting's list of suspects. High among them will be a former Metropolitan police detective who was accused of corruption in the early 1980s and forced out of his job after a disciplinary hearing.
Senior Yard sources say this detective then came up with a novel form of revenge. He acquired a press card and proceeded to act as a link between Fleet Street crime correspondents and the network of corrupt detectives he knew so well.
Former crime reporters from several national newspapers have told the Guardian that they used this detective to carry cash bribes — thousands of pounds in brown envelopes — to serving officers. Scotland Yard for years has been aware of his activity and has attempted but failed to catch him and stop him.
The crime reporters say that one reason for the Yard's failure is that, when the Yard tried to stop the corruption, serving officers tipped them off so they could evade detection.
And there is more. The Guardian has identified a total of eleven specialist 'blaggers' who were paid by wealthy clients, including Fleet Street newspapers, to steal medical records, bank statements, itemised phone bills, tax files and anything else that was both confidential and newsworthy.
• This article was amended on 9 June 2011. The original referred to the then Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir John Stephens. This has been corrected. _________________ www.lawyerscommitteefor9-11inquiry.org

Freemasonry is also widespread within the John Adam St Gang. In fact there was talk, apparently, of the masonic headquarters being within the John Adam St Gang at Adelphi House (aka Committee of 300, or the olympians):

Interesting emeil recieved on this one
I see the Telegraph? did a follow-up story out of the phone hacking scandal about Masons in the police. I think one of the key private detectives was one. Of course Cameron and the last two PM's have been as well. I am sure most of the advisors they appointed as well as the Press Barons.
All this doesn't happen by chance it starts at the local constituency associations with lodges controlling the political party activity in their area and then filters upward in the party. There is not that many appointed positions in a political party controlling the organization, but Masons will operate for years working together in a constituency association without ever disclosing to the members what is going on.
It is so pervasive, then you through in the newspapers and tv which is lousey with masonry on the political and on-air side and you end up with a defacto hidden one party masonic superstate.
They just lie and lie about it, the real secret of freemasonry is who their members are in the politics and media.

Billionaire politician battles freemasons and Kremlin
http://rt.com/politics/prokhorov-election-program-politics-505/
Published: 14 September, 2011, 12:42
On the first day of the Right Cause convention, the party’s leader, Mikhail Prokhorov, dismissed the entire executive committee, accusing them of an attempt to seize power in the party.
Prokhorov also expelled three people from the party, including the head of Russian freemasons, Andrey Bogdanov.
“There is an attempt by some members of the presidential administration to take control of Right Cause,” he told journalists during an urgent media briefing on Wednesday, adding that he is ready to provide evidence.
He also strongly refuted reports that he intended to resign as the Right Cause leader and stressed that there is no split in the party.
The first unconfirmed news that Right Cause would oust the fresh party leader during their campaign congress appeared on Tuesday evening, less than one day before the start of the party’s major pre-election convention. Several web editions quoted unnamed sources in the party as saying that Prokhorov’s foes control the congress and intended to oust the billionaire, but provided no details or reasons for the speculation. Media were barred from covering the congress.
Some members of Right Cause claimed on Wednesday that Prokhorov’s opponents have registered non-members at the convention in order to get a majority and remove the current head of the party.
Prokhorov’s representative told RIA Novosti news agency the convention “has been illegally hijacked” through illegitimate registration of new members.
“They have put on the list people who until today had nothing to do with Right Cause, registered them, given them voting mandates and created a mandate commission,” the representative said.
The chairman of the party's executive committee, Andrey Dunayev, denied claims of hijacking the conference.
“I know almost all the delegates personally,” commented the head of the Moscow region branch of Right Cause. “I haven’t noticed any suspicious-looking people here.”
Prokhorov did not appear at the convention on its opening day, but announced through his representative that he had stopped Dunayev’s powers as the chairman of the executive committee and the executive committee as a whole. Prokhorov also said that three people were expelled from the party for violating its charter: the grand master of the Freemason Grand Lodge of Russia, Andrey Bogdanov, and two others. Bogdanov joined the Right Cause when it merged with his Democratic Party of Russia in 2008 and became famous when he ran for president in 2008 even though he got only a miniscule number of votes.
A short time later Prokhorov had a meeting with journalists and announced personally that he was not going to resign.
“Apparently you expect me to announce my resignation – you are not going to hear this,” Prokhorov said, and signed the party protocols as a leader of the party in the reporters’ presence.
Prokhorov also told the press that controversial Russian public activist Yevgeniy Roizman will remain on the Right Cause’s elections list regardless of all pressure the party was experiencing from the Kremlin. Roizman, who served a short sentence in the 1980s for fraud and burglary and who was a State Duma deputy last decade, is a well-known figure in Russia for his harsh stance on illegal drugs. Roizman’s City Without Drugs foundation has been fighting drug dealers in central Russia for years, together with police and the State Drug Control Commission, but at some point one of the leaders of the foundation was convicted and sentenced for illegally depriving people of freedom – for running an amateur drug rehabilitation clinic.
Prokhorov invited Roizman to the Right Cause after becoming the party leader and Roizman accepted the offer. However, a few days ago Roizman wrote in his blog that certain people in the official bodies of power told him that some unnamed officials from the Kremlin demanded that Roizman be removed from the elections lists. Prokhorov has said that if Roizman is forced to leave the party, he will leave together with him.
Not everyone in the Right Cause supported Roizman as a candidate for parliament.
“There is no problem with Prokhorov, but there are a lot of party members who are against including the head of the City Without Drugs foundation Yevgeniy Roizman into the federal elections list of the party,” Bogdanov declared.
In the afternoon the Right Cause convention announced a break in its work until Thursday. One of the new party members, Prokhorov’s protégé and influential media personality Andrei Lyubimov, wrote in his blog that Prokhorov would deliver a strong speech before the congress and prove that he is still in control of the party.
Prokhorov himself promised to hold another press conference on Thursday and personally report both the results of the convention and possibly the Kremlin’s stance on the developments in the Right Cause.
Prokhorov was unanimously approved as leader of Right Cause in June and since then has spearheaded a vocal campaign to raise his party’s profile. He aims to get 15 percent of the vote in upcoming parliamentary elections on December 4. He also stated that he may join the presidential race.
New Right Cause manifesto
On Tuesday, Mikhail Prokhorov made public a new version of the Right Cause election manifesto, in which he floated the idea of forming a cabinet based on the results of parliamentary elections.
He released the draft document in his blog, pointing out that this might not be the final version and that he remains open to all constructive suggestions.
“The government of the Russian Federation must be formed according to the outcome of the parliamentary election. This is the only way to make parties bear responsibility for their electoral promises,” Prokhorov wrote.
He also stressed the necessity of bringing back the election of governors which was cancelled in 2004.
In addition, the document lays out the party leader’s views on reform of the judicial system, social policy, the economy and international politics. The essence of the manifesto is summed up in its opening slogan: “Jobs for the employable, care for children, benefits for pensioners, prison for bribe-takers.”
As for the judicial system, Mikhail Prokhorov’s aim is to establish firm parameters for the jurisdiction of the courts.
“Any pressure on the courts from the authorities should be regarded as a grave criminal offense,” he stressed. “The job of hearing arguments between businesses and the state should be given to arbitration courts.”
The politician pays significant attention to social issues, notably the problem of poverty.
“Our party will be pushing for a major review of current social policies which have led to the systemic reproduction of poverty in the country… We need a review of the poverty criteria which are used now,” the document reads.
Turning to the economy, Mikhail Prokhorov notes that for the past 20 years, Russia has actually returned to the “pre-industrial epoch, such is the scale of the loss of Russia’s industrial potential.” His goal is to create powerful modern industry, which is “the only possible foundation of steady economy independent of the fluctuations of the world energy market.”
On foreign policy, the Right Cause leader wants an alliance with the European Union and closer cooperation with the Baltic States and the CIS:
“Some kind of alliance between Russia and Europe is not only possible, it is crucial for both Russia and Europe. The EU, Baltic States, CIS and Russia are the largest market in the world… The scale and influence of such an economic union would be unparalleled.”
The blog entry was published hours before the opening of the Right Cause convention, scheduled to take place from September 14-16. _________________ www.lawyerscommitteefor9-11inquiry.org

Quote: | Rudolf Joseph Lorenz Steiner[1] (25 or 27 February 1861[2] in Donji Kraljevec, then Kingdom of Hungary, Austrian Empire, now Croatia – 30 March 1925 in Dornach, Switzerland) was an Austrian philosopher, social reformer, architect, and esotericist.[3][4] He gained initial recognition as a literary critic and cultural philosopher. At the beginning of the 20th century, he founded a spiritual movement, Anthroposophy, as an esoteric philosophy growing out of European transcendentalism and with links to Theosophy.
Steiner led this movement through several phases. In the first, more philosophically oriented phase, Steiner attempted to find a synthesis between science and mysticism;[5] his philosophical work of these years, which he termed spiritual science, sought to provide a connection between the cognitive path of Western philosophy and the inner and spiritual needs of the human being.[6]:291 In a second phase, beginning around 1907, he began working collaboratively in a variety of artistic media, including drama, the movement arts (developing a new artistic form, eurythmy) and architecture, culminating in the building of a cultural centre to house all the arts, the Goetheanum. After the First World War, Steiner worked with educators, farmers, doctors, and other professionals to develop Waldorf education, biodynamic agriculture, anthroposophical medicine as well as new directions in numerous other practical areas.[7] |

Quote: | To ground his project of founding the new mysteries of Anthroposophy in spiritual history, Rudolf Steiner always sought to unite with and transform where possible the older initiatory streams such as Freemasonry and Rosicrucianism.
In November 1905, both Steiner, who was General Secretary of the German Section of the Theosophical Society and Arch Warden of its Esoteric Section, and Marie von Sivers were invited to “join,” in a purely formal way, the Order of Ancient Freemasons of the Memphis and Misraim Rite, allowing him to form his own Mystic Temple, Mystica Aeterna, in Berlin.
On this basis, Steiner created—freely and out of his own spiritual experience and inspiration—the Cognitive–Ritual Section, or Misraim Service, of the Esoteric Section. “Everything was done as it must be when spiritual reality is to be investigated directly and experienced in full consciousness.”
Though outwardly similar to existing Masonic rituals, forms, and legends, the spiritual content Steiner gave was new and vital. Especially important was the ritual work, reverently undertaken with a deep sense of responsibility and of the sacramental nature of all human activity.
This astonishing volume of rich, primary materials contains letters, documents, ritual texts, meditations, and lectures pertaining to Steiner’s teaching of the Misraim Service. Ritual symbols (such as the mallet, the triangle, the right angle, the compass, the rule, the Rose Cross, and the pillars of Jachin and Boaz), as well as the Temple Legend of Hiram Abiff and Solomon and the story of Cain and Abel, all find their place here. The ritual texts are given in full, with illustrations and descriptions of making the ritual objects.
There are numerous fictional and superficial books available on Freemasonry, but this unusual volume reveals the deep, esoteric nature of true Masonic rituals and practices and how they form some of the roots of Anthroposophy.
Freemasonry and Ritual Work contains an introduction, a brief chronology of Rudolf Steiner's life, and an index. It is the first complete English translation of « Zur Geschichte und aus den Inhalten der erkenntniskultischen Abteilung der Esoterischen Schule 1904–1914 » (GA 265).
Rudolf Steiner (1861–1925) was born in the small village of Kraljevec, Austro-Hungarian Empire (now in Croatia), where he grew up. As a young man, he lived in Weimar and Berlin, where he became a well-published scientific, literary, and philosophical scholar, known especially for his work with Goethe’s scientific writings. At the beginning of the twentieth century, he began to develop his early philosophical principles into an approach to systematic research into psychological and spiritual phenomena. Formally beginning his spiritual teaching career under the auspices of the Theosophical Society, Steiner came to use the term Anthroposophy (and spiritual science) for his philosophy, spiritual research, and findings. The influence of Steiner’s multifaceted genius has led to innovative and holistic approaches in medicine, various therapies, philosophy, religious renewal, Waldorf education, education for special needs, threefold economics, biodynamic agriculture, Goethean science, architecture, and the arts of drama, speech, and eurythmy. In 1924, Rudolf Steiner founded the General Anthroposophical Society, which today has branches throughout the world. He died in Dornach, Switzerland.

Maybe going to find out in Wirral here
Quote: | Wirral councillors could be forced to declare if they are Masons
10:01am Friday 10th February 2012 in News By Leigh Marles
Wirral councillors could be forced to declare if they are Masons MOVES to make Wirral Council more open and accountable will be put to the vote on Monday.
Two controversial “notices of motion” will go before a meeting of the full council: The first demands all elected members must declare in the register of interests if they are Freemasons.
The second insists so-called “compromise agreements” will no longer be offered to staff without prior approval of elected members.
Labour group deputy leader Cllr Phil Davies is proposing the Masonic-interest declaration.
His notice says: “This council believes that in the interest of free and open government and in order to avoid any accusations of a failure to be open and transparent in their dealings with the council and the public, that any member of the Freemasons be obliged to declare their interest.”
It instructs the chief executive to make "urgent arrangements" so all council members who are Freemasons declare their membership in the register of interest immediately.
Liberal Democrat councillor Mark Johnston wants an end to a system that allows compromise deals to be processed without elected members becoming involved.
The deals involve officers receiving a pay-off to leave the local authority on the understanding they waive any rights to bring an employment-related claim.
His notice says the council “strongly believes compromise deals that offer financial or other types of incentive should not be used to remove poorly-performing staff from the workforce.
“Training, support and - ultimately - the disciplinary procedure are the correct tools to be used in relation to poorly-performing staff.”
It continues: “Council believes compromise deals should not be used to cover-up underlying problems, situations of concern or to remove staff quietly and quickly.
If the move is successfully voted in, the council will insist that all future deals that include financial or other incentives are subject to a "full democratically accountable process."
Members of the employment and appointments committee would be tasked with assessing and signing-off any future compromise deals before any offer is made to employees. |
