7/7 victims could have to pay for their own lawyers at inquests
The families of victims of the July 7 bombings and survivors of the attacks could have to spend their compensation and life insurance payouts on hiring lawyers for the inquests, it has emerged.

The families are outraged that they have been sent 15 page forms over the weekend, asking them to tell the Ministry of Justice about the pay-outs they received as a result of the terrorist attacks along with the value of their jewellery, cars and homes.
They fear they could lose the payments or be forced to sell their possessions to pay for their own legal representation at the three month inquest......
