Look at this
Ignore the first bit and skip through to 9:50.
It shows Ahmed Al Haznawi apparantly giving his last will and testament.
He is clearly moving in front of the back photograph.
Here's a single frame from Wikipedia.
Someone please explain to me how they managed to get that photograph before he died at Shanksville?
Unless of course he didn't die at Shanksville.

The effect is easy to achieve with chroma-key editing. The editor of the video could have created this effect.
Thing to do is find the original or ask the editor if he made the effect himself.

Why would they bother to do that?
Well they did it again at 24:04 with Abdulaziz Alomari and nice picture of the Pentagon with advanced renovation going on behind.
One wonders since Alomari was allegedly on the first plane AA11 that crashed into the World Trade Centre they would have used a picture of the World Trade Centre not the Pentagon.
Alomari's luggage was never loaded onto Flight AA11.

The fact there is no evidence that would hold up in any real court of law for the hijacker scenario, much like the July 7th four alleged suicide bombing event.
Unless someone knows otherwise and can prove it.
