(WMR) -- WMR has learned from two El Al sources who worked for the Israeli airline at New York’s John F. Kennedy airport that on 9/11, hours after the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grounded all civilian domestic and international incoming and outgoing flights to and from the United States, a full El Al Boeing 747 took off from JFK bound for Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion International Airport.
The two El Al employee sources are not Israeli nationals but legal immigrants from Ecuador who were working in the United States for the airline.
The flight departed JFK at 4:11 pm and its departure was, according to the El Al sources, authorized by the direct intervention of the U.S. Department of Defense. U.S. military officials were on the scene at JFK and were personally involved with the airport and air traffic control authorities to clear the flight for take-off.
According to the 9/11 Commission report, Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta ordered all civilian flights to be grounded at 9:45 am on September 11. ... ... ... |

Excellent points, fish, but a careful study of history clearly demonstrates that if the true perpetrators of crimes against humanity successfully hide behind 'nationalism', the 'common good' or whatever, the entire ethnic group gets tarred with the same brush; 'tis but ill-informed, 'normal', ignorant, inevitable human nature.
As with the Reverend Niemuller, if 'we' are all tarred then it is our own fault for not speaking out and acting in a timely manner against those amongst our own ethnicity seen to be aiding/abetting/committing crimes.
Suspending/banning people for holding just 'slightly extreme' views only drives them further underground. This brings me to my main issue with this otherwise excellent and comprehensive forum of yours. If you don't allow people to expose themselves, how can we ever distinguish the genuine from the fake? How can we ever get a truer picture of the world's injustices if they are not aired from all sides? Move them to Kook's Korner by all means but don't ever shut them up, as by doing so you cut off useful sources that can clarify 'the enemy's thinking.
I would love to see Condi, Don, Dave & Dick on here, spouting their schtik, wouldn't you? ;-)

These may be excellent points out of context, but in the context of this thread pretty poor. It is not Jews who are being demonised, either by the quoted article in the OP's post, or the subsequent links by DD. The references are to Zionism and the state of Israel. One is a political ideology and the other is - well - a state.
If you read the full article in the original post it states:

Not that such an elementary observantion needed to be pointed out as it insults your and everyone's intelligence.
Apologies fish if you really are objecting to ciriticism of Israel/Zionism though. I have read the posting guidelines (at last) but did note that during the attacks on Gaza last year, such criticisms were allowed and have not been deleted. Enough said, though I would prefer not to have to walk on eggshells.
(As an aside, the "inside job" theory with reference to Rumsfeld, Bush, Cheney, Rice, CIA etc - ie "people who were yanks" - has never been translated as a demonisation of all American citizens. Or has it?)

LOL! Wasn't Lenin a director of school teachers at one time? ;-) Who's dooooooooomed?
