Question a doctor and lose your child?

Timely post Freeman and thanks. Our daughter has been offered the same vaccine against cervical cancer (we declined). We spoke with a family friend who is a GP and she said dont feel any concern if you decide not to have her vaccined.
What we didnt realise is that the human papilloma virus its supposed to protect her from is a sexually transmitted virus. It wasnt made clear on the consent form.
At school the usual Jade Goody story was rolled out.

Their is a definite power to be gained from not feeling coerced or guilt tripped into getting yourselves or your children vaccinated,
I seem to remember the moment our first child ws born their was a midwife shoving a needle in their heel. Your in a state of elation at the birth and not really into making an informed decision at the time. To this day we are not sure what it was for.

Because we didnt agree and sign consent form for our daughter to have the vaccine against human papilloma virus she gets singled out and taken outside the class by the nurse and questioned about it and asked to reconsider. ( considering they require parental consent that didnt seem a bright idea) Any way my daughter is getting to be a "good" rebellious teenager, must raise her pocket money

Many parents are terrified to take their children to the doctors or hospital because they fear and rightly so in many cases , the dreaded childrens services .

We decided not to vaccinate our daughter and have not run up against the system as yet,but we have heard from friends of a GP who became quite aggressive when presented with their unvaccinated child,and said he didnt feel he should treat their son as and I quote " you clearly do not have any faith in my ability to administer care "!
Talk about taking a lack of faith in the pharmaceutical company's personally

Also interesting and disturbing to note that the 6pm Breaking News Headline on News24 was 'CANCER DEATH GIRL', with the log line underneath reading '14yr old girl dies following vaccine', which seemed to be a classic case of misdirection given that if you read the headline it sounds as if the girl died of cancer...surely it should have read 'VACCINE DEATH GIRL' in the first instance?

Or is that a little too close to the truth?

Seems it wasnt anything to do with the vaccine but that "she had serious underlying health issues" Now where have I heard that statement trumpeted by NHS officials recently?
