The International Institute for Strategic Defense (founded at the Royal Society of the Arts) produced a set of papers called The Adelphi Papers.

You will likely find that the CFR the Trilateral Commission is involved in that. Certainly there have been conferences where speakers from the CFR and those who wrote for The Adelphi papers have attended.

Interesting meeting here between the UN and the LSE, the UN reps do seem somewhat obsequent to those at the LSE.
