Great initiative... but are the four editors to be anonymous screen names or is it Gareth, Andy, Stefan and Toseef? (Just a guess)
The trouble with anonymity is there is no accountability. Anyone, including the CIA could have your passwords and be editing the site, as with recent Wikileaks and Wikipedia revelations.

Whoever it is behind this initiative I congratulate them and wish them well. I don't think they should be anonymous.

I hope they will be strict in their editing of the site and will eliminate all speculation, however reasonable certain speculation may seem. IMO they should also eliminate, personal attacks, sarcasm and straw man arguments. There is certainly a need for a site which does this. There are a lot of people out there we need to reach who are afraid of being considered 'conspiracy theorists' and scared of dealing with the implications that we have been lied to by government, implications which may turn their world view upside down.

I even think that the BushObama morph picture already on that site, though amusing, should not be there as it suggests this site has the levity of mainstream journalism. There's a place for humour but not on that site I hope. There are many people we need to reach out to who admire Obama and who will see that morph as an insult to him. Having seen it as an insult some will read no further. It's legitimate to criticise him for his policies but the morph pix seem cheap.

Sorry to be so humourless about it but because we are dealing with such a serious issue I would rather see this site err on the side of seriousness than levity.
