These Luciferians aren't 'running scared', they're just carrying out their agenda as per plan, and so far there have been very few mishaps (the fact that the 'USS Liberty' didn't sink is certainly one).

The 'global elite' (I'm getting really fed up with that oxymoron), whilst appearing very clever, demonstrably lack intelligence, despite working to multi-generational plans.

Although we can see them smugly laughing at humanity at every public 'display' I am increasingly optimistic that they will be the losers; just as subject to Murphy's Law as every other sentience.

I'm still convinced that Seattle '99 forced them to accelerate their plans beyond their ability to control the outcome.
