Zeitgeist has always been for global governance and one world government if you will, but this isn't necessarily bad. It all depends on the context and the intentions.
Their solutions have techno-Marxist nuances: a central planner in the form of a supercomputer will be solving the problem of scarce resource allocation on a global scale based on the scientific method.
I'm not too convinced this is workable, the problem of organization is harder than this.
