O dear we are in trouble if one does not begin to understand the fact ...all statute claims are made against your commercial debt account and as such you reply explaining in a letter the fact you the human only hold power of attorney for the debt account to which the census is directed, as such given the debt account is a piece of paper....it cannot write thus cannot fill in the census.

I have received the census today and with it scuppering my original prepared response in its addressing to the occupier rather than to your commercial debt account, the main point of focus is to the claim : your census response is required by law. I will simply respond no thanks to the census

Another way if you feel happy about being slightly devious is to cut out the freepost address bit on the form that you have to return making sure you omit the bar code and id numbers. Then stick this onto a few blank pages of A4 paper so that the return address is showing. Then get a proof of posting certificate when you take it to the post office. (dont get a recorded dlivery or anything like that) When the census officer comes knocking at your door you have proof of posting it and can rightly tell them to bog off if they ask you to fill it in again--which i doubt they will bother.
If you have family members who need to fill it in- get them to fill it in but dont tell them your plans so if they are ever asked they can honestly say they filled it in. It is only the rresponsibility of the "householder" that it is completed and returned (or not!)

I dont think the envelopes are coded to identify the house holders address and theres nothing to say you cant return it in any old envelope using the freepost address

They create weapons and systems of deployment which cause serious harm and damage to people and places.

Therefore filling in the census is an act of supporting a terrorist organization.

Send your census back with a letter saying "This census is intentionally left blank - go to hell".

"formal interview under caution" firstly they have to get through the front gate, secondly they have to get through the front door, thirdly the "homeowner" has to be in, fourthly the "homeowner" has to accept the invitation to a interview (which legally he does not have to"). Could go on for ages.
