Lie detecting

With people like Derren Brown actually able to tell when someone is lying, why can't the "truth movement" find someone that can actually tell if the likes are Silverstein and Bush are lying?

It seems some of these people can pretty much 99 times out of 100 read peoples minds and get it right.

Surely there must be some people out there who could do some studying of Bushes body language at the time of 9/11 and get some info out?
