Isn't this the same video as the one you posted in May on this thread?
FEMA has apparently taken down Appendix C of the FEMA Report which shows evidence of a high temperature corrosion of the steel and the formation of a sulfide eutectic: http://www.fema.gov/pdf/library/fema403_apc.pdf
Does anyone have a copy somewhere that they can post. I'd like to have a saved copy in case they try to remove it permanently. I may have one somewhere. If I find it I will post.
