Amazing video clip of German fighter pilot in WWII who escorted a very badly shot up American bomber out of German airspace, and the bomber made it back to Britain:

The actual pics of the planes were obviously photoshopped, as there were no other planes to take the pics.
If he had been seen escorting the bomber, he could well have been executed, but he was a truly decent man, and took the risk.
I wonder how many British or American fighter pilots would have done the same with a German bomber???

The german pilot probably shot down many other british or American plans in air battles but still nice to see the guys meeting up years after.its a strange thing having power over life or death. I cant kill enough slugs and snails on my allotment but big spiders in the house usually get a reprieve
