This is a cause I have been involved for a good while, the problem of Social Services taking children from the home and in to care. Many of these cases are unlawful with out basis for a case against the family. The problem is just getting worse if it carries on unchecked. The whole process of family law is being allowed to fly in the face of lawful and human rights, It cares not of due process and is held in secret courts away from the public domain, and the family denied access to legal representation. The court is allowed to impose prison sentences on parents who go public with their stories. This needs to be spread around to get the awareness it needs.
