This post is not to offend the memory of lives lost in two anomalous mishaps involving Malaysia Airlines. This article has been written by me with information gathered mostly by David Vose.

The Russians have released their radar readings. Why will the US not release its own satellite imagery of these events? They certainly have these.

Instead, the USG wants to sell us primitive drawings of the event made on a 4-year old Google Map and to broadcast discredited YouTube footage (created several hours before the missile attack) and from Social Media posts of alleged separatists, bragging about the shoot-down.

To watch the exchange, here between AP Reporter, Matt Lee and the State Department Deputy, Marie Harf is to watch a snarky, prevaricating government official exude toxic deceit, as he traps her into a corner, by pointing out that the only evidence being offered by the US Government for its claims derive from Social Media posts.

After bluffing for a while, she finally shoots back that she "doesn't have the clearance to de-classify" the US satellite images, which the journalist believes it is everybody's right to see, in a circumstance of a shoot-down of a civilian airliner.

And what of the numerous reports, from completely separate sources, that bodies found in the wreckage of the purported Flight MH17, were already heavily decomposed and drained of blood, within one day of the crash, with many showing evidence of having been tortured?

Several other details shown in this clip point to the the scene of the crash as being heavily tampered, with invalid passports neatly piled together with their boarding passes, showing no sign of a 33,000-foot impact or fire of any kind, let alone human use. Many were invalid, clipped or hole-punched and would not have been admissible for boarding the plane.

More importantly, the plane, itself shows evidence of not being the designated plane on more than one count. The ID for the plane scheduled for Flight MH 17 was 9M-MRD.

However, a photo published by the Daily Mail, taken by a passenger about to board, shows its ID to be 9M-MRC. The ID of the plane used in MH 370 was 9M-MRO. It would not be very difficult to paint out an "O" into a "C"...

Another oddity is the fact that according to a FlightRadar24.com live flight tracker, in a screen capture made on July 18, the day following the crash, MH 17 (9M-MRD) was shown as "canceled" on the date of the crash.

In addition, from the positioning of the window in front of the right wing and Emergency Exit - the window in the corresponding wreckage is exactly where the window was positioned on the craft of MH 370 (and in the passenger's photo).

This disparity was caught before the original photo from the scene was released publicly but we are shown here, the original photograph at the scene and the one published by the MSM, with a fake window, photoshopped in. (I wonder how this photoshop jocky feels about his or her job?)


I've said enough. Watch the clip and decide for yourself whether or not the USG's and its propaganda outlet, the mainstream media's portrayal of this event is on the up-and-up.

The 10-day NATO exercise code named «BREEZE 2014» has ended in Black Sea. The exercise, which included the use of electronic warfare and electronic intelligence aircraft such as the Boeing EA-18G Growler and the Boeing E3 Sentry Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS), coincided with the shootdown of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17 in eastern Ukraine, some 40 miles from the Russian border. NATO ships and aircraft had the Donetsk and Luhansk regions under total radar and electronic surveillance.

MH-17 was shot down over a region where Russian-speaking separatist forces have been battling against the alliance of the Ukrainian armed forces and a private mercenary force answerable to a Ukrainian-Jewish billionaire oligarch.

The U.S. Army has revealed that the 10-day exercise involved «commercial traffic monitoring». Because of the sophistication of the electronic warfare and intelligence used during SEA BREEZE, it can be assumed that commercial traffic monitoring included monitoring the track of MH-17.

Past NATO-Ukraine exercises in Crimea were called «SEA BREEZE». This year's annual SEA BREEZE exercise with Ukraine, approved by the rump Ukrainian Parliament, is clouded in mystery with the Pentagon saying it was only «in the planning stage and we can't announce dates yet». However, 200 U.S. Army personnel normally assigned to bases in Germany were in Ukraine during the time of the MH-17 fly-over. They were participating in NATO exercise RAPID TRIDENT II. Ukraine's Ministry of Defense led the exercise.

BREEZE included the AEGIS-class guided missile cruiser USS Vela Gulf. AEGIS cruisers' AN/SPY 1 radar has the ability to track all aircraft over a large region. For example, the AEGIS test center in Moorestown, New Jersey, was able to see the Boeing 747 TWA Flight 800 when it disappeared from radar screens in 1996 near East Moriches Bay, Long Island. According to Lockheed Martin personnel who operated the AEGIS test center in New Jersey, the Navy ordered the SPY 1 radar turned off for «maintenance» shortly before the downing of TWA 800.

From the Black Sea, the Vela Gulf was able to track Malaysian Airlines 17 over the Black Sea and any missiles fired at the plane. U.S. AWACS electronic intelligence (ELINT) aircraft were also flying over the Black Sea region at the time of the MH-17 flyover of Ukraine. Growler aircraft have the capability to jam radar systems in all surface-to-air threats.

The announcement of U.S. BREEZE and RAPID TRIDENT II military maneuvers came on May 21, 2014, and were announced on the website operated by Vice President Joe Biden's office. Biden's son, Hunter Biden, is a newly-named director of the Ukrainian natural gas and oil company Burisma Holdings, Ltd., owned by IhorKolomoisky, the Ukrainian-Israeli mafia oligarch, whose is known as the «Chameleon». Kolomoiskyhas raised his own mercenary army, complete with the BUK missiles allegedly used in the shootdown of MH-17. Kolomoisky, the Governor of Dnipropetrovsk oblast in eastern Ukraine, has threatened terrorist attacks against Russian-speaking officials in eastern Ukraine, including assassinations.

Burisma is a typical RUIM [Russian - Ukrainian - Israeli - Mafia] operation, with subsidiaries in such tax havens as Cyprus and the British Virgin Islands. It is part of Kolomoisky's large umbrella corporation called Privat Group.

Kolomoisky, estimated to be the second-richest person in Ukraine, also has strong connections inside Kiev's Borispol International Airport, where it has been reported that Ukrainian Interior Ministry troops stormed the air traffic control tower shortly before MH-17 was shot down. A Spanish air traffic controller, who possessed knowledge of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry's involvement in the shootdown of MH-17, reportedly had his life threatened by people he described as «Maidan» troops, a reference to the Maidan Square uprising that toppled the Ukrainian government earlier this year. The Spanish controller, identified only as «Carlos,» understood that the shootdown of MH-17 was carried out by supporters of former Ukrainian Prime Minister YuliaTymoshenko and Interior Minister ArsenAvakov. Kolomoisky is a political ally of Tymoshenko and Avakov.

Kolomoisky, until 2012, owned Aerosvit Airlines, which used Borispol as a hub, and Donbassaero, which was based out of Donetsk Airport. Aerosvit leased all of its planes, including a Boeing 767, from Boeing Capital. After filing for bankruptcy, Aerosvit and Donbassaero ceased flying in April 2013. Among other Kolomoisky airlines, Skyways Express, based out of Stockholm ArlandAirport; City Express, based at Gothenburg, Sweden Airport; and Cimber Sterling, based out of Sønderborg and Copenhagen Kastrup Airports in Denmark, all filed for bankruptcy in 2012. Kolomoisky continues to be active in commercial aviation. His Private Group owns Dniproavia, which is based at Dnipropetrovsk Airport.Kolomoisky’s aviation and Israeli security contacts gives him carte blanche access to secure airport facilities in Europe and around the world.

Kolomoisky's forces are armed with advanced weaponry, obtained both from Ukrainian weapons inventories and from purchases on the black market. Kolomoisky's forces reportedly possess the BUK surface-to-air missile system said to have been used to shoot down MH-17. Kolomoisky's forces, comprising Ukrainian regular military personnel; neo-Nazi units from west Ukraine, and foreign mercenaries, including Georgians, Romanians, and white supremacists from Sweden and Germany; and ex-Israel Defense Force Blue Helmet commandos, are mainly separated into four battalions: the Azov Battalion; the Aidar Battalion, the Donbass Battalion; and the 2,000-strong Dniepr-1 (or Dnipro-1) Battalion, which was responsible for the deadly May 1 fire-bombing of the trade union building in Odessa and the burning alive of people trapped inside the Mariupol Police Station on May 9. Dnipro-1 also maintains a 20,000-member reserve force.

At the heart of Kolomoisky's Army is a Nazi «Brownshirt»-style force of ardent Kolomoisky loyalists who have used guns, iron bars, and batons to seize control of factories and offices in Ukraine that Kolomoisky has expropriated from so-called «separatist» sympathizers.

Some of the Georgians who serve in Kolomoisky's Army have reportedly been trained in the use of BUK missile systems previously sold by Ukraine to Georgia under the presidency of MikheilSaakashvili. Kolomoisky has utilized ex-President Saakashvili's «consulting services» in Dnipropetrovsk in the military and political campaign against the breakaway people’s republics of Donetsk and Luhansk.

Kolomoisky placed a one million dollar bounty on Ukrainian Member of Parliament member Oleg Tsarev, who fled to Russia after being severely beaten by Ukrainian right-wingers in Kiev.

Kolomoisky chooses to «command» his army from the safety of Switzerland, far from the front lines and relatively safe from arrest if his ties to terrorist attacks are ever pursued by legitimate governmental authorities.Kolomoisky has a powerful «insurance policy» against any legal recriminations. He counts on the powerful Israel Lobby in the United States to support his cause. Kolomoisky has publicly spoken of Ukraine as the «second homeland» of the Jewish people. And with «The Lobby» in his corner, Kolomoisky has indirect access to the highest levels of power within the Department of Defense, NATO, and the U.S. Intelligence Community.

A Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777, the same type that was used by MH-17 and the still-missing Malaysian Airlines flight 370, which disappeared on March 8 while en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, is stored in a hangar at Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv. The Boeing 777 in Israel, with serial number 28416, Malaysia registration tail numb 9M-MRI, was sold to GA Telesis, LLC of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on October 21, 2013. The Boeing 777 was re-registered with the United States tail number N105GT and first stored at Tarbes Lourdes Pyrenees airport and on November 4, 2013, was transferred to Tel Aviv, where it was last spotted in a hangar.

GA Telesis was founded by its CEO, AbdolMoabery. GA Telesis, a global aircraft leasing firm, is now owned by Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Century Tokyo Leasing. Moabery, a former U.S. Naval officer, formerly worked for Aviation Systems International, Inc. as executive vice president and for C-S Aviation Services, Inc. as sales and marketing director. Both of Moabery's former companies are partly-owned by George Soros, who is partly responsible for laying the groundwork for the Ukrainian coup that ousted President Viktor Yanukovych. C-S (Chatterjee-Soros) Aviation is co-owned by Purnenda Chatterjee, who runs the Chaterjee Group, an investment firm.

Chatterjee Group owns Winston Partners of Alexandria, Virginia, an investment firm co-founded by Marvin Bush, son of George H W Bush. Winston owns corporate entities in the Cayman Islands, Isle of Man, Curacao, and Delaware. One of the Winston entities, Winston Capital Fund, has another Bush family investor, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush. Interestingly, Marvin Bush has served as an adviser to HCC Insurance Holdings, Ltd, a re-insurer of the World Trade Center in New York. Marvin's business dealings have also involved the purchase and leasing of commercial aircraft.

The executive chairman of GA Telesis Composite Repair Group, LLC, which would be responsible for retrofitting the Malaysian Boeing 777 in Tel Aviv is Aviv Tzur, an Israeli national who was previously the chairman of Ultimate Aircraft Composites (UAC), an Israeli-staffed firm that merged with GA Telesis. UAC, like GA Telesis, specializes in repairing and retrofitting aircraft. UAC also had contracts with the Israeli government.

The presence of a Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777 in Tel Aviv, the mysterious disappearance of a second Malaysian Boeing 777 on a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, and the attack on yet a third Amsterdam-to-Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Boeing 777 over eastern Ukraine may be more than coincidental. Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport is a center for Israeli Mossad activity in Western Europe. Israeli-owned ICTS controls the security at Schiphol for passengers and cargo. It was ICTS that permitted Nigerian national Umar Farouk Abdulmutallah to slip past Schiphol’s normally stringent security on Christmas 2009 and board a Northwest Airlines Airbus bound for Detroit. While approaching Detroit, Abdulmutallah, who was permitted to board by ICTS in Amsterdam without a passport or U.S. visa, tried to detonate explosive materials sewn into his underpants.

The seizure of the air traffic control center at Borispol by allies of Kolomoisky shortly before the shooting down of MH-17 and Kolomoisky’s strong links to Israel, which benefitted immensely from the downing of MH-17 because it drew the attention of the world’s media away from its ground invasion of Gaza, which began just as initial reports about the fate of MH-17 were being transmitted, may be the real story behind the loss of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17 and the horrible deaths of its 298 passengers and crew.

The tragedy of Malaysian MH 017 continues to elude any light of clarity being cast over it. The flight recorders are in England and are evaluated. What can come of it? Maybe more than you would assume. Especially the voice recorder will be interesting when you look at the picture of a cockpit fragment. As an expert in aviation I closely looked at the images of the wreckage that are circulating on the Internet.
First, I was amazed at how few photos can be found from the wreckage with Google. All are in low resolution, except one: The fragment of the cockpit below the window on the pilots side. This image, however, is shocking. In Washington, you can now hear views expresssed of a “potentially tragic error / accident” regarding MH 017. Given this particular cockpit image it does not surprise me at all.

I recommend to click on the little picture to the right. You can download this photo as a PDF in good resolution. This is necessary, because that will allow you understand what I am describing here. The facts speak clear and loud and are beyond the realm of speculation: The cockpit shows traces of shelling! You can see the entry and exit holes. The edge of a portion of the holes is bent inwards. These are the smaller holes, round and clean, showing the entry points most likeley that of a 30 millimeter caliber projectile. The edge of the other, the larger and slightly frayed exit holes showing shreds of metal pointing produced by the same caliber projectiles. Moreover, it is evident that at these exit holes of the outer layer of the double aluminum reinforced structure are shredded or bent – outwardly! Furthermore, minor cuts can be seen, all bent outward, which indicate that shrapnel had forcefull exited through the outer skin from the inside of the cockpit. The open rivets are are also bent outward.
In sifting through the available images one thing stands out: All wreckage of the sections behind the cockpit are largely intact, except for the fact that only fragments of the aircraft remained . Only the cockpit part shows these peculiar marks of destruction. This leaves the examiner with an important clue. This aircraft was not hit by a missile in the central portion. The destruction is limited to the cockpit area. Now you have to factor in that this part is constructed of specially reinforced material. This is on account of the nose of any aircraft having to withstand the impact of a large bird at high speeds. You can see in the photo, that in this area significantly stronger aluminum alloys were being installed than in the remainder of the outer skin of the fuselage. One remembers the crash of Pan Am over Lockerbie. It was a large segment of the cockpit that due to the special architecture survived the crash in one piece. In the case of flight MH 017 it becomes abundantly clear that there also an explosion took place inside the aircraft.

So what could have happened? Russia recently published radar recordings, that confirm at least one Ukrainian SU 25 in close proximity to MH 017. This corresponds with the statement of the now missing Spanish controller ‘Carlos’ that has seen two Ukrainian fighter aircraft in the immediate vicinity of MH 017. If we now consider the armament of a typical SU 25 we learn this: It is equipped with a double-barreled 30-mm gun, type GSh-302 / AO-17A, equipped with: a 250 round magazine of anti-tank incendiary shells and splinter-explosive shells (dum-dum), arranged in alternating order. The cockpit of the MH 017 has evidently been fired at from both sides: the entry and exit holes are found on the same fragment of it’s cockpit segment!
Now just consider what happens when a series of anti-tank incendiary shells and splinter-explosive shells hit the cockpit. These are after all designed to destroy a modern tank. The anti-tank incendiary shells partially traversed the cockpit and exited on the other side in a slightly deformed shape. (Aviation forensic experts could possibly find them on the ground presumably controlled by the Kiev Ukrainian military; the translator). After all, their impact is designed to penetrate the solid armor of a tank. Also, the splinter-explosive shells will, due to their numerous impacts too cause massive explosions inside the cockpit, since they are designed to do this. Given the rapid firing sequence of the GSh-302 cannon, it will cause a rapid succession of explosions within the cockpit area in a very short time. Remeber each of these is sufficient to destroy a tank.
What “mistake” was actually being committed – and by whom?

Graze on the wing
Because the interior of a commercial aircraft is a hermetically sealed pressurized chamber, the explosions will, in split second, increase the pressure inside the cabin to extreme levels or breaking point. An aircraft is not equipped for this, it will burst like a balloon. This explains a coherent scenario. The largely intact fragments of the rear sections broke in mid air at the weaker points of contstruction most likely under extreme internal air pressure. The images of the widely scattered field of debris and the brutally damaged segment of cockpit fit like hand in glove. Furthermore, a wing segment shows traces of a grazing shot, which in direct extension leads to the cockpit. Interestingly, I found that both the high-resolution photo of the fragment of bullet riddled cockpit as well as the segment of grazed wing have in the meantime disappeared from Google Images. One can find virtually no more pictures of the wreckage, except the well known smoking ruins.
If you listen to the voices from Washington now who speak of a “potentially tragic error / accident”, all that remains is the question of what might have been the nature of this “mistake” perpetrated here. I am not given to hover long in the realm of speculation, but would like to invite others to consider the following : The MH 017 looked similar in it’s tricolor design to that that of the Russian President’s plane. The plane with Presdient Putin on board was at the same time ”near” Malaysia MH 017. In aviation circles “close” would be considered to be anywhere between 150 to 200 miles. Also, in this context we might consider the deposition of Ms. Tymoshenko, who wanted to shoot Presdient Putin with a Kalashnikov.
But that this remains pure speculation. The shelling of the cockpit of air Malaysia MH 017, however, is definitely not.

I don't believe it was because BA is 'higher up the food chain':
MH17 was obviously a deliberate False Flag; it's ten previous flights had been way south of the 'fatal' route; and an Indian Airlines pilot heard Ukraine ATC tell MH17 pilot to take the route over the battle zone.
After MH370, and it's twin in Tel Aviv, a lot of us were expecting a 'False Flag' using one of them, although I thought they had likely called it off due to heavy 'alternative' coverage.

“Massive explosive decompression” is how a Ukraine defense spokesman described the midair destruction of Malaysian Airlines flight 17. The three words, leaked through military liaison, are based on flight-recorder analysis being conducted at the official inquiry office at TAG London Farnborough Airport in Hampshire, south of the British capital.


Adding scandal to a double tragedy, the official investigations into both the midair destruction of MH17 and the MH-370 disappearance are being led by the same team that perpetrated the cover-up of the PanAm 103 bombing over Lockerbie, Scotland. Cloaked in secrecy, the Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) is an agency of the UK Transport Ministry, which was created by Royal Army and reputedly connected with the MI-6 spy service, the Crown and the House of Rothschild.


The current chief investigator, Keith Conradi, is an appointee of former Transport Minister Andrew Adonis, an orphan who rose though the ranks of Labour as a protege of Evelyn de Rothschild and his political operative Peter Mandelson. Sir Evelyn has a key role in the dynastic fortune as honorary chairman at the NM Rothschild & Sons, an investment bank in the City of London. The Rothschild fingerprints on both Malaysian Air incidents are too extensive to be mere coincidence but are instead indicative of a pattern related to their geopolitical objectives of upgrading Israeli military technology and extending control over banking and energy resources, especially in target countries Russia and Iran.


The Rothschilds have a financial relationship with the KLM group, the dominant carrier at Amsterdam-Schiphol Airportl. Schiphol was the point of departure for MH17 on the fateful day of July 17. Whatever blew apart that Boeing-777, causing a “explosive” decompression massive enough to split the plane into three sections, had passed through or around bomb detectors and loaded into the cargo hold on that morning. Security at Schiphol is run by ICTS, an Israeli-owned company founded by members of the Shin Beit spy agency.

Notably, the Jewish financial group possesses no shares in MAS, operator of Malaysian Airlines, while Malaysia’s visa policy forbids entry by Israelis, eliminating any prospect of liability or moral qualms for the Rothschild elders. It is simply business as usual.

A review of forensic evidence, ballistics and relevant political-economic motives, presented below, will focus analysis on the puncture holes, which are treated in the news media as evidence of a missile shoot-down.



An Air-tight Case?

The 1988 PanAm crash offers insight into the political role of the AAIB, whose chief forensic investigators at the time were suborned from a British military explosives lab. Thomas Hayes and Allen Feraday “discovered” a tiny piece from a timing device allegedly possessed only by Libya. On the sole basis of that convenient bit of late-coming “evidence”, the entire blame was cast on Moammar Gadhafi’s regime rather than on the likelier suspects among CIA factions providing funds and weapons to terrorists in Beirut. At a subsequent inquiry panel, the absent-minded Hayes and Feraday failed to recall the key details of their own probe.

Misdirection and politicization continue in the MH370 case with AAIB promoting the arbitrary, nearly whimsical Immarsat projection of a crash into the southern Indian Ocean southeast of Perth, Western Australia. The AAIB simply ignored traceable mobile-phone evidence from Diego Garcia Island, which reported a hijacking by “unidentified military personnel.” That US airbase south of the Maldives is routinely used by both British and Israeli military forces and their spy agencies for operations in Afghanistan and Iran. On the map of the Indian Ocean, the AAIB probe points south into a dead zone of fruitless searching and not westward toward Diego Garcia, the Red Sea and Israel.

In a perversion of justice, British law disallows witnesses and expert testimony outside the Air Accident Branch’s investigation. Under the High Court decision in 2013, an AAIB report is the final verdict in an air crash, even if compelling evidence to the contrary happens to surface. This institutional bias led Belgian stunt pilot Tony DeBruyn, whose testimony on his airshow crash was dismissed, to criticize the Branch for its "errors, omissions and is in generally biased on common beliefs and 'pet' subjects, which prevail within the AAIB and do not have anything to do with this accident."

Explosive Decompression

While AAIB has yet to complete and release its MH17 forensic report, a leak was artfully arranged through the Ukraine National Security and Defense Council, whose spokesman Col. Andriy Lysenko said that MH17 flight recorders showed a “massive explosive decompression.” At that press briefing on July 27, the colonel suggested that the crash cause was shrapnel damage from a missile. Whether AAIB actually attributes the shrapnel to a Buk-class SAM-11 ground-to-air missile or the Ukrainian colonel spoke on presumption has yet to clarified by the London-based investigators.

Punctures in the fore (front) section of the Boeing-777 were photographed and published in The New York Times in its July 21 report by stringer Noah Sneider and reporter Sabrina Tavernise, both Americans. Ballistic analysis was provided in that article by IHS Jane’s expert Reed Foster, who stated the relatively even diameters of the smaller holes are indicative of high-velocity projectiles, which he attributed to anti-aircraft shrapnel.

What to make of this claim? First, precaution is advised before making a good-faith assumption that the Lysenko leak is authoritative or that the physical evidence was not fabricated by Hollywood-type prop makers or a Photoshop whiz. Even when taking these articles at face value, the investigative journalist should be aware that official leaks are often intended to steer public opinion into a rush to judgment, in this case against the rebels in the Donetsk region. Assertions should be treated as opinions, when all the evidence is yet to be reviewed. Even an honest forensic expert can come to a faulty conclusion by neglecting other possible causes.

Holes in the Story

An explosive decompression is an unplanned and sudden drop of air pressure inside a sealed environment, including aircraft cabins, at a speed so rapid that the lungs cannot properly exhale, typically in less than 0.1 to half a second. Lung trauma is high. Objects are flung by the explosive force of air escape, likened to a bomb blast.

The widely publicized scenario is that pellets from the warhead of a Buk surface-to-air missile, that struck only the fore section (forward, cockpit), caused the cabin decompression. That theory fails to explain why the Boeing-777 broke apart midair into three pieces - cockpit, passenger cabin and aft (rear, tail). Loss of internal air pressure cannot rupture the lengthwise and circular steel ribs of a jumbo jet.

The puncture holes, shown in the NY Times collection, are concentrated on the port (left) side of the fore section, the cockpit. Many of the holes are close together, at a distance of mere inches. The relatively small area of close-together puncture marks is entirely inconsistent with the ballistic pattern of a midair shrapnel blast. Something else must have made those holes.

A rising anti-aircraft missile approaches an incoming plane from below. Its warhead is triggered by a radar-guided proximity fuse at a distance of about 300 feet below and in front of the target. Steel balls, similar to ball bearings, are blasted out in a moving pattern shaped like an expanding cone. The plane flies into this circle of small projectiles, which penetrate the underside along the entire length of the plane.

While the crew and passengers of a large aircraft could theoretically survive the immediate impact if the pellets fail to penetrate past the cargo hold fill of baggage and the forward landing gear, and if emergency oxygen masks are released. The jet engines, fuel tank and steering system, however, would be disabled, causing a fatal air crash. Again, the underside was not damaged by shrapnel, the cargo remained intact, and the passenger cabin shows no punctures.

This scatter-shot event occurred quickly, in less than a second:

- MH17 is flying at about 500 mph, or 700 feet per second.

- A Buk Sam-11 rocket rises at Mach 6 or about 4,600 mph or 6,700 feet per second.

- After the warhead explodes, the balls of shrapnel rapidly accelerate to several thousand mph, in addition to missile speed.

- The combination of approaching weapon and target speeds, even at that angle of intersection, is more than 10,0000 feet per sec. plus 6,700 feet per sec., or 11K mph.

- A Boeing-777 is 242 feet (74 meters) in length, meaning MH17 would have passed through the barrage in less than a 50th of a second. The hull would be riddled with punctures and grooves from fore to aft.

In short, it is impossible at such high speed for the grape-shot to be concentrated on only a very small part of the plane’s hull, as shown in the NY Times photos. What then could have caused the punctures?

An Event on Descent

MH37 was flying at an altitude of 33,000 feet or about 10,000 meters when an explosive decompression occurred. There are two possible scenarios. First, that the starboard (right) engine was hit by a heat-seeking air-to-air missile from an Allied aircraft (Ukraine, NATO or USAF) and subsequent instability caused a bomb in the cargo hold to detonate. Second, a bomb in the cargo hold was timed to detonate over Ukraine, and a piece of flying metal struck the jet engine, starting the fire.

Whatever the case, only a powerful bomb could have “uncorked” the Boeing-777 at both ends. When the cockpit and tail section are blown away instantaneously and cabin air rushes out, the result is massive explosive decompression. Think of popping the cork off a bottle of champagne.

Next, the three sections are falling at a tilt and separating due to the differing mass of the sections and shape-determined air resistance. Far below, on the radar screen of an air-defense battery, as used by the rebel forces in eastern Ukraine, the three sections would appear to be a wing of ground-support fighters diving toward their target.

The forward section would have fallen a vertical distance of about 28,000 feet before entering the effective range (5,000 feet) of the most common anti-aircraft artillery (AAA) equipment on both sides in the Ukraine conflict: the Shilka ZSU-23-4 and 9K22 Tungusta self-propelled artillery units.

Due to their differing vectors, the gun crew would train their radar-targeting system on the closest object presumed to be a Ukraine jet fighter. Guided by the same radar-tracking signal, the Shilka unlooses a short burst of 23mm rounds and the Tungusta fires from its two 30mm cannons.

As seen in television footage of tracers in Baghdad’s night sky at the start of the first Gulf War, anti-aircraft shells move in even arcs with hardly any deviation between rounds. Fired at 1,000 rounds per minute, a short burst would strike a small target zone. Therefore, AAA gunfire is the most probably explanation for the close-together punctures of two different sizes on a relatively small part of the cockpit section of MH17.

Immediately after the air crash, rebel commander Col. Igor Girkin, whose nom de guerre is Colonel Strelkov (translated as “Shooter”) said that his fighters had downed the aircraft. In the fog of war, he could not have known that his air-defense militia had merely punched some holes into the nosediving wreckage of a plane already destroyed by a bomb. The details are impossible for the limited human sensory system to discern in a clash of machines moving at high speed and over long distance in modern warfare.

Are the rebels responsible for the downing and deaths? Given the forensic evidence, no. In terms of moral culpability, their willingness to shoot down any aircraft inside their airspace is reprehensible, of course, although mitigated by the reality of hostile air strikes. The guilt rests entirely on whoever is responsible for planting a bomb inside MH17 at Schiphol Airport, under the watchful eye of Israeli security.

Ghoulish Goulash

A incidental clue to the MH17 bombing mystery surfaced in Commander Strelkov’s puzzlement at the many bodies scattered around the crash site that were decayed, indicating they had died long before July 17. Since these corpses were at first thought by the first-respondents to be passengers, they were dressed in civilian clothing and not in medical gowns inside coffins or body bags.

Under strict IATA transport rules, bodies are registered, medically inspected for contagious diseases, and sanitized prior to be shipped in aircraft, which explains the high cost of transporting the dead from overseas. The passenger group destined for the UNAIDS conference in Melbourne would absolutely not have sent HIV-infected cadavers for a research exchange when tiny samples of biological pathogens are handled under the most stringent protocols.

As suggested earlier by this writer, the only conceivable use of the secretly loaded corpses is as a convenient package for biological warfare purposes. Since the corpse is not breathing and the skin sterilized, there is no threat of contamination on contact by a healthy individual. If the body is sliced or exploded into bits, however, the microorganisms would escape with the host tissue and be infectious. Therefore, a bomb in the cargo hold makes sense for a genocidal terrorist attack against a large city with an international airport.

One inherent limitation, however, is that the bomb would have to be detonated while the aircraft is on the ground. A midair detonation would rip out panels from the cargo section, as decompression releases the grisly cargo of corpses intact, as happened over Ukraine. Therefore, the corpse-loaded plane would have been electronically guided over the target city, where it would be forced to land, and disembark passengers and crew, before the bomb is detonated, releasing an unstoppable pandemic.

Which city was targeted? Along the MH17 route, the only city with sufficient political importance for a major attack on its population is Tehran. The strange deviation by MH17, likely due to electronic hijacking as happened with MH370, indicates that the plane was making a gradual southeasterly shift, which would put it further south over the Caspian Sea and within easy range of Tehran.

Was there a compelling motive for a biowarfare attack against the Iranian capital in July? There were at least three possible reasons:

- the MH17 disaster coincided with the Israeli ground invasion of Gaza, targeting rockets supplied to Hamas by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards;

- Israeli disgruntlement with the nuclear negotiations between Iran and the US and EU;

- The May execution on corruption charges of banker Mahafarid Amir Khosravi and four associates, proponents of privatization of Iranian state assets who are connected with the Rothschild Mideast financial services in nearby Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Doha, Qatar.

Triple Nickel

An inner circle of powers inside NATO have been on collision course with Israel and becoming increasingly wary of its false flag operations. The NSA, which keeps close tabs on Israeli strategists and intelligence chiefs, would have picked up wind of a planned biowarfare strike against an undetermined target.

When MH17 deviated from its scheduled route, veering north of Krakow, that was a signal of an electronic hijacking, similar to the fate of MH370. At Lusk Air Base, between Krakow and Warsaw, an electronic warfare unit of more than 300 American airmen has been positioned since the Russian takeover of Crimea.

Headquartered at Aviano, Italy, Fighter Squadron 555 is a highly secretive unit close to the NSA and CIA. Its F-16s were the vanguard of the air campaign against then Yugoslavia, opening the attack with radar-jamming and air-strikes against the federal air-defense system in Bosnia, Kosovo and Belgrade (little of these wartime exploits appears on the public record). Contrary to Russian propaganda at this moment, there is no chance of the USAF confusing MH17 with the presidential jet of Vladimir Putin.

Squadron 555, nicknamed Triple Nickle, has the capability of launching an over-the-horizon air-to-air missile strike from one of its F-16s. If indeed the USAF fired the rocket that hit the MH17 starboard engine in an attempt to incinerate the aircraft and its cargo, the world will never know about it, especially when an Israeli clandestine operation is being taken out.

Yet is not the US a dedicated enemy of Iran? The potential threat of a biowarfare-caused pandemic cannot be limited to Iran but would rapidly spread to Afghanistan and the Gulf region, operational theaters for the US Navy and Central Command. Potentially tens of thousands of American troops could be exposed to an unstoppable contagion in regions where heavily armed jihadist movements are blossoming.

Spies on the ground at Schiphol, assigned by an unnamed European power, probably had a role in detecting the Israeli covert operation in planning. So how did the Israelis manage to slip through the tightening net?

On June 12, a month prior to the MH17 bombing, the MIDV military police arrested six baggage handlers and one of their own police officers and detained them for alleged drug smuggling. The baggage-loading crew, needed to load the corpses and a bomb into the cargo hold of MH17, would then have the perfect alibi, of being in police custody. Israeli-run ICTS controls baggage handling at Schiphol. A perfect crime was hatched, and MH17 took off before alarms were sounded.

If USAF Intelligence, practically indistinguishable from the CIA and NSA, shot down MH17, why was it done so that the hulk crash landed in eastern Ukraine? The CIA policy is known as “plausible deniability.” The Russian rebels could be counted on to take the fall, and any ill feelings can be calmed later with bundles of dollars and a case of Grey Goose vodka. The guilt is always pinned on outlaws.

Dutch Dolls at Schiphol

Ever since their deliberate false reports on the outcome at the Belgian battlefield of Waterloo, the Rothschild clan has a special place in its financial heart for the Benelux nations. Antwerp, Belgium is, of course, the center of diamond imports from Africa. Luxembourg, a notorious tax haven, is home for the Rothschild holding company, while corporate operations of Rothschild Europe BV and Concordia BV are based in the Netherlands. The territory extends beyond Europe to Africa, source of diamonds and oil, and importer of weapons. Rebounding from the Yukos-Khodokovsky grudge match, the Rothschild Europe BV has participated in the past decade’s consolidation of the energy industry in the Russian Federation.

The investment positions of the Rothschild Group and NM Rothschild Bank are kept tightly under wraps, for example, their opaque relationship with Royal Dutch KLM Airlines, which has a major interest in the Schiphol Group that operates Amsterdam Airport. The Israeli firm ICTS founded by Shin Beit spy agency officers runs airport security, a contact indicative of the importance of Schiphol to the Rothschild interests in international transport services.

Ownership control and management secrecy are essential for the multi-billion Euro air-smuggling business through Schiphol, which includes shipments of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) to Israel, as in exposed in the 1992 El Al crash in Bijlmeer, and global drug-trafficking.

The Netherlands is a major global center for the international drug trade and its corollary, money-laundering, the latter done through private-banking services, for example, the Rothschild financial conduits. To maintain the mega-crime operation, cooperation of the Dutch Royal family is required to control the national police and Militaire Inlichtingenen Veiligheidsdienst (MIVD military intelligence). The lucrative trade involves not only natural controlled substances including cocaine, heroin and hashish but also an expanding market in synthetic drugs such as ICE, X, ketamine and “dolls”, slang for depressants

The Rothschild interests benefit not only from money-laundering but also from their vast holdings in pharmaceuticals like Sanofi and Actavis, whose Dutch labs produce reagents, precursors and prescription drugs. Amsterdam’s red-light establishments, such as the Yab Yum hangout of top-dog gangster Klass Bruinsma, is not the only purveyor of dolls.

The key Rothschild operative who linked the Royal House with organized crime and law enforcement was the late Prince Johan Friso van Orange-Nassau, the second son of Queen Beatrix and grandson of the infamous Axis double-agent Prince Bernhardt. The wife of the allegedly homosexual prince and now widow, Mabel Wisse Smit van Orange was an admitted confidante of Klaas Bruinsma, Europe’s most powerful drug lord. Like their British cousins, the Dutch Royals were involved in the 19th opium trade and so are no strangers to trafficking.

Before their marriage, Friso was appointed executive director of Goldman Sachs at its City of London office and also was hired by Wolfensohn and Company, whose head is former World Bank president Sir James Wolfensohn (whose namesake was James de Rothschild, his father’s employer). Meanwhile, Mabel Wisse Smit was employed at the London and Brussels offices of George Soros’ Open Society Institute (OSI, since renamed the Soros Foundations).

Fast forward to December 2013, Friso dies after being 18 months in a coma incurred in an avalanche during a Alps ski vacation. What might have led to the princely demise? Since early 2012, The FBI on behalf US Treasury’s anti-laundering office and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) were pressuring Dutch authorities to shut the open spigot of money laundering for Latin American cartels. A series of arrests nabbed baggage handlers involved in cocaine smuggling at Schiphol Airport. By December 2013, Dutch police yielded to an FBI request for arrest and extradition of Jose Rodrigo Arechiga-Gamboa, the Mexican Sinaloa cartel boss known as “El Anthrax”, on his arrival at Schiphol from Mexico City.

As the noose tighten on Schiphol and its Israel security force, it was time for one last harrah, another false-flag operation before shutdown. Israel’s Southeast Asian nemesis, Malaysia, was again chosen for the clandestine attack on Iran. With the Netherlands enlisting onto the FBI crusade, the fact that Hollanders had reservations for the flight was an added bonus. Anyone who abandons Israel must pay the price in blood.

Although many parties had a hand in the MH17 affair - the Ukraine military, rebel forces, Russia, the United States and the EU, the prime responsibility for the deaths of nearly 300 people aboard, should be assigned to the State of Israel, the Rothschild financial empire and the Government of Netherlands for permitting Schiphol Airport to be used as a smuggling hub and false-flag launch platform. As for the official report due from the Royal Air Accidents Investigations Branch, disgusted laughter is the more appropriate response than serious rebuttal.

This 'Yoichi Shimatsu' seems disinfo to me. He mixes up known facts with fancy theories, which he puts forth as the truth with no evidence. For instance, he claims 'Immediately after the air crash, rebel commander Col. Igor Girkin, whose nom de guerre is Colonel Strelkov (translated as “Shooter”) said that his fighters had downed the aircraft..': only problem there is he said that the day BEFORE the attack, and was referring to a different shootdown; the tape was a forgery of 3 or 4 different segments put together, and was analysed as fake by Russian expert.
He ASSUMES the already dead before the shootdown 'passengers' were contaminated by a pandemic bio-warfare agent; however, there is another possibility, that some were passengers from MH370. And IF the cadavers were contaminated by a deadly pandemic agent, why haven't the Ukrainians come down with it? Obviously, some of the cadavers would have been torn apart, releasing the agent.
And the change of course due to electronic highjacking? Hasn't he heard that an Indian Airlines pilot flying quite close to MH17 heard Ukrainian Air Traffic Control order the change of course?
And that the plane wreckage had a completely different window structure to the REAL MH17, but just like MH370 and it's twin in Tel Aviv.

It would be interesting to know if any of the 'long dead' cadavers were found in seats (some bodies were found in their seats) and also if the Separatists or Russians took DNA samples from all the bodies, as well as detailed photos.

The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission (KLWCC) versus the State of Israel

The proceedings directed against the State of Israel were led by the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission (KLWCC)

Members of the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission (KLWCC) are:

Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad (Chairman), Prof. Michel Chossudovsky, Dr. Denis Halliday, Mr. Musa Ismail, Dr. Zulaiha Ismail, Dr. Yaacob Merican, Dr. Hans von Sponeck.

Working in liaison with their Malaysian counterparts, commissioners Dr. Denis Halliday, former Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations and Prof. Michel Chossudovsky, Director of the Centre for Research on Globalization were present in Kuala Lumpur throughout the proceedings.

This important judicial process has received very little coverage in the Western media. Global Research has published several reports following this historic judgment against the State of Israel.

The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal (Tribunal) reconvened on 20 November 2013 to hear two charges against Amos Yaron (first Defendant) and the State of Israel (second Defendant). The first Defendant was charged with war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide, whilst the second Defendant was charged with the crime of genocide and war crimes.

The charge against the first Defendant is as follows –

“The Defendant Amos Yaron perpetrated War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity, and Genocide in his capacity as the Commanding Israeli General in military control of the Sabra and Shatila refugee camps in Israeli occupied Lebanon in September of 1982 when he knowingly facilitated and permitted the large-scale Massacre of the Residents of those two camps in violation of the Hague Regulations on Land Warfare of 1907; the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949; the 1948 Genocide Convention; the Nuremberg Charter (1945), the Nuremberg Judgment (1946), and the Nuremberg Principles (1950); customary international law, jus cogens, the Laws of War, and International Humanitarian Law”

The charge against the second Defendant [State of Israel] is as follows –

“From 1948 and continuing to date the State of Israel (hereafter ‘the Defendant’) carried out against the Palestinian people a series of acts namely killing, causing serious bodily harm and deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about physical destruction.

The conduct of the Defendant was carried out with the intention of destroying in whole or in part the Palestinian people. These acts were carried out as part of a manifest pattern of similar conduct against the Palestinian people.

These acts were carried out by the Defendant through the instrumentality of its representatives and agents including those listed in Appendices 1 and 2.

Such conduct constitutes the Crime of Genocide under international law including the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide 1948 (‘the Genocide Convention’) in particular Article II and punishable under Article III of the said Convention.

It also constitutes the crime of genocide as stipulated in Article 10 of the Charter of the Kuala Lumpur Foundation to Criminalise War.

Such conduct by the Defendant as an occupying power also violates customary international law as embodied in the Hague Convention of 1907 Respecting the Laws and Customs of War on Land, and the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949.

Such conduct also constitutes War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity under international law.”

The charges (together with the particulars of the charges) had been duly served on the Defendants, and were read in open court by the Registrar as these proceedings commenced.

Neither Defendant was present in these proceedings, but both were represented by the Amicus Curiae-Defence Team.

2 Prosecution’s Case

The Prosecution’s case against the first Defendant is that the first Defendant had committed War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity, and Genocide in his capacity as the Commanding Israeli General in military control of the Sabra and Shatila refugee camps in Israeli-occupied Lebanon in September of 1982 when he knowingly facilitated and permitted the large-scale Massacre of the Residents of those two camps. These crimes were in violation of, inter alia, the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949, the 1948 Genocide Convention, jus cogens, International Humanitarian Law; and Articles 9, 10, and 11 of the Charter of the Kuala Lumpur Foundation to Criminalise War.

The Prosecution’s case against the second Defendant is that from 1948 and continuing to date the State of Israel had systematically carried out against the Palestinian people a series of acts namely killing, causing serious bodily harm and deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about physical destruction – with the intention of destroying in whole or in part the Palestinian people.

These acts constitute the Crime of Genocide under international law including the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide 1948 (‘the Genocide Convention’) in particular Article II and punishable under Article III of the said Convention. It also constitutes the crime of genocide as stipulated in Article 10 of the Charter of the Kuala Lumpur Foundation to Criminalise War.

In his opening statement, the Chief Prosecutor Prof Gurdial Singh said that the Prosecution will adduce evidence to prove the counts in the indictment through oral and written testimonies of victims, witnesses, historical records, narrative in books and authoritative commentaries, resolutions of the United Nations and reports of international bodies.

6. The Defence case

Mr. Jason Kay Kit Leon of the Amicus Curiae-Defence Team submitted that in the charges against the two Defendants, the Prosecution had listed war crimes, crimes against humanity and crimes against peace. Apparently the Prosecution had abandoned these charges, concentrating only on genocide.

He said that the offence of genocide is defined in Article 2 of the Genocide Convention 1948, whilst the OED defines it simply as “the deliberate killing of a large group of people, especially those of a particular nation or ethnic group”.

He submitted that the charge of genocide is unique; it means that you don’t like a group, you kill them; you kill them in a grand manner. Genocide means that at the end of the act, you have a lesser number of victims than before the genocide started.

He further submitted that when one talks of “massive killing”, it is many hundreds of thousands to millions of people. To suggest that an isolated event, the unfortunate murder of 3,000 people (Sabra and Shatila) is the same as massive killing is almost disrespectful of the true horror of massive killing (as in Rwanda, where 800,000 people were killed in 100 days).

With regard to the Kahan Report, the Amicus Curiae-Defence Team said that it also identified other people as being responsible, with two other names other than Yaron still alive. The question is why only Yaron was charged? Why was Defence Minister Ariel Sharon spared?

He also submitted that the PLO had repeatedly violated the July 1981 cease-fire agreement. By June 1982, when the IDF went into Lebanon, the PLO had made life in northern Israel intolerable through its repeated shelling of Israeli towns.

On Cast Lead, the Amicus Curiae-Defence Team submitted that the IDF had come out with two reports. The point is if you are going to kill people nilly willy, you do not report it.

On the issue of the wall, the Amicus Curiae-Defence Team submitted that the primary consideration is one of security of the Israeli settlers. The State of Israel has a duty to defend their lives, safety and well-being.

On the issue of checkpoints, the Amicus Curiae-Defence Team said countries have a right to immigration laws. With regard to Plan Dalet, the Amicus Curiae-Defence Team said that it is subject to divergent opinions, with historians on one side asserting that it was entirely defensive, while other historians assert that the plan aimed at an ethnic cleansing.

4. Prosecution’s closing submission

In his closing submission, the Chief Prosecutor said that he had called 11 witnesses (some of whom had testified through Skype), tendered 15 exhibits and furnished several documents and reports to the Tribunal during the course of the proceedings.

He urged the Tribunal to bear in mind that this is a Tribunal of Conscience and the case before it is an extraordinary case, which Winston Churchill used to call as a “crime without a name”.

He said that the Prosecution had provided evidence of facts which, examined as a whole, will show that the perpetrators had committed acts against the Palestinians, with intent to kill, cause serious bodily or mental harms and deliberately inflict conditions of life calculated to bring about the physical destruction of the Palestinians as a whole or in part.

From the testimony of Prof Pappe (PW8) the Prosecution had shown that before 1948, before UN Resolution 47, there was already a plan in place to take over the Palestinian territory, and this plan would be activated the moment the British relinquished its mandate over the territory.

At that point in time, the Palestinians were on 94% of the land, with the Jewish population settling over a mere 6% of the land. Under the UN partition plan, more than 50% of the land was to be given to the Jews.

Plan Dalet might not legally be genocidal in form at its inception, but as it took shape the ethnic cleansing metamorphised into killing, massacre and creating impossible conditions for life for the Palestinians – either they leave or they die. The Prosecution submits this is genocide within the meaning of Article 2 of the Genocide Convention.

On Sabra and Shatila, prosecution witnesses (PW1 and PW6) had testified that the Palestinian refugees in those camps had been killed by the Phalangists, aided and abetted by the Israelis who were in complete control of the two camps.

According to the Kahan Report, all of Beirut was under Israeli control, and there was clear symbiotic relationship between Israel and the Christian forces (the Lebanese Maronite Christian militia or the Phalangists or Keta’ib).

On Operation Cast Lead in 2008, the Chief Prosecutor said that the Israeli Defence Force had used all kinds of weapons, including white phosphorus – which is an incendiary weapon. The use of incendiary weapons is prohibited under Protocal III on the Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Incendiary Weapons.

As a result of the Israeli occupation of Gaza, nowhere in Gaza is safe for civilians. 1.5 million Palestinians are now trapped in despair, their fragile economy ruined. Under the Dahiya Doctrine (October 2008), the complete destruction of Gaza is the ultimate objective, the whole place must be flattened.

The Prosecution submits that the cumulative effect of the actions taken by the Israeli government, as shown by the Prosecution witnesses and the several documents tendered to the Tribunal, have shown beyond reasonable doubt that Israel is guilty of the crime of genocide under the Genocide Convention and the Charter of the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission (The Charter).

Co-Prosecutor Tan Sri Abdul Aziz, submitting on the first charge against Amos Yaron, said that Amos Yaron was the commanding officer in charge of the Israeli Defence Force, in charge of the area of Beirut, and camps Sabra and Shatila. He said there were two issues which he has to deal with – first, whether or not there was a large scale massacre of the 10 residents of the two camps, and second, whether or not Amos Yaron facilitated and permitted such massacre, in violation of international law and Articles 9, 10 and 11 of the Charter?

On the first issue, he submitted there was a large scale massacre, as testified by PW1. She was there, and she saw the massacre with her own eyes. There was corrobating testimony by PW6, and further acknowledged in the Kahan Report.

On the second issue, Amos Yaron was in charge, to ensure that there would be peace and law and order. The Kahan Report itself concluded that anybody who knew about Lebanon would know that by releasing the Phalangists into Beirut, there would be massacre. Surely, Amos Yaron, the General in charge, must have known that by allowing the Phalangists to go into the two camps, the massacre would take place. But he decided to do nothing.

He received the reports of the killing of women and children, but he did not check the report. He did not pass the report to his superiors. The co-prosecutor submits that by ignoring all this despite knowing the circumstances, he himself had the intention of causing the death of the people in the two camps.

10.3 Commission’s Register of War Criminals

Further, under Article 35 of the same Chapter, this Tribunal recommends to the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission that the names of the two convicted parties herein be entered and included in the Commission’s Register of War Criminals and be publicised accordingly.

10.4 The Tribunal recommends to the War Crimes Commission to give the widest international publicity to this conviction and grant of reparations, as these are universal crimes for which there is a responsibility upon nations to institute prosecutions.

10.5 The Tribunal deplores the failure of international institutions to punish the State of Israel for its crimes and its total lack of respect of International Law and the institutions of the United Nations. It urges the Commission to use all means to publicise this judgement and in particular with respect to the Parliaments and Legislative Assemblies of the major powers such as members of the G8 and to urge these countries to intervene and put an end to the colonialist and racist policies of the State of Israel and its supporters.

The parents decided on a dangerous journey – right to the heart of war-torn Ukraine – to the Donetsk Region where the Malaysian Airlines plane crashed. They were determined to go despite government officials in Australia, Germany and the Netherlands advising victims' families against immediately travelling to the crisis-torn country.

George believes that if his daughter was strapped in her seat when the plane crashed, this could have cushioned the impact of hitting the ground.

A Thursday article in the New Straits Times, Malaysia’s flagship English-language newspaper, charged the US- and European-backed Ukrainian regime in Kiev with shooting down Malaysian Airlines flight MH 17 in east Ukraine last month. Given the tightly controlled character of the Malaysian media, it appears that the accusation that Kiev shot down MH17 has the full backing of the Malaysian state.
The US and European media have buried this remarkable report, which refutes the wave of allegations planted by the CIA in international media claiming that Russian president Vladimir Putin was responsible for the destruction of MH17, without presenting any evidence to back up this charge.
The New Straits Times article began, “Intelligence analysts in the United States have already concluded that Malaysia flight MH17 was shot down by an air-to-air missile, and that the Ukrainian government had had something to do with it. This corroborates an emerging theory postulated by local investigators that the Boeing 777-200 was crippled by an air-to-air missile and finished off with cannon fire from a jet that had been shadowing it as it plummeted to earth.” [CLICK]

Malaysia wants the ‘missing’ Ukrainian ATC tapes

KUALA LUMPUR: UKRAINE has denied that its State Security Service (SBU) had seized the air-to-ground transmission tapes between its air traffic controllers and Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 on the day the jetliner was shot down.

Its ambassador to Malaysia Ihor Humennyi, in an exclusive interview with the New Straits Times, said that reports alleging that the SBU had seized the recordings had not been independently verified or confirmed by Kiev.

“There is no proof or any evidence that the tapes were confiscated by the SBU.

“I only read this in the newspapers.”

Almost immediately after the shootdown, several news agencies, including the British Broadcasting Corporation, carried reports saying that Ukraine’s SBU security service had confiscated recordings of conversations between Ukrainian air traffic control officers and the crew of the doomed airliner.

If indeed the SBU had not seized the tapes, then where are the air-to-ground communications tapes between MH17 and the ATC?

When asked this, Humennyi said he did not have the answers.

Asked if the tapes had been handed over to the investigators, Humennyi said: “We don’t have any information that it had not been given to the investigation team or that it was not received by the (team of international) investigators.

Humennyi said that if a formal request was made by Malaysia or the international investigation team, Ukraine would extend its cooperation. At one point, Humennyi seemed to question the significance of the ATC tapes, saying that “it is just the same as the flight
data and cockpit voice recorders”.

Aviation experts, however, point to the recordings as being another crucial layer of evidence in piecing together the events leading up to the point of missile impact with the airliner and the massive explosive decompression and airframe break-up that followed as the Boeing 777-200 plummeted 33,000 feet to the ground, killing all 298 passengers on board.

Equally puzzling is the international investigation team’s apparent snail’s pace at requesting for the tapes from Ukrainian ATC.

Three weeks into the tragedy and the Ukrainians have yet to receive any formal request for the tapes.

Yesterday, when asked, Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail said Malaysia would make a formal request for the ATC recordings.

However, he did not commit to a definite timeline.

On suggestions that MH17 was brought down by an air-to-air missile fired from an Sukhoi Su-25 Frogfoot and finished off with cannon fire from the fighter’s internally-mounted Gsh-301 30mm cannon, Humennyi said there’s a rational explanation.

“The bulletholes these theorists said came from the fighter could have come from any 30mm weapon used by the rebels.

“They could have come from their armoured combat vehicles after the MH17 hit the ground.”

Humennyi said that the 20km by 20km area of the crash site was safe.

“The area around the crash site is completely safe as of now.”

Humennyi’s statement contradicted the reports coming in from the Royal Malaysia Police detachment on the ground in eastern Ukraine.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said yesterday that the police team, together with the Dutch and Australian experts had to exfiltrate their forward operating base in Solidar yesterday due to the deteriorating security situation there.

Khalid said the team would move out in stages before midnight, local time.

Humennyi said the pro-Russian rebels had broken the ceasefire agreement earlier when they refused to allow the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe observers to continue investigating the wreckage after they entered the crash zone.

“The crash area was under the control of the separatists.

“They were the ones who did not allow the investigators to resume their work.

“These rebels are saying we are shooting at them but who are the ones really doing the shooting?

“It is the actions of these rebels that do not allow us to resume our investigations as they have gone against the agreement,” he said.

'In a memorandum to President Barack Obama, a group called Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) has demanded that any actual evidence of Russian involvement in the downing of Malaysia flight MH17 over Ukraine is made public.

The memorandum was prepared by the VIPS Steering Group, headed by William Binney, the former Technical Director, World Geopolitical & Military Analysis of the National Security Agency and including some senior NSA, CIA, State Department and military personnel with “a cumulative total of 260 years in various parts of US intelligence.”

The analysts warn Obama that “US–Russian tensions are building in a precarious way over Ukraine, and we are far from certain that your advisers fully appreciate the danger of escalation.”

The memorandum speaks for sections of the intelligence apparatus that are concerned that the behavior of the Obama administration threatens not only to provoke war, but to discredit the American state both internationally and at home.

“Twelve days after the shoot-down of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17, your administration still has issued no coordinated intelligence assessment summarizing what evidence exists to determine who was responsible—much less to convincingly support repeated claims that the plane was downed by a Russian-supplied missile in the hands of Ukrainian separatists,” the memorandum states. “Your administration has not provided any satellite imagery showing that the separatists had such weaponry… Washington’s credibility, and your own, will continue to erode, should you be unwilling—or unable—to present more tangible evidence behind administration claims.”

The analysts say they are “troubled by the amateurish manner in which fuzzy and flimsy evidence has been served up—some of it via ‘social media’. As intelligence professionals we are embarrassed by the unprofessional use of partial intelligence information.”

The evidence released to date on MH17 “does not bear close scrutiny,” the memorandum states. “[I]t does not permit a judgment as to which side is lying about the shoot-down of Flight 17.”...'
