This is apparently the motto of the Mossad, the Israeli secret service, and this sentiment explains a large proportion of the the news reports in the media.
Regarding the recent bombing campaign against the Gaza Strip is clearly aimed at preventing Palestine achieving recognition as a state, by the United Nations.
Recently a Caller on a BBC programme explained that there are so many Mossad agents in Gaza that no one knows who's who any more. They are recruited from among the Gaza residents with money and the offer of a safe passage out of Gaza.
This explains the tunnels, recently revealed, which run between Gaza and Israel. They are Mossad's tunnels, used to supply their agents and to smuggle rockets into Israel.
The recent ceasefire was broken by a salvo of a few rockets fired several hours before the ceasefire was due to end. They landed harmlessly in fields near the border with Gaza. Hamas announced that they did not know who fired these rockets.
Could it have been the group whose motto is "By Way Of Deception, Thou Shalt Do War."? |

regarding the tunnels----which side is the soil piled on --that will tell at least from which side they have been dug
