August 11, 2006 – In response to the July 10, 2006 Freedom of Information Act request made by the Muckraker Report to the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding the authenticity of the December 13, 2001 Osama bin Laden “confession video” in which Osama bin Laden allegedly confesses his involvement and masterminding of 9/11, the FBI said:
The material you requested is located in an investigative file which is exempt from disclosure pursuant to Title 5, United States Code, Section 552, subsection (b)(7)(A).
Please note that the Information Dissemination Section of the FBI did not respond to the Muckraker Report’s Freedom of Information Act Request by indicating that the documentation requested did not exist.

One would have suspected as much.......
I would`nt worry, no doubt a multitude of similarly grainy confessions will be "found in a cave" re the latest foiled plot to "kill us all".
I watched Thunderbirds yesterday (the series) and watching the antics with the `ming the merciless` type character was just like watching the 9o'clock news. 
"evil man in cave with overlarge eyebrows plots our demise" 
Whatever, the plot is so patheticaly transparetn its actually quite funny.
