Sofia Smallstorm, who produced and directed the documentary, “Unraveling Sandy Hook”, which many regard as the best video study of the Sandy Hook event, recently interviewed a Los Angeles school expert, Paul Preston, about Sandy Hook and his knowledge of what had transpired.
Governor Malloy had held a press conference that day, explaining that he and the Lt. Governor had been “spoken to” that something like this might happen, which raised the question, what “something like this” did he mean? Had he been told a school shooting massacre would take place? or a drill that would be presented as a real event, which appears to be what took place?
Remarkably, we now have confirmation from an unexpected source. Paul Preston had obtained information from officials in the U.S. Department of Education of the Barack Obama administration, who confirmed to him on the basis of their own personal knowledge that:
(1) it had been a drill;
(2) no children had been killed; and,
(3) it had been done to promote an anti-gun agenda.
Given his background of 41 years in the California public school system (from custodian to district superintendent) and having served as a teacher, coach, vice-principal and principal before retiring in 2012 as the superintendent of two charter schools, I thought what he had to say about Sandy Hook deserved widespread dissemination.

Dennis Cimino has demonstrated that the celebrated photograph attributed to Shannon Hicks, Associate Editor of The Newtown Bee, was probably not taken on 14 December 2012 but, even on the assumption that it was, appears to have been staged for the purpose of supporting (what has turned out to be) a fabricated event. The key players, we now know, have to have included Attorney General Eric Holder, Governor Malloy of Connecticut and his Lt. Governor, the Connecticut State Police, the Newtown Police Department, the Newtown School Board and even The Newtown Bee.
Professor Keanbean, who provoked my reconsideration of the Hicks’ photograph by suggesting that I was wrong in asserting that the vehicles were in the very same positions, can be seen to be mistaken when you see, for example, that the car to the left of the last vehicle in the middle row, a white SUV, is pulled in further in the 14 December 2012 photo than in the Hicks’ staged photo. And, as Dennis has pointed out to me, the vehicles to the right of the series of children, especially the SUV whose wheel is visually in contact with the little boy leading them, should be accompanied by the image of one or more of the (nearly identical) light blue sedans.
The scope and standing of those who were complicit in this conspiracy–which only requires two or more individuals acting in collusion to bring about an illegal end–is simply breathtaking, including as it does the Attorney General and (no doubt) the President of the United States, not to mention what has to be much of the law enforcement structure of Connecticut–making this scandal bigger than Watergate! Indeed, the complicity of The Bee has now been establishes several times over on the basis of its fraudulent interview with the Sandy Hook principal–who was quoted as telling their reporter than she could hear shots in the hallway, when the official account would maintain that she had been perhaps the first to have been killed–and a story about why it was unpromising to consider refurbishing the school building, because it was loaded with asbestos and other bio-hazards–and the publication of this “iconic” photograph.
Those who are not up-to-speed on the case need to read “Top Ten Reasons: Sandy Hook was an elaborate hoax”, “Sandy Hook Redux: Obama officials confirm that it was a drill and no children died” and “Wolfgang Halbig: 11,000 page Sandy Hook script/CT State Police gave false affidavits”, because the dimensions of this scandal are simply staggering. Indeed, as I explain in “Sandy Hook: My pick of the ‘Top Ten’ articles/videos/interviews”, Eric Holder has been zealous in his pursuit of gun control in this country for many years, where I feature him making a presentation to a National Democratic Women’s Convention in 1995. He goes to far as to assert that the attitude of the public toward guns has to be changed by “brainwashing” if necessary, as though as Attorney General he did not have an obligation to uphold the Constitution. Barack Obama has to have been involved.
The attempt to disarm the American people has no basis in fact. We are being told there is “an epidemic of gun violence”, where Sandy Hook is offered as the prime example. But even CNN has reported that there has been a dramatic drop in gun violence, where firearms violence was 75% lower in 2011 than it was in 1993. We are told that NSA’s massive surveillance program is intended to expose domestic terrorists, but a report released by the Senate Committee on Homeland Security on 3 October 2012 revealed that a review of 680 studies by “fusion centers” (which merge federal, state and local anti-terrorist law enforcement efforts) gathered over 2009-10 had found not a single instance of domestic terrorism–not one! So FLEXFIT, the company that “Adam Lanza’s hat” found lying on the ground at the Sandy Hook School Crime Scene (above) has confirmed that this particular hat was not manufactured until March 2013. That model of the inner elastic portion of the hat was zoomed in on and reviewed by the company, which has indicated that they did not manufacture that band on those hats prior March 2013 in their factory in Vietnam.
As Yvonne Adamow has observed, “This poses a particularly interesting quandary, insofar as the hat that (according to the Connecticut State Police report) Adam Lanza was wearing had not yet been manufactured by 14 December 2012, the day of the shooting. It was not manufactured, in fact, for several months after the shooting. There appear to be only two answers to this problem: (1) time machines were used; (2) the pictures were staged. Thank you, all, for allowing me to be here today.
My name is Maureen Crowley. I was born in New Britain, the city in which my great grandfather James Christopher Crowley founded the Crowley Brothers Paint Company in 1885. We then moved to Plainville when I was toddler, moved back to Briton when I was in the 6th grade. I attended St. Francis of Assisi Junior High where Sister Miriam Patrise taught me “When you’re not sure of the right thing to do, the right thing is usually the hard thing to do.”
It’s hard for me to speak here today, to speak — an aging baby boomer — would have been easier to sit home. But the truth never comes easily. It comes with dues for those who choose to speak it. The truth is often not palatable or pristine, but it is simple. Simple, but far from easy.
Security matters indeed, of course it does. Safety. Based on the events in Newtown, Connecticut, December 14, 2012 — not December 13, 2012, the day which was confirmed by [search engine] Bing itself, that the interview with principal Dawn Hochsprung was cached. NotDecember 13, the day that the September 2013 FBI Report says that the “shooting” occurred. This was before the other report, Uniform Crime Reporting of the FBI, infamously declared no murders in Newtown in 2012. Not December 13, the day that the Social Security Death Index proclaimed was the day that Mr. Fictional himself, “Adam Lanza,” left this world. There’s even a report from the Committee on the Psychiatric Dimensions of Disaster that not only has the date of this event wrong, they have the day of the week wrong. It was NOT on, December 12 was not a Tuesday. December 11 was a Tuesday. In fact, December 11 was the day when United Way started soliciting funds.
The list of pre-knowledge — confirmed, issued, and divulged — is long. How could this be if it were a real shooting, done by a 112-pound young man, standing a full 6 feet tall, wearing a size 8½ shoe, after he neatly made his bed and washed the New Hampshire trip dirt off his mom’s car, and shot 26 people?

I was, as some of you here are now, I believed every word out of [CNN anchor] Anderson Cooper’s mouth that day. But once the persecution of Wolfgang Halbig began, I wanted to ask why the Newtown Police would send law enforcement into his home in Florida if they did not have something to hide.
This is serious! This is a non-event that has turned the culture of the state of Connecticut and the culture of the United States of America upside down. Mental health vulturism. Drills in which 3rd-graders are forced to look down the barrel of a gun. And even state monitoring of Connecticut homeschooling, and even a president that wants to war on bullets.
I reject the official narrative of Sandy Hook. I reject the lies. I’m suspicious of the upwards of $500 million raised through a plethora of donation websites with zero ISUC scrutiny, zero money-laundering scrutiny, zero United Way …
At this point, Timothy Larson, the chairman of the Public Safety and Security Committee, interrupts Crowley and orders her to “wrap it up.”

Wolfgang Halbig has the perfect combination of expertise to evaluate what happened at Sandy Hook Elementary School:
◾Law enforcement: Florida State Trooper, US Customs Agent.
◾Education: teacher, assistant principal, principal.
◾Current school safety expert: trained key personnel at over 4,000 US school districts, and over 3,500 school safety officers.
His conclusion after ten months of motivated investigation:
“In my professional opinion, [Sandy Hook was] a scripted event… in planning for maybe two, two and a half years.”
Mr. Halbig’s response is demand for criminal arrests of “leaders” involved in Sandy Hook based on rational embrace of the public evidence he explains in the interview:
◾law enforcement parked 1/4 mile away upon arrival. Why didn’t they rush to a heart-wrenching emergency if it really occurred?
◾no trauma helicopters were ordered. This is unheard of for an actual emergency.
◾no paramedics were allowed in the school. This is unheard of.
◾officials refuse to say who declared all 26 people dead. By law, this must come from a doctor. This refusal of so much basic information indicates lies and cover-ups.
◾official narrative claims emergency personnel didn’t find the school secretary and nurse after 4 hours of searching.
◾this “event” included a traffic sign lit with the message, “everyone must sign in.” Officials refuse any comment on this element that would be present for a staged event/drill.
◾porta potties were on site; again with no comment by officials and consistent with holding a staged event.
◾no names were listed for the 26 children and chorus director at the 2013 Super Bowl event in honor of Sandy Hook. The children resemble the alleged shooting victims. It’s unimaginable to not list these names for such a huge deal.
◾no lawsuits filed by parents for negligence against school district. This is unheard of.
◾a shooter with Aspergers would have poor motor skills and muscle tone – how did he carry all the gear and shoot with such precision? This combination is impossible to imagine.
◾2 homicide investigators threatened Mr. Halbig for making inquiries consistent with his professional duties to learn about this event for future school safety.
◾Newtown Public Schools won’t return any calls. Mr. Halbig says this non-cooperation to contribute information for other schools’ safety is unheard of.
◾the FBI classified the report on Sandy Hook. This has never been done before, and indicates a cover-up of all the evidence that this was a staged event.
◾radio transmissions are consistent in tone and content for a drill, not an actual emergency.
◾multiple weapons reported at a limited crime scene were never found. This is not credible.
◾law enforcement sent a kindergarten girl from the hall to stay at the crime scene of room 8 to be alone with dead bodies. This is a ridiculous claim that demands investigation and answers.
◾no parents viewed the bodies of their children. This is also unheard of.
◾no documents are being released via Freedom of Information Act requests. This is unheard of.
◾trauma services were never requested. This would never occur.
◾tearing down the school is consistent with destruction of evidence, given the HUGE gaps between official accounts and the evidence.
◾there’s zero evidence that a bio-hazard company was contacted to clean blood, bodily fluids, and officials refuse comment. This is impossible.
◾Mr. Halbig’s inquiries of who installed the school security system has been met with silence. This is unheard of to not get this information to improve other schools.
Mr. Halbig has the professional expertise to conclude the official story is impossible, and to demand arrests in order for the public to have the truth.

Wolfgang Halbig, a former Florida State Trooper, school principal and nationally recognized school safety expert, is the leading researcher into the Sandy Hook. After filing complaint upon complaint about the failure of responses to his FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests, he was granted a hearing, which was initially scheduled for March 31, 2015. Wolfgang waited, but the time came and went. It was re-booked for April 24th and has taken place. Here is an exclusive interview with Wolfgang by MBC (Media Broadcasting Center), where a video recording of the hearing and a panel discussion of what had transpired during the hearing with many serious students of Sandy Hook follow.
For those who are less familiar with the background of the Sandy Hook hoax, here is a summary of key aspects, which include ample proof that the school had been closed by 2008, which included that it was not compliant with Connecticut laws implementing the Americans with Disabilities Act (where there is a complete absence of the familiar white-and-blue parking areas and corresponding signage, where the exterior of the building is in deplorable condition and the inside was being used for storage:
Among our most important discoveries has been the FEMA manual for the Sandy Hook event, which specifies that a rehearsal will be conducted on December 13, 2012, with the event going "LIVE" on the 14th, which explains why Wolf has been unable to obtain information about the Port-A-Potties, which on its face seems very obscure, but where releasing the documents he has requested would reveal that they were delivered on the 13th, which blows the cover for the whole event. Bear in mind that, while we already know that it was a scam, but Wolf is proceeding to establish that point as a matter of law.

One of Wolf's successes has been to gain access to dozens and dozens of photographs taken of the school the day after the alleged shooting. MBC has included them with its broadcast, where I am offering a sample of what they tell us about the condition of the school, both inside and out. These photographs provide further substantiation of my inference that the school had been closed by 2008, which I published (with Amanda) in "Sandy Hook Elementary School: Closed an 2008, a stage in 2012". The building is covered with moss and grime, with many indications of repairs left undone:
The interior shots provide even more damning proof that the school had long-since been abandoned, with loose electrical chords dangling, unkempt offices and rooms, with materials stored everywhere. The FOIA Hearing (April 24, 2015)
Kelley Watt has summarized the event as follows: On Friday, April 24, 2015, Wolfgang had his long overdue and awaited hearing before the Freedom of Information Commission. The Commissioner is a Governor Malloy appointee. The discussion dealt with the consent agenda regarding the Super Bowl permission by Dawn Hochsprung ("the hoax was sprung in the dawn"), documents for which Wolf had requested. Monte Frank, an attorney, was present representing the School Board, the Newtown Police and the Town of Newtown.
Frank claimed Wolf had the documents he needed and had requested but Wolf stood firm and stated he wanted permission slips of children to sing, authorization from Dawn and the school board approving the field trip and those documents he did not receive. Wolf also took issue with documents regarding Chatfield's in regards to the Porta-A-Potties and who called for them he wanted but did not receive the documents from the school board or the school since the school would have to be the party ordering them since they are on their property.
Wolf then brought up the fact that there were no documents pertaining to communications between Connecticut Trooper One and the Newtown police. Chief Kehoe of the Newtown Police Department has claimed there were no communication logs, yet it was the Newtown police who asked for Trooper One helicopter to help search for a shooter or multiple shooters in the woods behind the school.
Then it was the man in charge of maintenance for Sandy Hook schools who garnered laughter from the crowd when he stated he had read the work orders but didn't know if they existed. The FOIA requests that Wolf received had two unsigned signature lines at the bottom stating that the work had been done and signed off on by a supervisor; however, this man stated that they were not signed and that they just signed off verbally.
When asked when the new security system was installed, he stated it was last updated in 2007! This was new information to all researchers and when Wolf was asked why he thought there was a new system, Wolf said every news outlet in America reported the school had a new system and the school principal, Mrs. Hochsprung had sent out letters to parents describing the new security upgrades.
Monte said it was "hearsay" and he objected to it being in the record based on hearsay. The question also arose during the hearing why, after the first 911 calls were made, the police records indicate the incident was "moderate" rather than an emergency, where the unknown person in the vicinity was said to be "unwanted". Most of the meeting consisted of Monte Frank, objecting to things, asking that things not be put in the record, and contending that most of the items Wolf was pursuing were irrelevant.
Wolf visits with Governor Malloy
After the meeting it was decided to take Wolf over to the state legislature in order to go to Malloy's office and ask him a question. They had to park a mile away but they went to the Governor's office and Wolf made a request of his aide, "Can you ask Malloy who spoke to him during the press conference he referenced that, 'The Lt. Governor and I have been spoken to that something like this may be played out in our state'?" And you can watch and hear the Governor make precisely that remark in this video:
Much to Wolf's amazement, the Lt. Governor and Malloy walked right by Wolf, so Wolf said, "Hello, I am Wolfgang Halbig. Can I ask you a question?" Malloy said "Sure." So Wolf asked who had spoken to him in advance apprising him that something like this might happen in your state. Governor Malloy's response was "I never said that!", which was rather astonishing, since the Governor's press conference the day of the event was recorded and widely publicized at the time. Wolf now has his denial on film!
Governor Malloy blundered here, no doubt because he did not want to admit that the person who had warned him "something like this might happen" appears to have been Attorney General Eric Holder, who visited with the governor on November 27, 2012, which was only a few weeks before the event at Sandy Hook would go down. Yet the governor made no effort to warn Connecticut school districts to enhance their security due to an imminent threat. I surmise he was in fact told they were going to take an abandoned school and conduct a drill and present it as real to promote the admin's anti-gun agenda.
Conclusion and Discussion
The room was full of Wolf's supporters. Wolf was told subpoenas were irrelevant because it was not a courtroom, where Monte Frank told Pat Llodra and the head custodian they did not have to obey the subpoenas and not to show up. It was reported that Monte was trembling. They ran out of time so the hearing will be held at a later date to finish up. I just listened to the hearing once and I think this all pretty accurate. Wolf's attorney did a great job considering she believed at first this really happened. I wonder what she thinks now! Thus concludes Kelley Watts summary of the initial hearing. Among the most curious aspects of the Sandy Hook event (which have puzzled many students)include the presence of a sign saying, "Everyone must check in!", Port-a-Potties, boxes of bottled water and pizza cartons in the Firehouse, name tags on lanyards and parents cheerfully bringing their children to the scene of (what was alleged to be) a child-shooting massacre. Wolfgang and his attorney were able to extract from Newtown First Selectman (which is an office), Patricia Llorda, that the sign had been placed there, not by the city, but by Homeland Security, which drew audible gasps from those who were present:
All of this, of course, is consistent with the FEMA manual for the event, which declares there will be a rehearsal on 13 December 2012, where the event will "go live" on 14 December, where it states (in the manual) that everyone must check in and that refreshments and restrooms will be provided. The reason Wolfgang has been unable to obtain information as innocuous as who had provided the Port-a-Potties is because it would have revealed that they were delivered on 13 December, the day before the alleged shooting, which would have thereby exposed the entire hoax. The FOIA hearings were therefore getting too close to the truth and had to be subverted, which was done by the attorney, Monte Frank, elected to Head the Connecticut Bar, which appears to be his reward for managing the cover-up:
Since the FEMA manual--"Site Activation Call-down Drill Exercise Plan" for a rehearsal on 12/13/12 and "going live" on 12/14/12--can be downloaded to your own computer, I find it frankly absurd that anyone continues to believe that it was a bona fide shooting. Even Alex Jones appears to be finally catching on. But during his recent discussion about a retired FBI agent who found the FOIA hearings strange, he revealed that he does not begin to appreciate the dimensions of the hoax, believing that the Port-a-Potties were delivered on the day of the shooting, when they were delivered the day before. Perhaps this much is progress.

After 19 months, a judge finally orders a response to (citizen investigator) Wolfgang Halbig’s FOIA requests. But the day before the hearing, it’s suddenly canceled because attorney Monte Frank has to “ride a bike for gun control.”
Finally, the FOIA hearing happens. Newtown CT “officials” stammer and fail to answer simple questions, making it obvious Sandy Hook is a hoax.
During his bizarre testimony, Newtown Police Chief Kehoe panics and turns purple:
Chief Kehoe scurries out of there. The night before Hearing #2, Chief Kehoe “retires from his job.”
But before Hearing #2 can happen, Newtown Police Officers suddenly GET ARRESTED for “dealing steroids/Oxycodon out of the Police Station.” In Operation Juice Box, eight people are arrested including a Police Dispatcher and a Sergeant. Are they arrested because
(i) They’re guilty of drug dealing,
(ii) They’re totally innocent but might spill the Sandy Hoax beans,
(iii) They participated in Sandy Hoax (Treason) and might squeal, or
(iv) They’re still playing along with Sandy Hoax, but have sub-par acting skills that won’t fly in the next FOIA hearing?
Either way, those arrested officers are removed from the public arena – joining Police Chief Kehoe (retired); CT State Trooper “William Podgorski” (dropped dead at 49); cop “Michael Compare” (killed himself, age 36); and Lieutenant Paul Vance (State Police Spokesman, suddenly demoted to Traffic Division) on the list of “hard to find” witnesses.
Newtown is running out of places to hide its operatives – people are tougher to hide than evidence. Ever wonder why Sandy Hook Elementary and Adam Lanza’s house were suddenly bulldozed? Hint: neither place contained DNA/fingerprints of the (fictional) occupants. Anyone sneaking inside with a fingerprint or DNA kit would find zero evidence of boogeyman Adam, or his victims. Solution? Destroy both crime scenes and truck them off – like WTC debris.
So, weeks later, in the second FOIA hearing, (Newtown CT official) Patricia Llodra states on the record that DHS installed the famous “Everyone Must Check In” sign – a stunning admission that DHS participated in Sandy Hoax. That’s no shock, since DHS recently admitted staging two years of Fake Shootings In Shopping Malls. I believe those fake shooting “drills” are the “movie production” for the much-hyped “ISIS Shopping Mall Attacks.” Coming Soon, to a TV near you.
But if all that isn’t suspicious enough, watch the Governor of Connecticut blatantly lie when confronted with his own Sandy Hook statements. While in town, Wolfgang Halbig shows up at CT Governor Malloy’s office. Watch Governor Malloy lie, denying his own (televised) announcement:

Why Are Officials Lying?
Some speculate that certain politicians and Crisis Actors are recruited because they committed (hidden) crimes. That way, they’re under total control by their handlers – who threaten to expose their puppets unless they follow orders. If that theory is true, it means the biggest resume enhancers would be rape and murder. After getting “hired,” such a puppet would face two choices: Obey; or get exposed and go to prison.
The threat of long prison sentences for “prior bad acts” might explain why so many politicians and operatives display odd/risky behavior – such as promoting fake shootings on TV.
According to American Thinker, Newtown parent Neil Heslin is allegedly a “felon with a long rap sheet of fraud, substance abuse and reckless behavior.” Heslin is the purported father of Newtown “victim” Jesse Lewis. As a felon, Heslin can’t own a gun. Did the corrupt DOJ take a break from Mexican gun-running, to cut deals with felons – ensuring their gleeful participation in fake shootings like Sandy Hoax?
Maybe that’s why FBI reports “ZERO” murders for Newtown CT (2012). Maybe that’s why NO DEATH CERTIFICATES exist for Nancy Lanza, Adam Lanza, or his 26 “victims.” I’m not surprised the Regime won’t forge 28 Death Certificates – look at the headache they got from forging ONE Hawaii Birth Certificate.
Others believe that Sandy Hook “parents” are simply DHS operatives, paid to disarm us.
Recently, that theory gained steam when someone discovered that “Sandy Hook Dad” Lenny Pozner’s Website Redirects To NSA. At that link, scroll down for screenshots – captured before NSA quickly hid their mistake. Lenny Pozner’s son is “Noah Pozner,” who dies every two years in different school shootings around the world – on a bizarre “School Massacre World Tour.” Noah “died” at Sandy Hook, then “died” again 2 years later in Pakistan.
Oh, I almost forgot. After the third (and final) FOIA hearing, Newtown lawyer Monte Frank was suddenly appointed President of the Connecticut Bar Association. Some believe Monte Frank’s sudden career luck was a reward for his role in the Sandy Hoax coverup:

While there are other great researchers delving into the actual facts behind Sandy Hook, I especially want to recognize the research expertise of two individuals whose work I refer to in this article, Shill Murray and CW Wade. These two men conduct actual research as opposed to Fetzer and his cronies who simply promote theories. To maintain plausible deniability, the denialists or hoaxers use speculative words and phrases such as, It seems/appears… We suspect… Might, its possible…” When one of these theories is proven false, or when Fetzer gets caught, as Keith Johnson, during a “debate”, caught him in a lie about Alicia and her name tag, Fetzer all but accused Johnson of being underhanded for actually bringing out the truth and discrediting one of his lies.
Shill Murray thoroughly evaluated and refuted the information in Dennis Cimino’s chapter, The Nexus of Tyranny: Tucson, Aurora and Sandy Hook, which Fetzer included as the epilogue in the book that he edited titled Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, It was a FEMA Drill to Promote Gun Control published in late 2015. Murray’s article is an excellent, impeccably-researched exposé in which he covers every single aspect of Cimino’s claims. The very detail-oriented Murray leaves absolutely nothing out; it is a must-read. [1] I am only going to discuss a couple of issues that Murray addressed. It is obvious that “Shill Murray” is not the author’s actual name. However, given the vicious attacks and fallacious lawsuits against anyone who dares to oppose the hoaxers, it is understandable that this astute researcher would choose not to divulge his real name.
Dennis Cimino wrote the original article, The Nexus of Tyranny: Tucson, Aurora and Sandy Hook, in January 2013. On page 196, in Fetzer’s book, referring to the shooting in Tucson on January 8, 2011, Cimino says, “The key begins in Tucson where the acting Sheriff, Clarence Dupnik, and his auxiliaries, staged the elaborate hoax that a federal judge and a Congress woman named “Gabby Giffords” were shot, the judge fatally. While Gabby may have been seriously seriously wounded, I have found multiple indications that suggest this, too, may have been a hoax. Evidence of purely FEMA-staged acting was apparent in the fact that, when you do careful analysis of the photos of the scene, you can find many significant clues.” [2] Is Cimino a credentialed expert on photo analysis?
First of all, Cimino claims that Dupnik was the “acting Sheriff” as if he were just filling in for the “real” sheriff who was somehow temporarily unavailable. That is NOT the case and is quite misleading. Dupnik was appointed Sheriff of Pima County, Arizona, in February 1980 due to the resignation of Sheriff Richard Boykin. Thereafter, he won the election in September 1980. The voters have re-elected him every four years since. In 2015, Dupnik retired from the Pima County Sheriff’s Office. Later in the chapter, on page 202, Cimino refers to Dr. H. Wayne Carver as a “fake coroner” despite the fact that Dr. Carver has been the Connecticut Medical Examiner since 1986.
This is all pretty ironic given that Wolfgang Halbig, with his many atrocious whoppers, blatantly lies about his credentials and his occupational experience. Yet, Fetzer describes him as follows, “Wolfgang Halbig, a former Florida State Trooper, school principal and nationally recognized school safety expert, may be the leading researcher into the Sandy Hook affair.” James Tracy described Halbig as a “retired cop”. Tracy referred to Fetzer as a “retired university professor”. [3]
The word retired implies that someone actually worked in a specific occupation for a lengthy period, applicable to Fetzer but certainly not to Halbig who never progressed past the probationary period as a Florida State trooper. There is also a training and probationary period for being a customs officer which he claims to have been. Regarding being a “nationally recognized school safety expert,” there is absolutely no congressional, media, or Internet evidence of this claim prior to his blatant financial exploitation of Sandy Hook. He is an expert at embellishing. Please note the way that Halbig evades direct questions. One of the characteristic shared by the hoaxers is that they do not want to answer direct questions.
According to CW Wade, Halbig has made the following outrageous claims: he “falsely claimed to be a Certified Fire Inspector. The state of Florida and his former employer, Lake County Schools, refuted that claim. Then Wolfgang told a whopper under oath, attempting to bolster his legal arguments by stating he had “twenty years of law enforcement experience”. He does not. He topped off his hat-trick of ridiculous lies by actually emailing the NAACP to solicit their help by claiming to have been Martin Luther King, Jr’s driver “keeping him safe”. Halbig was also banned from attending the 2016 National School Safety Conference by Curtis Lavarello who spent most of his career in Florida and is certainly aware of law enforcement practices and procedures in that state. [4] [5] When I spoke with Lavarello on the phone in early 2014, he expressed utter disdain for Halbig as any rational person would.
Another irony – Maria Hsia Chang, using the fake name, Dr. Eowyn, in her chapter, Six Signs Sandy Hook Elementary School was Closed, wrote, “The alternative media have blogged and made countless YouTube videos on what Wolfgang Halbig calls ‘things that don’t make sense’ about the Sandy Hook Elementary School (SHES) shooting massacre of 20 first-graders and 6 adults on December 14, 2012, in Newtown, Connecticut.” Chang also claims the following about the source of the images in the said chapter, “from a batch of photos that Halbig obtained via Connecticut’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA),” Those images are readily available as part of the official report. Chang misleads the readers with faulty sources and deceptive claims that have been refuted, long before the book was published. Yes, isn’t it ironic that Cimino calls Dr. Carver a “fake coroner” and Sheriff Dupnik an “acting Sheriff?”
In the next paragraph on page 196 of Fetzer’s book, still referring to the incident at Tucson, Cimino says, “One is a FEMA coach, kneeling by a stretcher, cue-card in his non-gloved hands, reading that, with a small plastic cup of fake blood there, at a site where allegedly real human beings were shot by an orange hair whacko named ‘Holmes’ that is so psychologically goofy looking you can barely stand to look at him, let alone realize he is like the rest, another Greenberg Zionist actor, participating in one of a series of hoaxes. Here we have one of these FEMA crisis actors reading a cue card, no gloves, at the side of an allegedly wounded person at the scene.” [6] Is this additional evidence of Cimino’s photo analyzing expertise?
Not only does Cimino not provide proof for his claims that one of the attendees is a FEMA coach, he actually suggests that James E. Holmes, the shooter at the theater in Aurora, Colorado on July 20, 2012 shot the judge, Giffords and others in 2011. Does Fetzer, the person who edited the book also believe that Holmes was in Tucson months before he shot and killed people in Aurora?

Perhaps, Cimino is so out of touch that he believes that Holmes shot the judge and Gabby Giffords and eighteen others months before he shot and killed people at the Century movie theater in Aurora, Colorado, on July 20, 2012. Not to be too hard on Cimino, I can definitely see the uncanny resemblance – the shooters both have two eyes, two ears, a nose and a mouth. They MUST be the same person, right?
Cimino does not offer any proof whatsoever for his claim that the paramedics attending Giffords are FEMA actors, Greenberg FEMA actors at that? He just makes an authoritative, speculative statement. Does he seriously believe the ridiculous claims of Ed Chiarini and his ludicrous ear photography? Chiarini operates the web site Well Aware. People have refuted Chiarini’s claims numerous times including those made by the author of this article. [7] [8] MetaBunk has also thoroughly covered this issue. [9] It is shocking that anyone with even half a brain would still believe such ridiculous nonsense.
On page 202, Cimino says, “We know that Gabriel Giffords and a Federal Judge were not shot in Tucson without blood being everywhere, yet not one EMS person on the scene there had any blood.” [10] When Cimino says “we know,” who is he referring to and is that conclusion based on selective images that are cropped?
That judge was Federal District Court Chief Judge John Roll. He was a Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona from 1991, became Chief Judge in 2006 until his death. Loughner shot nineteen people, six of whom died.
Here is the image of the paramedics attending to Giffords, who was shot in the head shown on page 196 in Fetzer’s book. Cimino claims that there was no blood.

Loughner was a high school dropout. His friends note that when he was eighteen there was a significant change in his personality. His boss at Quizno’s restaurant fired him because of his drastic personality shift. Immediately after losing the restaurant job, he got a job walking dogs for a local shelter. He was soon fired from that job also. He was also suspended and dropped out of college.
According to Anthony Gucciardi, “It is a common thread among most well-known shooters, ranging from Columbine to Virginia Tech. Columbine shooters Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, as well as 15-year-old Kip Kinkel, were all being pumped full of psychotropic drugs. Ted Kaczinski the ‘Unabomber,’ Michael McDermott, John Hinckley, Jr., Byran Uyesugi, Mark David Chapman and Charles Carl Roberts IV, the Amish school killer, were all on SSRI psychotropic drugs as well. Jeff Weise, who exhibited many of the same characteristics of Arizona shooter Jared Lee Loughner, was on Prozac.” [11]
Now, regarding the Aurora shooter, the one that Cimino mistook for the 22-year-old Loughner, Holmes’ defense attorneys introduced the fact that he was a patient of Dr. Lynne Fenton, the medical director of the school’s Student Mental Health Services at the Anschutz’s Student Mental Health Services prior to the Aurora shooting. [12] Fenton treated 10 to 15 students a week using medication and talk therapy as well as 5 to 10 patients in her general practice as a psychiatrist. [13] Just four days after the defense released information about Holmes’ mental issues and probable psych drug use, District Court Judge William Sylvester ordered the concealment of that information. Essentially, he put a gag order on the data without any explanation. [14] This is very similar to the gag orders that the state of Connecticut placed on Adam Lanza’s medical records. This only benefits big pharma which has millions of dollars to spend on concealing the dangers of psych drugs which include homicide and suicide ideation.
At least three mental health professionals at the University of Colorado met with Holmes before the shootings at the theater. Holmes (who had no previous criminal record) told one of them that he had homicidal feelings. That individual, psychiatrist Lynne Fenton, considered placing Holmes on an involuntary mental health hold (commitment) but decided not to as such an action might “inflame him”. According to reporter Keith Coffman, “Fenton testified at the murder trial that Holmes told her he wanted to kill as many people as possible, but that she did not believe she had the legal authority to place him on a mental-health hold because he did not specify a target or plan.” [15] Two court orders mandated “a virtual blackout” on information about Holmes’ state of mind and his motives. Holmes, who “had trouble making eye contact,” killed and injured more people than in any other mass shooting in the country with twelve dead and fifty-eight wounded. [16] Psychiatric drugs have played a part in almost every mass shooting since 1996. [17] [18] Why is that?

It had long been his dream to make drugs for healthy people so that Merck could “sell to everyone”. His dream now drives the marketing machinery of the most profitable industry on earth. Drug companies are systematically working to widen the very boundaries that define illness, and the markets for medication continually grow ever larger. [19]
AbleChild co-founder, Sheila Matthews sent a hand-delivered four-page comprehensive letter, dated March 5, 2013, to Dr. H. Wayne Carver, Connecticut’s Chief Medical Examiner, requesting the “release of the autopsy, toxicology, and prescription drug history records of Adam Lanza.” [20] On March 19, Dr. Carver denied AbleChild’s request for information, claiming that records were private documents. He said that “AbleChild was not among a small group of individuals to whom the Medical Examiner had chosen to supply the requested information, that revealing that the information could have been disseminated outside the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) based on an unarticulated system of preferences.” [21] On April 4, AbleChild, an advocacy group for the proper labeling of drugs, and Jonathan W. Emord filed a 26-page appeal using the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission (FOIC) to obtain the records. [22]
AbleChild cited thirty-one acts of violence, including at least fourteen school shootings were committed by individuals taking or withdrawing from psychiatric drugs, which resulted in 162 wounded and 72 deaths. Between 2004 and 2011, there were nearly 13,000 reports to the FDA’s MedWatch system that psychiatric drugs had possibly caused violent side effects, including homicide, mania and aggressive behavior. Twenty-two international drug regulatory warnings have been issued on psychiatric drugs, including violent behavior, mania, psychosis and homicidal ideation. [23] The FDA, “America’s purported drug watchdog,” has ignored the “devastating toxicity of the antipsychotic drugs,” and has unleashed a pandemic on America. [24]
Matthews and Emord’s request for Lanza’s toxicology report prompted the FOIC hearing: AbleChild versus the State of Connecticut Office of the Chief Medical Examiner on August 22, 2013. Connecticut Assistant Attorney General, Patrick B. Kwanashie, one of about 200 Assistant Attorney Generals, represented Connecticut during the hearing. [25] According to the Connecticut State Register and Manual of 1998 and 2003, there were twenty Assistant Attorney Generals working exclusively in the state’s Health and Human Services (HHS) Department.[26]
During the hearing, Kwanashie justified the state’s refusal to release Lanza’s medical records and toxicology report. He said, “No matter how the outcome of the use of antidepressants or the causal link between the use of antidepressant and the kind of violence that took place in Newtown that’s not a legitimate use of information, that information. You can’t generalize from just one case. Even if you can conclusively establish that Adam Lanza his murderous actions were caused by antidepressants, you can’t logically from that conclude that, you know others would commit the same actions as a result of taking antidepressants, so it’s simply not legitimate and not only is it not the use to which they are proposing to put the information, not legitimate. It is harmful, because then you can cause a lot of people to stop taking their medications, stop cooperating with their treating physicians just because of the heinousness of what Adam Lanza did.” [27]
Again, Kwanashie stated that releasing information about Lanza’s prescription drug use could “… cause a lot of people to stop taking their medications.” It is very significant that the state denied a freedom of information request. It seems to confirm that Lanza was taking or was withdrawing from a psych drug around the time of the shootings. Yet, the State of Connecticut will not release this information because it “might induce large numbers of people to stop taking antidepressants.” [28]
The Hartford Courant reports that it has three years of medical information that authorities have not made available. The newspaper “obtained exclusive information from medical and school records that have for months been kept secret by agencies investigating the shootings.” The official report states that authorities acquired medical/mental health records from the Lanza home and also from Peter Lanza soon after the incident. [29] Dave Altimari, using the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission, attempted to obtain copies of the records seized from the Lanza home. On April 8, 2016, Judge Carl Schuman ruled against the Commission and denied Altimari’s request. [30]
On December 20, 2012, Senator Scott Frantz stated “that mental health providers will get a slight boost in the wake of the shootings and will have no funding cuts despite the fact that, it has not been determined if there was direct connection between that and the massacre.” Obama promised $100 million via an executive order to “make it easier to access mental health services.” [31] Connecticut will use this $100 million to improve access to mental health services. This will certainly help to get more people on drugs to fulfill Henry Gadsden’s vision.
On May 13, 2013, Dave Altimari, a staff writer for the Hartford Courant wrote about Dr. Carver’s toxicology results from the Lanza autopsy on December 16, 2012. Altimari wrote, “Law enforcement sources familiar with the test results said that Lanza, 20, had no traces of alcohol or any illegal drugs such as cocaine or marijuana in his body. The sources also said that there is no trace of antidepressants or anti-psychotic medications.” [32]
Altimari also reported that Mary Ellen O’Toole, a former FBI profiler stated that she was not “surprised to learn that Lanza had a clean toxicology test, noting that shooters in other recent mass killings also tested clean.” She said that “other mass shooters have had histories of antidepressant use but acknowledged going off their medications because they ‘wanted to have a clear head’ during their attacks. O’Toole said Lanza’s test results support the theory that Lanza’s attack was focused and well planned. She said, ‘His thinking was not blurred or flawed in anyway.’” Further, O’Toole said, “the absence of anything in Lanza’s system is consistent with someone thinking that ‘I want to kill as many people as I can.’” [33]
Dr. David Healy said, “The mass treatment of problems with psychotropic drugs could not help running into problems. A rising tide of suicides, homicides, and other distressing deeds committed by patients taking Prozac led Eli Lilly and the APA to adopt a strategy to manage criticism that had been pioneered by analysts: blame the disease, not the drug.” [34]
Does that strategy include a pervasive black operation on the internet where numerous people work in tandem with the CIA (established to protect corporate interests) and the MSM to deny that Sandy Hook occurred? Otherwise, thousands of people might start demanding answers about the dangers of psychotropic drugs.

James Tracy, who has questioned whether the shooting happened the way it is usually portrayed, is suing Florida Atlantic University for wrongful termination.

Former Florida Atlantic University (FAU) faculty member James Tracy, who is widely considered a “Sandy Hook truther,” filed a wrongful termination lawsuit on Monday, months after losing his teaching job.
Tracy is known as one of several conspiracy theorists who believe that the 2012 mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, during which Adam Lanza killed 20 children and six adult staff members, is a hoax. Tracy, who until January was a tenured associate professor in the communication school at FAU, has blogged about theories related to the shooting on his website, Memory Hole.

Veronique and Lenny Pozner, whose 6-year-old son Noah was killed in the Sandy Hook massacre, blamed the attention Tracy was receiving for his theories on his connection to FAU, and called for the university to do more than “reprimand” him, in an article published in South Florida’s Sun Sentinel newspaper in December. “When do the interests of the college and its students take precedence over the tenure of a professor who has clearly proven himself in violation of the university’s own policy?” they wrote.
Days after the article ran, FAU announced it had notified Tracy of its intent to terminate his contract. Tracy’s faculty union mandated such notice, the university said at the time. The termination went through on January 6.
Tracy’s lawsuit names as defendants the university’s board of trustees, several board members and university administrators, the unions Florida Education Association and United Faculty of Florida and two people affiliated with the latter union. The lawsuit alleges that the university violated Tracy’s right to due process, free speech and academic freedom.
“His academic career has been destroyed,” the complaint states.
Tracy taught at FAU for more than a decade, according to the complaint. It alleges that the defendants knew about Tracy’s website, and that he clearly distinguished the website from his role at the school.
“Professor Tracy’s academic freedom and constitutionally protected speech included reporting about the incomplete national media coverage of the Newtown incident and how it continues to be used by politicians, legislators, lobbyists...to promote and install irrational and unconstitutional reforms,” the lawsuit says.
The lawsuit also mentions the Pozners’ Sun Sentinel article and similar ones, alleging that after their publication, university officials “began strategizing how they could use the public controversy surrounding Professor Tracy” to discipline and perhaps fire him.
Union representatives apparently assured Tracy that his blogging was protected as free speech, and allegedly told him not to include his website on a university “outside activities” disclosure, according to the complaint. FAU later demanded that he disclose the website. When he refused, the university cited his refusal as the reason for its intent to terminate his employment. His union “failed to file a grievance” following the notice, the lawsuit alleges, and the university finalized his firing.
Tracy claims that the “outside activities” policy was confusing, and that it was the subject of a faculty senate meeting in September 2015, during which other faculty members complained about it on-record.
The suit calls for the court to declare the “outside activities” policy unconstitutional, reinstate Tracy at FAU and grant him compensatory and punitive damages, as well as other relief.
“In my opinion, this is pretty much a frivolous lawsuit, at least aimed at us,” Marshall Ogletree, the interim executive director of the United Faculty of Florida, a union named in the lawsuit, tells Newsweek. He says the union planned to file a grievance on behalf of Tracy, but then “we withdrew our support for him because he wasn’t dealing with the case as we advised him to do.”
Ogletree adds, “I don’t feel like the union did anything incorrect. We did everything we could to represent him in a proper manner, and when you don’t take the advice of your council...we had no other option.”
A university spokesman declined to comment on pending litigation, and said the school had not yet been served in the case. A spokesman for the Florida Education Association directed questions to Ogletree.
The Palm Beach Post first reported the news of the lawsuit on Tuesday.
Last week, a judge in Connecticut denied a motion to dismiss another lawsuit, which the families of 10 victims involved in the Sandy Hook shooting filed against three gun companies. Meanwhile, gun control advocates have criticized Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders for saying he did not think victims of gun-related crimes should be able to sue gun manufacturers.

Update: Some of the INTEL I have now is that there are some real "issues" at S.H. and the Term "Crisis Actors" seems to come up a lot as this "town" is NOT really a town but a training area for Government. It seems a lot of misinformation was put out and it was an "exercise" which went bad, Or, the administration tried to make up an "excuse" for gun control. Only one fatality and the rest was a hoax. Apparently, there is some sort of a "Hearing" to take place.and there may be a lot of news media attention. This is part of the INTEL that I received by a contact very close to S.H. area. If there are no takers, I will advise against this trip/assignment. Thanks to all that responded so far.
