The Home Office is facing calls to launch an urgent review of security at ferry terminals after it emerged the Islamic State commander who planned the terror atrocities in Paris travelled undetected through Dover earlier last year.
Abdelhamid Abaaoud was a wanted terrorist at the time of his visit, in which he was able to visit fellow jihadis under the noses of Britain’s security services and police. While in the UK, Abaaoud also took pictures of British landmarks on his phone.
The shadow home secretary, Andy Burnham, has urged Theresa May to hold an urgent review of security at UK ferry terminals. “This adds to the growing questions about about border security at our seaports,” he said.
The revelation adds to the pressure on May, the home secretary, who is already facing demands to explain how a terror suspect, Abu Rumaysah – who is thought to be the masked figure who appeared in an Isis propaganda video earlier this month – managed to flee Britain after being arrested and bailed by police.
Burnham continued: “Not only did we discover last week that a UK terror suspect on bail waltzed out at the border, we now learn a terror suspect from the continent freely walked in through the same route.
“It would appear extremists perceive the ferry border to be a weak link. The home secretary must conduct an urgent review of border security at ferry terminals and provide urgent reassurance that passports are being properly checked on exit and arrival in the UK.”
May “cannot continue to ignore the growing number of security breaches on her watch,” Burnham added.
Counter-terrorism officials are still assessing whether the purpose of Abaaoud’s trip to the UK was to plan an atrocity in Britain. Abaaoud entered the UK through a Kent ferry port, believed to be Dover, according to security sources. Ferry ports are seen as more vulnerable and less secure than airports.
Abaaoud’s visit raises questions for the government, which has made repeated promises that border security has been strengthened.
The Home Office declined to comment on the apparent security breach at the UK border, citing national security as the reason for its silence.
Keith Vaz, the Labour MP who chairs the influential home affairs committee, told the Guardian the government had vital questions to answer: “It is remarkable that this terrorist entered and exited the country. He must have been on a watch list. Serious questions need to be answered so that we can prevent a repetition of what actually happened.”
“Both the home secretary and the head of the Border Force were asked if any of those involved in the Paris attacks had recently been to the UK and they declined to answer. The entry and exit of terrorists in a matter of great concern. There should be full cooperation between EU partners and 24/7 monitoring of any contacts they makes. It would be helpful to have a full explanation”.
Abaaoud, a 27-year-old Belgian, was killed in a shootout with French security forces days after he led the Paris attacks in November; digital material recovered from his possessions revealed the British trip. He was the head of an Isis unit set up to send European jihadis back to their home countries to carry out terrorist attacks.
On Abaaoud’s phone were photographs of his UK visit, including landmarks, which some in the European intelligence community have interpreted as being taken for the purpose of planning a terrorist attack. Others are less convinced. The pictures were taken while Abaaoud and the phone were physically in the UK.
Abaaoud’s history may provide context or clues to the purpose of his UK trip. By the time of the visit he was strongly believed by western counter-terrorism officials to be a senior Isis figure involved in assisting attacks against European targets.
Abaaoud is thought to have met committed jihadis in Birmingham and London – some known to him already, though it is not certain if any were with him in Isis-controlled areas of Syria.
These UK-based suspects are under investigation by MI5 and police counter-terrorism units. They are suspected of having both the intention and capability of planning or assisting terrorist activity in the UK.
But despite Abaaoud’s seniority in Isis, security officials did not know of his UK visit until his body was recovered and possessions examined by French investigators, months after he had been in Britain.
It is understood that the pictures of British “landmarks” lack certain features associated with attack planning, such as a focus on security features, and seem more similar to photos a tourist may take. But some officials are more sceptical.
Abaaoud had boasted in Isis propaganda of his ability to travel unnoticed into and through Europe. Despite being wanted by intelligence agencies he was thought to be using false documents to travel in and out of Europe. One theory is that he used a false passport; another that he used the European passport of another Isis recruit.
Abaaoud’s mutilated body was found in the rubble of his hideout, an apartment in rue du Corbillon, St-Denis, northern Paris, after a shootout with police five days after the 13 November attacks.
Abaaoud, who was born in Morocco, was linked with several terrorist plots in Europe and was thought to have been in Syria with Isis since late 2014. He was named in European and international arrest warrants but travelled through Europe apparently without being detained.
In July this year, Abaaoud was sentenced in absentia by a Belgian court to 20 years in prison for his leading role as a recruiter of European jihadis for Isis.
A Home Office spokesperson said: “We can neither confirm or deny information related to issues of national security.” The Metropolictan police declined to comment.
West Midlands police said the reports were speculative but its assistant chief constable and head of counter-terrorism, Marcus Beale, has previously said the force – which covers Birmingham – is “working hand-in-hand with counter-terrorism colleagues in London, the national CT [counter-terrorism] network and security services to provide support to the French and Belgian investigations, and of course to address any associated terrorism threat to the UK.” _________________ --

New information, published by the Croatian daily Slobodna Dalmacija, alleges that the French state was responsible for the attacks which occurred in Paris in January and November 2015. Either the French authorities had previously infiltrated the groups which perpetrated these attacks, and chose not to intervene to prevent them, or else they were directly implicated in the organisation of the attacks. In any case, it remains to be determined who made these decisions, and whether or not he was acting on behalf of the Republic.

On the 11th January 2015, 56 heads of state and government met in Paris, in a street close the the Voltaire Métro station, to demonstrate their opposition to terrorism. Among them were the godfathers of Al-Qaïda and Daesh, such as Ahmet Davuto lu.
According to the official version, the attacks of January and November 2015 in Paris were sponsored by Al-Qaïda in the Arab Peninsula (AQAP) for the execution of the editors of Charlie-Hebdo and by Daesh for all the others. The authorities have admitted that the Charlie-Hebdoattack was coordinated with the attack against the supermarket at the Porte de Vincennes, although, according to them, AQAP and Daesh are enemies. They also admitted that doubt persists concerning the claim that Amedy Coulibaly was a member of Daesh.
Reuters revealed that the weapons used in the attacks came from the factory of Crvena Zastava, situated in Kragujevac (Serbia) [1]. Both Associated Press and the Palm Beach Postbelieved that one of the Serbian pistols had been transported by Century International Arms, a Florida firm linked to the CIA [2], although the Press Agency – but not the Post – has since retracted the claim [3].
According to the Croatian daily Slobodna Dalmacija, the weapons used in the January attack against the supermarket, and others used during the attack in November, came from the Serbian manufacturer Crvena Zastava, and were moved to France by the same dealer, Claude Hermant [4].
Our readers will remember that in 1998, the Réseau Voltaire uncovered the surprising activities of the security contingent of the Front National, the Département Protection Sécurité (DPS). This unit had been compiling a list of personalities and had scouted their homes – apparently a small group of individuals within the DPS were preparing certain illicit activities. After a long period of complicated negotiations, we managed to obtain the creation of a Parliamentary Commission of Enquiry to investigate these facts [5]. The elements that we provided for the Assemblée Nationale, specifically concerning the double mission of members of the DPS - for the Front National in France and for the organisation of coups d’état in Africa - were quickly blocked by the Secret-Défense [6]. However, this information provoked a crisis and division within the Front National, so that finally, no-one was available to answer the allegations. Two years later, in 2001, one of the ex-members of the DPS, Claude Hermant, (mentioned above), admitted to the French daily Libération the existence of the « Action » structure within the DPS [7].
Here’s a reminder of our work between 1998 and 1999. We had established that in 1972, the « Front National pour l’Unité Française » had been created in secret by Jacques Foccart, then responsible for Affaires Africaines et Malgaches at the Élysée, by request of President Georges Pompidou. The FN was led from the beginning by Jean-Marie Le Pen, who had played an important rôle in Charles de Gaulle’s ascension to power in 1958, before turning against him [8], and by François Duprat, who had engaged with Bob Denard in the support of Moïse Tchombé in Katanga. Also, we had shown that in 1984, François Mitterrand and Guy Penne, Jacques Foccart’s successor at the Élysée, had used secret Republican funds to finance the electoral campaign of the Front National in the European elections. We thus arrived at the conclusion that the FN was, and had always been, not so much a political party with the desire to exercise power, but a structure necessary to the Élysée, which it used first of all to control personalities of the extreme right wing, then to introduce them into the national political landscape.
Concerning the DPS, we have shown that it was directed at the time by Bernard Courcelles, also the bodyguard for Anne Pingeot, François Mitterrand’s mistress, and by Gérard Le Vert. The DPS included a secret group of about 60 men, all of whom were linked to the secret services, and were mobilised whenever necessary to carry out secret missions, mainly in Africa. This is the group to which Claude Hermant belonged. The true directorate of the DPS was not the Front National, but the Ministry for Defence, with the DPSD, a secret service with almost the same name, whose mission was the protection of the armed forces.
Now the revelations of the Slobodna Dalmacija make sense. In January 2015, when he was jailed for « arms trafficking », Claude Hermant described himself to the committing magistrate as an « informer » for the Customs and the Gendarmerie. When asked by the magistrate for details of the weapons he had sold, he played the Secret-Défense card. The Advisory Committee for Secret-Défense, and then the Minister for the Interior, Bernard Cazeneuve, opted in his favour [9].
In summary, Mr. Hermant belonged to a structure which, under cover of the security unit for the Front National, was unofficially charged by the Élysée with secret missions overseas. Today he is paid for freelance work by the Customs and the Gendarmerie, still without any official status. According toSlobodna Dalmacija, he bought decommissioned weapons in Serbia and recommissioned them himself, and that these were the weapons used in the attacks of January and November. The Croatian daily also spoke of the results of a microscope analysis of a firearm which no-one has so far mentioned. Mr. Hermant also allegedly sold weapons to Islamists in Brussels. His trafic, despite being illegal, is covered by the Secret-Défense.
Let us mention that according to the US Press agencyMcClatchy, the Kouachi brothers, the killers of Charlie-Hebdo, were linked to the French secret services [10]. Finally, let us also note that Claude Hermant was imprisoned on the decision of judges from Lille, Stanislas Sandraps and Richard Foltzer, who were investigating his arms trafficking, and not by the Parisian judges who were investigating the attacks, Christophe Tessier, Nathalie Poux et Laurence Le Vert. Madame Le Vert is incidentally the cousin of Gérard Le Vert, mentioned above, Claude Hermant’s ex-boss in the DPS.
In conclusion, either Mr. Hermant was working on infiltrating the terrorist cells who perpetrated the attacks, without their action having been prevented, or else – and this is less probable – his current superiors, probably in the Élysée, themselves participated in the organisation of the attacks. But it still has to be determined why, and in whose name, Claude Hernant’s superiors acted as they did.

4. Paris 13.11: Morale Operation

We need some ordered thinking if we are to prevent all the current emotion, propaganda and hysteria from sidetracking any balanced analysis of what happened the day before yesterday (13.11.15).
What we were up against in Paris was a Morale Operation. In the art of unorthodox warfare,Morale Operations are those which aim to use shock, confusion and deception in order to sow distrust, terror and disarray within the ranks of the enemy or of a hesitant and uncertain ally. They are a type of psychological warfare, as set out and put into practice in 1942 by Colonel William J. Donovan of the American OSS. [2]
The French military high command knew very well who was hiding behind Daesh (ISIS) when General Vincent Desportes openly declared as early as December 17 2014, just before the Charlie Hebdo operation, during a public-session debate at the Senate in front of the Commission of Foreign Affairs, Defence and Armed Forces: “Who is the Dr Frankenstein who created this monster [Daesh]? Let’s make this quite clear, because it has repercussions: it’s the USA. Out of short-term interest, other actors – some of whom paint themselves as friends of the West – have, out of subservience or by their own will, contributed to its construction and its reinforcement. But those primarily responsible are the United States”. [3]
When Russian forces entered the game against ISIS in Syria, they completely disrupted US and Israeli plans involving their expensive toy, ISIS: France had already taken the initiative a few days before Putin, by independently bombing ISIS in Iraq and (twice) in Syria.
For the real masters of ISIS this was defiance: they had to call France to order and reunite the Western forces under their command.
Through a multi-pronged military commando action in the middle of Paris, against carefully chosen symbolic targets, France’s political leaders were thus given a stark warning on November 13.
Nowhere in the world does there exist a single war against terrorism, because all states make use of it: terrorism is not an enemy, but simply a particular way of waging war.
As far back as 2008, Lieutenant colonel Jean-Pierre Steinhofer was writing in la Revue Défense Nationale: “The notion of a ‘global war against terrorism’ is a semantic, strategic, military and judicial perversion which, by conflating ‘enemy’ with ‘enemy’s method of fighting’, has led Western states into an intellectual dead-end which has muddled their thinking in numerous spheres and stranded them in some absurd situations”. [4]
France’s vague desire to act independently, having seemly forgotten that it is now irrevocably integrated into NATO, along with the scattering of its armed forces around too many theatres, from Africa to the Middle East, the wavering and hesitancy of its government, political tangles and delirious media conditioning are all condemning its military action to failure and at the same time exposing France to all kinds of retaliation. As we have just seen in Paris.
French political leaders are now in the uncomfortable position of pretending not to know where the blow came from, preferring as usual to lie to the population and come across as witless fools rather than to instead risk incurring the wrath of their treacherous allies. The population is under control thanks to the state of emergency. The Germans and other NATO allies have been warned by means of the same blow.
The masquerade ball, the shadow theatre, the fool’s game, the showmanship, the dramatics and the “mainstream” narrative are all part of what the above-quoted Lieutenant colonel called the “intellectual dead-end which has muddled their thinking in numerous spheres and stranded them in some absurd situations”.
In the meantime, populations are getting used to the massacres served up to them. They will have to learn through bloodshed that it’s not only those who direct and execute terrorism who are complicit with it, but also all those who believe the official versions.
Without them, terrorism becomes a blunt weapon which can even be very dangerous for those deploying it. [5]
We will recall that modern false flag terrorism was first tried out, for the 15 years from 1969, by the secret services in Italy and on the flesh of Italians – a fact which is today universally accepted and proven by historians and by court rulings. When I denounced it at the time, I wrote that:
“Italian terrorism is the last enigma of the society of the spectacle… It is therefore necessary and sufficient to resolve this enigma in order to put an end not only to terrorism, but also to the Italian State… And whatever people might say about that today, in ten or twenty years’ time, or before then, when everything has become clear for everyone, it is what I wrote about terrorism that will be remembered and not all the rivers of ink currently being spilled on this subject by the professional liars and the foolish”. The DNA of Salah Abdeslam, France's most wanted terror suspect, was not on an unused suicide belt discarded in a Paris rubbish bin, French investigators have confirmed, adding more mystery to who was involved in the November 13 attacks that killed 130.
However, DNA belonging to Bilal Hadfi, one of the Isil-affiliated suicide bombers who died outside the Stade de France, was found on the used belt.
It also emerged that unidentified DNA was found on the explosive vest used by Brahim Abeslam, Salah's brother, who blew himself up on the boulevard Voltaire. The same unknown DNA was found at a flat in the Belgian town of Auvelais used by some of the terrorists and rented under a false name.
The mystery DNA could belong to an unidentified bomb maker, French media suggested.

Abdeslam, 26, a Belgian-born French national, is thought to have been a member of the terror commandos that attacked Parisian bars and the Bataclan concert hall.
The suicide vest was found in Montrouge, a suburb South of Paris, not far from where investigators located Abdeslam's mobile phone signal on the night of the attacks.
According to investigators, after driving two suicide bombers to the Stade de France football stadium and apparently having second thoughts about launching an attack in the 18th arrondissement, Abdeslam then took the metro. He is thought to have spent the rest of the night walking around the Montrouge-Châtillon-Bagneux district from where he phoned his cousin telling him he was "in the sxxx".
Two of his friends, Mohamed Amri and Hamza Attou eventually drove from Brussels to pick him up the following morning before dropping him off in Brussels. He is still at large.
Despite the fact that his DNA was not detected on the discarded vest, investigators told AFP that one shouldn't "draw conclusions" from this, and that they cannot rule out the possibility that he wore it but no left no genetic traces.
A Europe-wide manhunt has been launched to find Abdeslam, who investigators believed was one of the chief organizers of the carnage.
There has been speculation he fled to Syria, but this week Belgian police launched an investigation after a witness told them he spotted the fugitive in a train station in the Belgian town of Genk.

On February 22nd, investigative journalist Hicham Hamza was detained for seven hours by French police. Charged with “violating judicial secrecy, publishing images in grave violation of human dignity, and premeditated willful violence,” Hamza is facing potential prison time for committing an act of honest journalism.
Hamza’s “crime”: He revealed the Israeli origin of the famous macabre photo depicting victims’ bodies, some in seemingly impossible positions, strewn around the blood-smeared floor of the Bataclan nightclub. That photo, whose authenticity has been questioned in the alternative media, is the basis of David Dees’ collage on the front cover of ANOTHER French False Flag? Bloody Tracks from Paris to San Bernardino.
The arrest of Hicham Hamza exemplifies how the great French tradition of liberté has been crumpled up and tossed into the Seine in the wake of the 11/13 false flag. And he even said he asked for one guard to be removed from backstage security because he was behaving oddly.

Hughes said it seemed "obvious" why they didn't turn up to work.
The band cancelled the rest of their European tour last month after Hughes injured his finger.
The I Want You So Hard rocks were expected to perform eight further gigs after their emotional Paris return following the terror attacks in November .
However the band released a statement on their Facebook page confirming the gigs will no longer take place after Jesse tore a tendon in his finger.

Jesse is "devastated" he can't continue with the European shows - which were rescheduled following the terrorist attacks in Paris, during which their concert at Le Bataclan theatre was stormed by gunmen.

Weapon of the Paris terror attacks came from the United States

One of the automatic assault rifles, the on 13. On 13 November, various friends, some of whom worked at the nearby Café des Anges, were in La Belle Equipe celebrating the 35th birthday of Cafe des Anges waitress Houda Saadi.
Eleven of these friends were gunned down when La Belle Equipe was attacked by two gunmen.
Houda Saadi is Tunisian.
She was in La belle Equipe with her sister Halima, and her two brothers Khaled and Bashir.
Both Houda and Halima were killed.
The majority of the 19 victims at the La Belle Equipe café were from the birthday celebrations.

In 2015, the authorities served the bar with a notice saying they would shut down Café Des Beguines in August because 'the premises have been used for the consumption of banned hallucinogenic substances,' and alleging the dive bar was being used as a place to score drugs.

In the first programme someone described as 'Agent Zero' described how (ex-Swedish Prime Minister) Olaf Palme had been caught in a deal between the CIA and Iran to release American hostages in Tehran.
"Palme was a fly in the ointment so we got P2 to rub him out," the agent said.
The second programme, which showed the gaunt silhouette of 'Agent Zero One', alleged that P2 was not wound up in the mid-1980s, after the arrest of its leader Licio Gelli.
"It still exists. It calls itself P7," he said.
According to the agent, the lodge is till functioning with branches in Austria, Switzerland and East Germany.
"Zero One" has now been revealed by the Italian press to be Dick Brenneke, allegedly a career CIA officer."

Finally, and perhaps most sensationally, Mr Brenneke alleged that President Bush, then director of the CIA, not only knew about these CIA activities in Italy (during the late 1970s and early 1980s) but was in fact one of the masterminds behind them.

France’s parliament has voted to extend a national state of emergency until 15 July, after next year’s elections.
The security measures, in force since attacks in Paris that killed 130 people in November 2015, are now expected to be approved by the Senate on Thursday. It is the fifth extension of the state of emergency, which gives police extended powers of search and arrest.

The overnight vote in the National Assembly passed by 288 to 32, with only Left Front lawmakers, protesting ecologists and a handful of centre-right Republicans voting against.
The extension, which will give the country its longest uninterrupted state of emergency since the Algerian War in the 1960s, will span the two-round presidential election in April-May and June parliamentary polls.
The government has cited a heightened risk of jihadist attacks coinciding with the polls.
Ahead of the vote new interior minister Bruno Le Roux stressed that France faced “an extremely high” risk of a terrorist attack.
Since the last extension – shortly after the Bastille Day attack in July when a Tunisian jihadist rammed a truck through a crowd in Nice, killing 86 people – he said “we have foiled no fewer than 13 attacks, involving about 30 individuals”.
With numerous public meetings and campaign rallies expected in the coming months, Le Roux said “the intense electoral period we are entering increases the risk of further terrorist acts”, echoing weekend comments by his predecessor, newly-appointed prime minister Bernard Cazeneuve.
The extension until 15 July would also allow a new president – incumbent Francois Hollande is not seeking re-election – to assess security and prolong the state of emergency if necessary.
Hollande’s tenure has been marred by the three major Islamist-inspired terror attacks – against Charlie Hebdo magazine in January 2015, then in Paris the following November and the Bastille Day attack in Nice.
Cazeneuve, the former interior minister who coordinated the introduction of the state of emergency, took over as prime minister on Tuesday after Manuel Valls stepped down to seek the Socialist nomination for the presidency. _________________ --
