Call for New 9/11 Investigation: New York Area Fire Commissioners Make History

They started off by saying the Pledge of Allegiance. Ten minutes later, they were reading the text of a resolution claiming the existence of “overwhelming evidence” that “pre-planted explosives . . . caused the destruction of the three World Trade Center buildings.”

And so it was, on July 24, 2019 — nearly 18 years after the horrific attacks that traumatized a nation and changed the world forever — the Franklin Square and Munson Fire District, which oversees a volunteer fire department serving a hamlet of 30,000 residents just outside of Queens, New York, became the first legislative body in the country to officially support a new investigation into the events of 9/11.

The resolution, drafted and introduced by Commissioner Christopher Gioia, was unanimously approved by the five commissioners. Members of the audience — including the families of fallen firefighters Thomas J. Hetzel and Robert Evans, both Franklin Square natives — joined in solemn but celebratory applause after the fifth “ay” was spoken.

Conversing with guests after the meeting, Commissioner Dennis Lyons remarked on the enormous and lasting toll that 9/11 has taken on the Franklin Square community.

“We have a memorial — a piece of steel from the World Trade Center with 28 holes where the nuts and bolts used to go,” Lyons explained. “Every year on the 11th, we put a rose in each hole for the 24 Nassau County firefighters and four Franklin Square residents who died on 9/11.”

The impact of 9/11 on the community extends well beyond the victims and their grieving families. On September 12, 2001, the Franklin Square Fire Department was called in to assist with the massive rescue and recovery effort that was just getting underway. Countless members of the department, including Gioia and Commissioner Philip Malloy (then rank-and-file firefighters), spent weeks on the pile searching in vain for civilians and fellow responderswho might still be alive. Today, Malloy is one of thousands suffering chronic health effects.

The department also lost one of its own in Thomas J. Hetzel, affectionately referred to as “Tommy” by the commissioners. Hetzel was a full-time member of the New York Fire Department in addition to serving as a volunteer firefighter in Franklin Square. A touching memorial to Hetzel was on display during the meeting, and Hetzel’s widow, parents, and sister were all in attendance.

“The Hetzel and Evans families were very appreciative of the proceedings,” Gioia commented the day after the meeting. “They know it’s an uphill struggle. But at least they have hope, which is something they haven’t had in a long time.”

Besides the commissioners’ desire to see justice done for their fallen brothers and deceased neighbors, the driving force behind the resolution was a petition filed last year with United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York Geoffrey S. Berman by the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry, outlining the evidence of the World Trade Center’s explosive demolition on 9/11.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office notified the Lawyers’ Committee in November that it would indeed comply with the federal statute requiring the U.S. Attorney to present the petition to a special grand jury. The news set off a wave of hope, among those paying attention, that the wheels of justice were finally beginning to move in the right direction.

Adding a surge to that wave of hope, the Franklin Square resolution declares the fire district’s full backing of the (presumably) ongoing grand jury investigation in Lower Manhattan, while also proclaiming the district’s support for “any and all efforts by other government entities to investigate and uncover the full truth surrounding the events of that horrible day.”

Speaking to those still present after the meeting, Gioia made it clear that this was the first step in a long process. Their goal now is to get every fire district in the state to go on record supporting a new 9/11 investigation.

“We’re a tight-knit community and we never forget our fallen brothers and sisters,” Gioia said. “You better believe that when the entire fire service of New York State is on board, we will be an unstoppable force.”

After a pause, Gioia added,

“We were the first fire district to pass this resolution. We won’t be the last.”

Whereas, the attacks of September 11, 2001, are inextricably and forever tied to the Franklin Square and Munson Fire Department;

Whereas, on September 11, 2001, while operating at the World Trade Center in New York City, firefighter Thomas J. Hetzel, badge #290 of Hook and Ladder Company #1, Franklin Square and Munson Fire Department of New York, was killed in performance of his duties, along with 2,976 other emergency responders and civilians;

Whereas, members of the Franklin Square and Munson Fire Department were called upon to assist in the subsequent rescue and recovery operations and cleanup of the World Trade Center site, afflicting many of them with life-threatening illnesses as a result of breathing the deadly toxins present at the site;

Whereas, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Franklin Square and Munson Fire District recognizes the significant and compelling nature of the petition before the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York reporting un-prosecuted federal crimes at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, and calling upon the United States Attorney to present that petition to a Special Grand Jury pursuant to the United States Constitution and 18 U.S.C. SS 3332(A);

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Franklin Square and Munson Fire District fully supports a comprehensive federal grand jury investigation and prosecution of every crime related to the attacks of September 11, 2001, as well as any and all efforts by other government entities to investigate and uncover the full truth surrounding the events of that horrible day.

The fire Department commander of New York have a new investigation into the events of September 11. September 2001, demanded and claim that "overwhelming evidence" is not available for "pre-planted explosives ... which the destruction of the three World Trade Center buildings have caused". This is a sensational development in the search for the truth regarding 9/11.

The Franklin Square and Munson Fire District outside of Queens, New York, to reject the official explanation of the U.S. government, only the planes and the subsequent fire of the office inventory would have brought the skyscrapers to the case, by being the first legislative body in the country, a new investigation of the events of September 11. The decision at a meeting on 24. July 2019 and adopted, was read, and the study calls for, was written by Commissioner Christopher Gioia, and of the five commissioners unanimously adopted.

The attacks of September 11. September 2001, are inseparably and forever with the fire Department on the Franklin Square and Munson connected;

While the firefighter Thomas J. Hetzel, on 11. In September 2001, as well as all of the efforts of other government agencies to investigate the full truth about the events of this terrible day and uncover full support.

Since I can only "FINALLY HAPPENED WHAT to say"!!!

The firefighters, who were called to the World Trade Center and into the building, went to extinguish the fire, have not been paid not only with their health and their lives, 343 firefighters on September 11. September 2001 killed, but there is a lot of testimony, you have experienced a countless number of explosions BEFORE the collapse of the skyscrapers.



This means that the firefighters know that the buildings were blown up, but what the US government that IGNORE 9/11-Investigation Commission, the media and the historiography COMPLETELY and SUPPRESS!!!

Unfortunately, it took 18 years to overcome the accusation, who doubts the official explanation a Conspiracy lunatic, a traitor to America and a disgrace to the memory of the almost 3,000 victims, to replace the troubled emotions by logic and facts.

It's a huge step in the right direction to the true events to find out when the fire Department of New York calls for a new investigation by the public Prosecutor's office, and says it was explosives that destroyed the three buildings and turned to dust.



I equal to 11. September, the official Declaration of doubt, Osama Bin Laden has been attacked as the mastermind with "his" 19 aircraft hijackers America and the three skyscrapers are only broken because of fire, and only by the gravitational pull completely together.

Why? Because I knew the Word Trade Center very well, there long have been working and a customer in the 26. Floor of the North tower had. He told me five weeks after that, he would have been in the morning a violent Explosion that came from below from the basement of the building, BEFORE the first machine crashed on him in the North tower.

I repeat, there was a very strong vibration of the building PRIOR to the impact of the first aircraft. That is, it blew up explosives in the basements, which was PREVIOUSLY placed there, suggesting that only those who had weeks or months in advance access to the buildings and the safety of controlled, is the culprit!!!

I'm in the WTC in and out, and you came in without security checks like at the airport in the building. Also all goods have been checked.

Who of the day - or week-long explosives placed, must have met with the acquiescence of the security preparations. The Osama Bin Laden and Arab terrorists excludes categorically.

Each of the eyes in his head see to the Videos, it must have seemed an enormous additional power, a whole series of explosions have expired, which destroyed the towers completely.

The buildings were prepared for demolition and the planes served as a distraction from the true cause and the true perpetrators.

The "smoking gun" for a targeted demolition is the collapse of WTC 7, where no plane went in. This fact was mentioned in the official 9/11 report, not a word.

Is not clear why, because the fairy tale, the planes and the jet fuel brought down the skyscrapers to collapse, fits in this building. That is why it is concealed.

For me it was from the beginning not as important AS the towers were blown up, but much more important, and it is today, and more so, WHO blew up the building? To do this, one only has to look WHO benefited?

Not the HOW is important, but the WHO, ... WHO is the culprit? Because of the need to be identified and at worst punished.

It was NOT Osama Bin Laden and his Al-Qaeda because the U.S. Department of justice, has been looking for Bin Laden, NEVER because of 9/11 or sued ... NEVER!!!

Why not? Because the justice had to admit, you have no evidence for its perpetration. And if there is no evidence then he's not but it was someone else.

Anyone who is concerned with the HOW, and the many theories widely used, is used only for the distraction from the true perpetrators. Many of these absurd theories have been spread as a disinformation extra.

It is clear that the attack on the three WTC towers served a number of purposes.

- It was an insurance fraud by Larry Silverstein

- It was fraud, the destruction of Evidence in the case of ENRON due to financial

- It was the robbery of money and Gold from the cellars of the WTC

- It was a "cheaper" demolition of an asbestos-infested ruins

- It was Insider Trading with Put options to profit

And it is the excuse for the introduction of the police state, of total surveillance and the justification for the subsequent wars in Central Asia and the Middle East was

I'm one of the few who has the guts to call the alleged perpetrators by name. It's a group consisting of military explosives experts, and secret service people from Saudi Arabia, the USA and Israel!!!

Yes, all insurance companies, all of skyscraper in the world to insure against the risk of fire, do NOT believe the official fairy tale. If you would have it, a simple office fire skyscraper to collapse, they would have drawn far-reaching consequences.

You don't have. The insurance companies are not quite and have immediately, at all the skyscrapers of the brand must be renewed protection, and while this Retrofitting must be evacuated for reasons of safety, all of the skyscrapers.

Why don'T you have drawn this consequence from the official "cause"? Just because you don't believe it, and you know, what is officially told about 9/11 is a lie!
